Casey was so responsive every time I wrote an email. As soon as package arrived within a few days I got my full quoted money without questions. They even were nice enough to extend it a few days when I asked with time. Thank you!
I sold them a total of 4 phones, in two separate orders, 2 each. The first order they tried to talk me down $210 less and said the flawless iPhone 14 pro I sent in had dents and scratches and it definitely did not. They sent me photos and it looked like dust on the phone. I was unhappy so they gave me $190 of it back. Now the other two I sent they are telling me the conditions are not the way I described and offered the next tier down for each device, even though listed on their website the prices for those tiers were much higher. I do not suggest this company they hope you will just take less.
The process is as simple as advertised. Definitely will be a returning customer!

The first device was found to be in the as-described condition and was actually network unlocked rather than locked as initially described for the carrier. We increased your offer for this first device because of this! The second device was also networked unlocked rather than locked as initially described which boosted your offer. The second device did fall under our "Fair" condition category due to excessive wear, which lowered your overall price for this item. The third device had a reduced offer as it fell under our "Damaged" condition category due to a non-working microphone. The person on the other end of the test call could not hear you while on speakerphone. The third device was also networked unlocked rather than locked as initially described. The fourth item had a crack in the back glass of the device. Any cracks cause the device to fall under our "Damaged" condition which lowered your offer on the device as it was originally placed under our "Good" condition category.
