I NEVER order things online, so I was hesitant at first. However, my faith is renewed after using Canvas Bees. Not only were they helpful in figuring out the best picture to print, but they made it quick and easy. 10/10!

I ordered two products at a different time. They both came in perfect condition. Picture quality was amazing. The items arrived even earlier than the expected delivery time and packaged very well.

They advertise 100% satisfaction or reprint or your money back, it's a lie. They wanted me to pay for reprint when my photos came below expected quality.
The telephone number they posted is not in service anymore, I wonder why?!
Placed an order called immediately to make an adjustment. No one would answer the phone... On Hold for 30 Minutes,,, asked for a Supervisor... good luck with that one... Rude, unprofessional... what a mistake... I'm sure this isn't going to turn out good when I receive the order... DON"T ORDER HERE... There are too many other places you can go to... You been WARNED!
Canvasbees customer service is an absolute joke. They must be a very small business to have such poor employees and service. They don't answer emails, and you are lucky to get them to answer phone after about 20 calls. Use someone else to do your canvas pictures.

The quality is inconsistent. 50/50 at this point. However; the company doesn't care about repeat business therefore; you will become frustrated if you expect quality and to be treated fairly when their reproduction is poor.
They messed up my Christmas order and told me no one can call me back until after Christmas - 11 days from now! They have terrible customer service and want me to deal with the issue instead of helping. Will not do what's right to make a customer happy. DO NOT use them!
I ordered two canvases last month. When they arrived, the quality was very poor. The canvas was stretched too tight in some areas, too loose in others, causing it to bubble and distort the image.
It took multiple emails to even get a response from Customer Service. They refused to refund the order and instead said they would print the order again. I sent multiple emails saying that I wanted a refund since the event I ordered these for had already passed. They ignored those emails and sent the reprints anyway.
Very poor quality. Awful service. Would NEVER order from them again.
My experience with CanvasBees was dismal. Their communication is non-existent with no response to email or phone calls. 3 weeks after the promised date my order was still not delivered. Only by filing a claim with PayPal was I able to recover my payment, and even then their response was a bogus attempt to excuse their blatantly amateur performance. I question the veracity of any positive review shown here. BUYER BEWARE!

The "Manager" is terrible. He will not help you solve issues that were made in mistake; Every time! You call or email; it either takes 30 min to get ahold of 1 person or no one ever emails you back. It took me more than a month to receive because of an error that the company could have taken care of more quickly but refused to help, I had to do this on my own.
I will never order from this GUY again, waste of time and money.

I ordered three 16" x 20" canvas prints four days ago and they arrived today! I can't believe it! They were a surprise to my husband and, based on negative reviews, I was worried about open the box in front of him - fearing they may look poorly made. Well, he was there so I opened them. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! I have had none of the issues I so feared when ordering. These are a ton of bang for the buck!
I can't say enough how much I love this company, from their caring service team to the amazing prints. I have several and always get asked where I got them. The colors are gorgeous and the price is fantastic! Keep up the good work!
1st canvas was ok. Second time I ordered they cropped and mailed my canvas without consulting me first. When I tried to get this simple problem takin care of He basically told me tough, and wouldn't respond to any emails. Luckily I paid through PayPal and filed a dispute. He finally contacted me and replaced canvas.
He turned an easy fix into a big haste. Will never use them again!
The owner is not a good person, he blamed me for there misprint, then he wanted me to pay for the reprint. I ordered huge canvases of my children and at the bottom was a heart and a shopping cart! Even if I uploaded those pictures (which I didn't see on my side) where is the quality control department? Want who in there right mind would add that to a huge canvas without attempting to contact the customer for verification? He was so rude to me, I am going to make sure everyone sees these review on every outlet I can find.
I had an issue with not receiving my canvas so I wanted to reach out directly to Canvasbees to verify that it was truly shipped. I got in contact With Jesse T. And he was 100% about making sure I was happy. He is taking care of the issue even though it most likely was the delivery company's fault. I will recommend Canvasbees to everyone I know in need of printing.

The quality of what I received was un-usable - totally did not look like what I sent them and the picture was mounted crooked on the frame. 2 emails - no response. Called - all 4 phone prompts - no response - goes immediately to voicemail. Been over a week - not one call or email returned. This was to be a special gift - they now have my money and I have no gift. Bad business - stay away. A business is not measured by when things go well, it is measured by how they treat customers when they dont.
I would not use this company again. I got pulled in with their promise of "fast delivery". Placed the order and paid a big shipping charge, was committed one delivery date, then the order confirmation came (a day later) with a different, later date. Called to explain that I needed this portrait for a special event ----spoke to them 3 TIMES to confirm, each time was assured I'd get it in time --- Almost two weeks later, still have yet to get the order -- and of course, they missed the special event. STAY AWAY! There are too many other options out there.
It has been 8 days since I purchased and my items have not shipped. Customer service is a joke. You can't get a hold of anyone at anytime. I won't have a gift for my husband for Valentine's Day or a gift for my sister for her birthday. I regret purchasing from them and think everyone should avoid them. It's a waste of time and money.
I place an order and paid for 1 to 2 shipping. I live roughly 2 hours away from the business so it should have been 1 day, 2 days max. 4 days later, my order arrives. After no response from company, I called Fedex and complained. I paid for the faster shipping as this was a gift for my brother and nephew. Had to pay again to ship to his house since he was here for the holidays. Zero responses on the phone or email. Poor customer service. Prints were good, but i'll never order from here again. The kicker was the phone call with Fedex. I paid for faster service, and was given the saver option which is basically the free option.
I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing 2 prints from Canvasbees. Their work is subpar! The prints are so blurry. They don't even flag an image if it has low resolution. Also, one of my prints has a wrinkle down the middle. I've emailed 2x and called once. No response at all. Don't waste your money.
Read the other reviews and you'll see that everyone says the same thing. I made my purchase over a month ago and have not received my item. I wrote several emails to them and never got a reply. I even called them several times. The guy on the phone was very rude and refused to refund my order. He hung up on me several times saying I would never get my money back. I later filed a dispute with my credit card company and was able to get my money back. This is not a business, it's a scam!
My order was to be shipped between 08/11 to 08/15 after 08/18 I called and was told it would be shipped that day. On 08/22 I called and again was told it would be shipped that day both times the gentleman on the line showed no concern for the delay. Finally on 08/24 my print arrived "Damaged". The packing had no cushion for the print and the jointed frame was coming apart. Once hung on the wall the print has a wrinkle running from top right to bottom left. I wish I reviewed this site prior to ordering.
I ordered my prints a few weeks ago because I wanted them this weekend. I was told by Jesse that I would pay extra for shipping to get the special. I paid it immediately. I explained to them I needed these prints by today. I am going out of town this weekend for a birthday party. I called Jesse and he didn't know I had paid the extra shipping. I explained the situation to him. He said he would ship it it on a two day. I never got it today as promised. Now I will get it Tuesday and will have to pay for shipping again to send it to my uncle. I am going to be embarrassed by not being able to bring my gift this weekend. Never use this company.
The only person who answers the phone is Jesse such a rude unprofessional ignorant who can only say "not my problem" shame on you, you lost a contumer for $40 and you will loose way more if you don't change your attitude
