I was looking for an antique yellow diamond and they were the only company I could find that carried any diamonds beyond M in color. Love my ring and had nothing but a great experience with them. I loved how you could filter out all the sizes and shapes to find just the right one. I also loved how you could see the actual diamond instead of just a picture of any old diamond. I got a loose stone and custom setting designed for my engagement ring with Brilliance. The service reps I worked with were very patient, responsive, and helped me through every step of the process. Our ring was a unique and custom setting, and Brilliance's drafting team sent us detailed drawings and 3D models to review and comment on during the molding process. The final product came out looking exactly like the 3D model.

The best part about the process was that when we got our ring appraised and insured, it was valued at significantly more than what we ended up originally paying. We got exactly what we wanted for a fantastic price.

I had a great experience with the customer service team at Brilliance. I had ordered a loose diamond some time ago from a separate source and Brilliance had the setting I wanted. After some minor technical difficulties, Meagan really came through for me. Overall, experience couldn't have been better. I've had problems in other areas concerning online orders and I've never had the level of customer service that I received from Brilliance. I ordered an engagement ring from Brilliance, over eight thousand dollars. The ring was custom built, it came out perfect, better than expected and after having it appraised it's even better than the certificate states.
