After years of having no choice in dealing with Canada Post a lot of the time i can easily say that Canada Post is the laziest and most unhelpful postal service i have ever encountered. Calling their number is useless for more information about just about anything because it is all automated, they just repeat everything word for word from the "live chat" AI so don't waste your time with a phone call. Package's don't get delivered, sit in facilities for days even when they are rush/priority packages and tracking is very inaccurate. Even worse off, the employees under Canada Post care just as much as the company in that the drivers don't actually try to deliver packages, don't leave slips and workers at the postal office have no desire to actually help or do the bare minimum in their job. If you can i would opt for almost any other company like UPS or DHL.

Ordered 2 packages from the same place. Canada Post was one day before a FedEx package... yet I received the FedEx package first... well, I still haven't recieved the Canada Post package and it's been 6 days since FedEx delivered.
It's simple. Don't use Canada Post. Complete incompetence. Packages sit upon arrival to Canada for over a week waiting to be processed and moved onto their next destination. Slow service is an understatement... pitiful.

Canada post is the most useless "service" or agency since the birth of justin Trudeau! They lose packages, refuse refunds, refuse accountability, and their staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and the biggest $#*! bags that ever walked the earth! $#*! you canada post! DO BETTER! Eat a $#*!!

I live with a number of people and ordered some personal medication and specifically said deliver to post office. What do they do? Deliver it to my community mail box when any member of my house hold can go into the mail box and take the package. It also had the contents of the package written on it too. I am very frustrated and unhappy about this. Will call to complain as well. If someone requests something to specifically be delivered to the post office, it's foe a good fkng reason.

I paid more for Canada Post expedited as I was told it would be two days. The parcel was shipped and the tracking said it had been received, processed, and would be delivered in two days. When it missed the two day window it became 6 days. The regular post was five to six days. No refund, the guarantee is if the sender jumps though a bunch of hoops and then maybe.
Canada Post is certainly upholding its reputation as the worst parcel carrier in Canada bar none

I was home yesterday, the driver called me so I buzzed them in. They left a delivery notice - again, they did the same thing recently & do it every single time. I don't leave the house ever but your drivers are too lazy to do their job. Over the past 3 years this happened every time. I moved to different addresses that have reception, secured mail rooms & secured lockers with different sizes that even fit put together bicycles so there literally is no excuse to not receive deliveries. I am not able to pick packages up & redelivery is not offered. Canada Post discriminates against disabled people by doing this. No need for a follow-up, you are not redelivering anyway. Fire drivers who refuse to deliver. This is their job and they are not doing it and there are plenty of people Who are in dire needs of jobs & who will do the actual job. My delivery notices from the last 2 weeks were done by the same person, who never intended to actually deliver. If you don't hold them accountable it will never stop.
Will make sure to let everyone know about these practices.

Canada post is the absolute $#*!tiest shipping company I've ever had a delivery from, they're always later, delay multiple time, and sometimes deliveries don't even show up. Shiftiest company on the planet. Trust me just use another shipping company you'll thank me after

Canada post is the biggest joke. They couldn't deliver mail if there life depends on it. Leave at front door let's do the opposite and take it back to the post office. This world is f&@$ed, Canada post treats is customers like there doing us a favour by doing there jobs. So frustrating because it's government run and we all see how useless our government is. Nothing will change Canada post will still hire useless workers they r lazy and can't read to deliver our packages. And they will still lose money then we will as tax payers will have to bail these useless lazy people out. That's how the world is now be lazy useless and sensitive and u get everything. Joke just like the lazy useless Canada post workers.

Pathetic service
June 30, 2022

Pathetic service. Total waste of time and effort. Every time I have to go to pick up location. They don't even bother to give notification to receiver. It will take less than a minute to deliver a package of you are already arrived at the location. Whole service is dam pathetic and unhelpful. Total waste of time and effort.

Worst service ever
July 25, 2023

It takes 12 days to deliver a parcel from Winnipeg to Montréal ( 2200 Km). Also, when you try to send a parcel by collect on delivery sometimes they screw up and unless the recipient is an honest person and pays you via e transfer they don't have it in their system and don't request the recipient to pay upon reception of the parcel.
