I was referred to Brilliance.com by a friend who had recently proposed to his girlfriend. Although hesitant at first about making such an expensive purchase without first seeing the diamond in person, I decided to go with Brilliance.com because of their high-quality products and great prices. Building an engagement ring was a simple process through the brilliance website. After my order was placed and payment was received, the ring arrived in 14 days. It was hard to imagine what it would look like in person but the result was far beyond what I imagined. The customer service is superb. Email replies were prompt. I'm very happy and in hindsight, would not do anything differently.

Recently lost one of the screw backings to my stud earrings purchased from Brilliance back in 2015. I contacted Brilliance to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, and was immediately provided all the necessary documentation and steps for sending in my jewelry to have a new backing made/provided. Called in this week as it has been a few weeks without any update. Turns out I had an old phone number listed on my account and Brilliance had been reaching out to the old number for a weeks! Danielle was super friendly and helpful in updating my phone number, confirming my new address for returning my jewelry to me, and answering some other miscellaneous questions. It honestly felt like I was chatting with an old friend, Danielle was casual and genuine, while remaining completely professional. This has been such an easy process to get my earring backing replaced and I know my jewelry is in good hands with Brilliance!

Had a great experience with Brilliance. Checked their website, used the chat feature to answer my questions, and called and spoke directly with them. With very short notice, I ordered 3/4 Carat Diamond Studs for a gift for Christmas and they arrived just in time. She loves them!

For me getting engaged was a snap My girlfriend knew the ring style she wanted and it was super easy to work with Brilliance and their experts. However, when our wedding got closer I started to panic. I never wore a ring before and I didn't want to wear a band that looked like my Fathers (no offense Dad!). Our experience with Brilliance has been excellent! We purchased a customized Cinderella Ribbon engagement ring and matching wedding band and both were stunning and exactly as pictured. The diamond we choose was the exact one provided in the photos and even got a 360' video of the diamond before purchase. My fiancee has been wearing the engagement ring for over a year and there are no indications of wear. Can't wait for our wedding so she can show off the wedding band as well! Service was great, all our questions were answered quickly and the whole process was simple.

I searched many online stores to buy an engagement ring and kept coming back to Brilliance. Post purchase, I had a few concerns I wanted addressed after reading some very negative reviews. Contacting their customer service was a pleasant experience and they did a great job both listening to my concerns and alleviating my worries. With Brilliance you get to look at hundreds of diamonds and the IGA reports to go with them. Take a good look at those reports and take the time to know what you are looking at. You can find an excellent diamond at an excellent price. Next you need to be prepared to wait. This is not a last minute decision site as it will take 30 days or so for your purchase to show up. Customer service was responsive and made sure to notify me of delivery. Delivery was by Fedex and someone has to sign for it. You need to make an arrangement for that, which should bring you peace as these are high dollar items.

I was looking for a round diamond for a ring I was having made. I had a budget, but still wanted the stone to meet certain criteria as far as color, size, clarity and fluorescence. Representatives at Brilliance worked with me to get me good clear photos, and even 360 videos of some of the stones I was considering. I got a lovely diamond, and it was carefully shipped, and all paperwork included. I could not be happier and now have the ring that have wanted for so long!

I was looking for an engagement ring setting with a celtic design. I only found a couple anywhere, and brilliance.com had the one I liked best. It also was available at a great price. But to top it off, the customer service was just great. I think Maegan was more helpful than just about anybody else I have ever worked with. First let me say that my wife loved the ring I chose from Brilliance. It arrived before Christmas as promised and the quality was as good as stated by my sales person Anthony. I also appreciated the documents that came along with my purchase. I will use them in the future when purchasing fine jewelry.
