Paid for. 35 loose diamond online with Brilliance.com on 5/10/17 and was patient for two weeks. After two I began to follow up with company representatives. They gave me excuses like, 'it is being held up in customs'. I asked for follow up and they did not return my calls. For the next week they gave no excuse after another and did not end up having the diamond up til this Friday the 26th

I am a repeat customer and they have always done an excellent job. The quality of the jewelry is excellent and the customer service is superb.

This was my second time around, I decided to go with Brilliance. Took about a month looking at different diamonds and finally decided on one. I was so pleased at how beautiful the diamond was and perfect the setting was. The great thing was that their office is about an hour from my house so I was actually able to go pick it up when it was ready, but I wouldn't worry if you have to have it shipped, Great quality and great service.:-)

I liked the prices I saw, but I was still apprehensive about buying a diamond online. The only reason I gave it a shot was because of their 30-day return policy. The diamond I originally ordered was purchased right before my order was completed, so about an hour after I ordered I got a call back and a free upgrade to another diamond selected by their gemologist. Shipping was prompt, and the diamond ended up being appraised for about 150% of what I paid for it :) Highly recommended as long as you can get an independent appraisal done quickly!

The process of creating and purchasing the custom engagement ring was super easy. The ring was even more beautiful in person and I will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from brilliance in the future!

I have had a great experience on my purchase. It was beautifully made and engraved. Have not had a chance to get it back to them for resizing due to Covid and being a essential worker. The owner was very helpful with extending the warranty which I appreciated but we still have not gotten shipped back yet.

The Brilliance is not a best service for the customers. I ordering ring for online before month of the Brilliance. I have waiting for lot of month no delivery for my rings. So i think the Brilliance is very poor service to the customers and not quality, delivery is very bad to this Brilliance is very bad service to the customers of online purchases.

Looking for new diamond stud earrings can be a research-intensive experience. Buying on-line certainly could make one nervous and apprehensive as well. Brilliance showed me many options in various color and style combinations. And to sweeten the deal even further, they gave me a coupon to save $50. It was an ideal shopping experience for something that is often worse than buying a car. I'll be doing my jewelry shopping with Brilliance for a long time. Thank you for the great customer service and overall shopping experience. If possible, I'd like to see the selection of gold above 14K enhanced. The styles are amazing for 14K, but not so much for 18K, but that's just me nitpicking.

Brilliance was a great company to work with and I love the loose diamond I purchased. Not only was this GIA certified diamond less expensive than comparable stones I found on other sites and in other stores, they had wonderful customer service. Maegan personally followed up by text after I placed my order to see if there was anything else I needed, her business cards were included in my shipment, and she was very quick to respond when I needed a specific kind of appraisal for my jeweler's insurance. It was SO nice to have one representative helping me throughout the whole process and not being bounced from one customer service rep to another. I know I will make further purchases from Brilliance and could not recommend them enough!

I am proud to say that I happen to come across brilliance when I was looking for an engagement ring for my wife. My experience with them far better then anything i experienced anywhere else. Recently purchased an 18k white gold wedding band from brilliance. I have small fingers so they sent a ring sizer to ensure a perfect fit. Online ordering process is easy and product was delivwrdys quickly. I am extremely happy with my beautiful ring and would definitely recommend brilliance!

I bought my husband wedding band on brilliance and when it arrived it was exactly what the picture showed. I had to send it back to get it resized and they were very helpful with the steps I needed to complete. Would recommend to anyone for sure!

Such a great experience! Natasha was phenomenal with suggestions and ideas when I was perusing through rings. She has great communication skills and helped me find the ring and diamond that worked with my budget! My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and said "it was everything I wanted in a ring."

I purchased a 2.24ct lab grown round Diamond on a 0.31ct baguette ring. It turned out beautifully however, communication after I ordered the ring was not great. When the ring arrived it was packaged beautifully with all the appropriate paperwork. Overall, I am very satisfied with my order.

There are pictures to see the diamond and access to the certifications allows you to buy with confidence. Shipping was quick and discrete (won't know it's a diamond in there). Fantastic service.

I asked for a picture of it and the next day I had it in my inbox. I ended up speaking to Anthony, and he was super helpful. He answered all my questions, over the phone and via email. He also worked with me and what price range i was looking for, and even gave me pointers about GIA and international certs. Based on all the pluses I had dealing with Brilliance I knew they were they place for me. I order my stone, and it came a few days later. I will be the first to admit, I was extremely hesitant about ordering loose diamonds online. The thought of not getting to actually see what I was purchasing had me cautious. However, after doing a little research, I settled on a GIA Certified - H color - IF loose diamond to be set in an engagement ring. Brilliance prices beat local markups by at least $1,000.00. The service was fantastic, because I was a little hesitant Anthony provided me with pictures and video of the exact diamond, GIA report, etc. all before I actually purchased the diamond. Upon receipt of the diamond, I verified it independently at a local jeweler and it was exactly what I ordered, and appraised accordingly. The process was very enjoyable, and I plan on doing business in the future.
