It took a week longer to make my ring, but the wait was well worth it! The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. Many of their pictures of the rings don't do their rings justice, the milgrain detail in my ring looks stunning in person. This ring is a size 5.5 with a 2.25ct, E color diamond, ideal cut and excellent polish and symmetry.

Brilliance answered any questions I had and was able to discreetly help me find the perfect diamond for my fiancé. I was skeptical to buy a solitaire diamond online, but the selection was great. I could not have asked more out of them!

I have to admit that I was very nervous making an online purchase for a diamond but Chris Strader help to ease my fears and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Bought this ring for my to be husband to show he is spoken for during our engagement. Originally found on a whim on Pinterest. This was the only site that seemed to offer this design. The ordering process was very simple; I bought this during their Cyber Monday sale. My only wish was that they allowed for more characters to be inscribed on the inside of the ring and a more accurate delivery period. I had to email them after the "typical deliver time" has passed. In addition, I feel that for the price of the ring the delivery packing should have been of higher quality. My $400 ring was shipped in one of those bubble lined envelope is a drawstring baggie.

We needed someone to build our custom ring design, and Brilliance did it perfectly. With some patience and hard work, we collaborated to create the most beautiful ring, and my fiancé couldn't be happier. I used brilliance to custom make an engagement ring for my fiance. The people at Brilliant helped me pick the diamond I wanted and then went above and beyond to help create the setting when the jeweler I was originally going through wasn't able to fulfill my order. I sent a picture of what I wanted created and they were able to create the ring and send it over to me just in time for me to ask the big question on Christmas Eve. They have earned my loyalty for life. I highly recommend getting a custom made ring from these guys. My Fiance loves her ring and hasn't stopped showing it off to just about everyone we meet.
