So tired of these child games the union and candada post is playing for way to long. The ministry forced airline staff back to work hours after they went on strike but this has been going on a year or more. This back and forth is getting old and enough is enough. Union needs to give a bit and listen to and look at the way canada post will be in the future. Canada post needs to meet half way and the union needs to move a lot to get half way. MY package is in the city and says it will be delayed because of this stupid childish games they are playing. You are using the public as your hostage and hurting the public to get your own way. Deal with canada post and vice versa and stop using the public who are innocent in this and hurting them just to get your own way. Do these games on your own time please. Enough is enough I am done. I no longer support either side of this business they are kids fighting in the school yard and using innocent people hurting them to win the battle on the school yard. I was supporting the carriers no longer. I wont speak to them or say hi or even bother with them. This is beyond sensible or reasonable.
There is no service, one disappointment is that there are constant problems with delivery. Close it forever! This would be the best option that can be done with it so that it does not spoil people's nerves and cause any inconvenience
Canada Post is a costly national disgrace and a man made disaster. Canada Post in its current form must shut down immediately. Its service is totally unreliable useless and the worst in the world. Mail and packages are lost, fully damaged never delivered; this happens 99%of the time. Unbelievably I the tax payer am paying for this crappy non-service with my tax dollars! Shame on the leadership for this useless service! I would give a worse rating to Canada Post if possible here. Pls immediately privatize Canada Post so it is run properly!

Hiere le 20 Aout 2024, alors qu une dame me completait un formulaire d envoi d argent... cette employée est intervenue pour completer la procedure... que l autre employé le faisait aisement.
Aujourdhui le 21 Aout 2024, alors qu un employé m expliquait que la procedure peut durer... cette meme dame est intervenue d en arriere en Haussant le Ton.
EXPERIENCE TRES DESAGREABLE A VIVRE.
It cost me $21.90 to have tea mailed to my mother a mere 3hr drive away. Yes, that's their standard shipping. NEVER again. Canada Post is a royal rip off and once I launch my business, Canada Post will most certainly NOT be a company I ever consider doing any form of business with whatsoever.

February 17.2024 with delivery date of February 27-28. Person at post office was amazing. Now it's March 2 and no sign of delivery or status of where the package is. Zero reason as to what might have happened to package or whereabouts of the package. Ridiculous customer service. Who makes decisions in this organisation. It's a shame really! If you can't track an item with a tracking number what else can be expected!
With the competition today, Canada post has no chance of survival with this kind of incompetencies.

Even with the tracking number and paid a lot to make sure your package delivered, still it is not reliable.
A package was sent to me. When it arrived in my city, some incompetent person sent it to central B.C.
When it returned to my city, it vanished.

Their tag line is security is of utmost importance but when my parcel got stolen from community mailbox, no one took responsibility to investigate and issue refund. Instead I was told go to police and report it. Not sure how efficient the mail delivery agents are, I have doubts if the mailbox was left open.
Such a worst service i have ever experienced is with canada post. There was no option for 0 rating. You guys are terrible. I shipped my luggage within canada and they lost it and they took more than 2 months to investigate it because Canada post is full of careless workers. They are not responsible with their job. My luggage cost more than *******$ and they send me a cheque of 100$ which i think i should appreciate them for this amount thank you so much. Please everyone don't trust these bull$#*! guys.

My recent experience with Canada Post's Express Post service was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for express shipping, my package remained in Canada for an extended period, causing a delay that now jeopardizes an important appointment and flight. This delay is not only inconvenient but will also result in significant mental and financial damages.
I contacted Canada Post to address the issue and requested the package be sent back to me, but they were unable to expedite the process. This lack of flexibility and the subsequent consequences have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
I hope Canada Post takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to prevent such costly mistakes in the future.
If I could rate Canada post a zero I would. I've ordered online from multiple sites and paid for express canada post. I'm now waiting on yet another delivery which will end up being 7 full business days if it arrives when estimated. Has happened many times sometimes up to 10 days for express mail. Maybe there will be more options to choose different delivery services online if people speak up when ordering for a non Canada post option. I do. Poor service paid for.
This is by far the worst delivery service you could ever ask for. They know they're one of the only options and pair that with the worst customer service you could ever ask for. Now I can understand a bit of confusion and misplacing items around the holidays but this is unacceptable. My parcel was supposed to be here on a Thursday right after Christmas and it was shipped to a whole city over, an hour and a half away. Next day, they put it on the wrong truck as it's out for delivery. The day after, Nothing happened at all they just decided to leave it in the facility. Now today (sunday, new years eve) item was processed and NOT sent out for delivery. Now I will not be getting my mother's Christmas gifts until long after the holidays. Not until after the new year. Thanks canada post, you ruined both mine and my mothers holiday break
I was home yesterday, the driver called me so I buzzed them in. They left a delivery notice - again, they did the same thing recently & do it every single time. I don't leave the house ever but your drivers are too lazy to do their job. Over the past 3 years this happened every time. I moved to different addresses that have reception, secured mail rooms & secured lockers with different sizes that even fit put together bicycles so there literally is no excuse to not receive deliveries. I am not able to pick packages up & redelivery is not offered. Canada Post discriminates against disabled people by doing this. No need for a follow-up, you are not redelivering anyway. Fire drivers who refuse to deliver. This is their job and they are not doing it and there are plenty of people Who are in dire needs of jobs & who will do the actual job. My delivery notices from the last 2 weeks were done by the same person, who never intended to actually deliver. If you don't hold them accountable it will never stop.
Will make sure to let everyone know about these practices.

Terrible service ever
Called Canada post customer service line to find out about options for oversized packages delivery. The person on the phone didn't know the answer. After my request to talk to the supervisor I was asked all kind of personal questions which had nothing to do with a regular call about services they provide. Felt like it was a police station, not a service provider. Quite an unpleasant experience.
I had ordered a jacket to be delivered by Canada Post. The tracking information showed it arrived in my city and was out for delivery... And then was never delivered. The tracking has not updated in 10 days now. I filed a claim for an item not delivered a week ago, and just received a notice from Canada Post that they don't know what happened to the package, and it is lost.
How can this be?! How does a large package just disappear and cannot be found, even when it is being tracked?! I have experienced this with Canada Post in the past, so this isn't even the first time. It just astounds me that that this can happen. I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend Canada Post, and how disappointed I am in our national mail system. Terrible.
The shipment is currently late, for more than 24 hours is out for delivery and no more news, it was mentioned that it wa sent first time to a wrong recipient. Really it's nonsense
Their customer service does not know any more than you in the tracking system.it is however a local shipment on the island of Montreal
They don't deserve any star. My traveling suitcase was shipped from Germany and when it got to Canada it was stolen and to make things worst all the stickers which were supposed to be on the suitcase were remove and place on an empty box and delivered to me. When i tried following up they told me my complaint should be against DHL in Germany because it was shipped from Germany. I believe Canada Post employes are thieves and there is nothing anyone can tell me otherwise. Picture of suitcase sent to me vs what i go delivered.
I paid around $100 for mail forwarding when I moved. I just received forwarded mail from 3 unknown addresses none of which were mine. I typed up a note explaining and pushed it back through my condo mail box. The letter carrier told the condo secretary to inform me to put in the condos outgoing mail slot in which you can barely fit a regular size envelope. I know where I would like the 3 catalogue size envelopes which contained a magazine or multi page documents to fit.
CP are international recognized as one of the worst. I believe they're listed at 427 I did on a google search.
