I ordered my fiancee's engagement ring from Brilliance, and first I would like to say the customer service was amazing! They kept me up to date with the order, and production. The quality of the Diamond was breath taking! Her Doctor friends were all impressed with the Marquise cut diamond that I got her., which was a rare cut diamond! Brilliance had a great selection of diamonds, and they offer customized settings to fit the diamond, which i used with the Marquise. I'm very happy!

My fiance LOVES her ring and that's all that matters. I was disappointed that the customer service people do not seem to be properly versed in the lifetime warranty, its limits, exclusions, etc. I had to change my setting after ordering because of this, causing a significant unexpected additional expense. Also, I was VERY surprised that there was ZERO follow up to see if I was happy with the purchase. All I keep getting are endless e-mails flooding my mailbox with offers, but not satisfaction survey.

John was my rep, and he was very patient and helpful while I was still in my anxious planning stage. But he never pressured me, and checked in periodically like a good friend, rather than a salesperson. The ring turned out beautiful, and the experience was very pleasant. Go here first.

I spent weeks looking for the right diamond and the right price point. I found a AGS certified 1.5 round cut through Brilliance. After looking through the reviews I felt comfortable with dealing with them, I did a bank wire on the purchase, expecting an automated email with instructions, instead received first contact from Anthony, and during our email exchange he put a rush on my order. Ring showed up within the expected time frame, but the ring was far from what I expected. It was breathtaking, perfect for re-proposing with my wife. The stones in the setting were bright and well set, and the diamond was better than I expected! I searched on all the Web sites as well as local jewelry stores and this was the best price for the GIA diamond I was looking for. Would have given five stars however I put down a deposit on a diamond and when I went to buy it a few days later they had sold it to someone else in spite of my deposit. They would not discount me on a slightly larger diamond of the same quality that I found in their inventory to replace the one I had put the deposit on. Very good timely service otherwise.
