I NEVER order things online, so I was hesitant at first. However, my faith is renewed after using Canvas Bees. Not only were they helpful in figuring out the best picture to print, but they made it quick and easy. 10/10!
Just an awful company. Extremely rude, passive aggressive man owns this company. They clearly do NOT care about return business. He gives appalling customer service and does not deserve your money. Go elsewhere.
I had them do a print for me on canvas and it came out great. However, only use PayPal for payment so your payment data is encrypted by PayPal. Also, be careful with personal information, etc because their website is not encrypted. Anything you type could be read by someone out in the internet. Norton will show their site as safe, but it is only looking for viruses and such. It does not report on encryption. You should see s green lock icon to the left of the store address.

So I actually went on to check reviews after I ordered, and saw some unsatisfying reviews. I was anticipating my order wouldn't be sent or it would be bad quality but those reviews honestly were wrong. I am extremely pleased with the canvas print I bought it turned out so nice and the service was great. This is the best priced prints website I've found with also giving proper quality work and shipping timing. I included a photo of my finished wall. The top horizontal canvas is what I ordered.
I ordered several pieces for my office a couple weeks ago and was very pleased. Jesse was very helpful in making the prints exactly as I ordered. There were no imperfections in the prints like there are with some other companies, and I received my prints quickly and very competitively priced. I'd expect them to be more expensive given the quality. Glad a friend pointed me their way.
Canvas Bees produces high quality, high resolution canvases and I have used them multiple times. The company delivered a pretty large order on time for grand re-opening of my business which was not an easy task. I have also used them to make an amazing canvas of my engagement photo for my fiance. I would highly recommend them!
I have used Canvas Bees several times. I am a photographer and like to give canvas prints as gifts. They have done a great job! I was happy with all of the canvases I had ordered except one BUT they reprinted it for me! I did email them once about the issue and did not hear back from them, so I emailed them again and they immediately called me and apologized and said they would do a reprint for me. Hey no one is perfect but I really appreciated the good customer service I have received and will continue using them, and would recommend them to anyone!
This has been my third order for a canvas and I'm very happy with it! For the size of my canvas, the image came out great :) I'm genuinely amazed at how cheap the prices are for such great products, will definitely continue using to fill my dorm walls!

Purchased a canvas from this company right before Christmas and was given an eta of the 24th to the 4th of January received it several days before the holiday and was blown away by quality. Called in to customer service to see if I could have another one in time an HONEST gentleman answered the phone and said that would not be possible at that time. I was really nervous after reading all the bad reviews because I submitted my order before checking out any reviews and I basically thought I had just thrown away my money but to my surprise, everything arrived in a timely fashion and looks exactly as I would have hoped. I purchased four smaller canvases with the BOGO deal and so even with shipping it only cost around $10/canvas which is a crazy deal! Costco canvases start at $30 I'm pretty sure. All of the canvases kept the photos in line and I'm just really happy with the product. It sucks that others had bad experiences and because of that I guess I'd recommend not buying really large or expensive canvases through this company but for small ones when there's a deal this good, it's such a good deal the risk is worth it in my book, plus all four of my canvases turned out great!

Got it on time, in good quality, no issues with the print, and was the first piece to sell at the gallery opening. When I called, he fixed a shipping issue I had and was very professional. I got everything in on time.
After waiting for 2 weeks for an answer, my order was late and my client was not satisfied and disappointed to find out that the order had not been shipped after 2 weeks, i tried to cancel the order and get a refund, but they refused to do it. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and said that he rather loose a customer than cancel the order. I order previously many times from them. GROSS!
Had a great experience with canvasbees.com. My daughter was late in ordering a large print to take to college, canvasbees was able to complete her order and get it out to her school in time for her move in. Print was gorgeous, great quality and very reasonable price for a large custom size. Very satisfied! THank you.
I placed an order for two canvases. There were errors in the original order to include billing. The customer service representative was eager to resolve the issue, immediately refunded the overcharge, and sent two new canvases. The final products were lovely and met expectations, however the customer service was exceptional and the real win in the purchasing experience.
I am shocked to read some less than satisfactory reviews! I have been working with CanvasBees for over a year and every single print, poster, mount was delivered without difficulty and the quality is wonderful. The one time I was not 100% satisfied (a styrofoam mount was damaged in delivery), it was rectified without a hitch! I have ALL my prints and posters for my modeling work prepared by CanvasBees and wouldn't order from anyone else.
Canvas Bees may show to be the lower online, but you will not get what you pay for. I ordered under one of their many bogo sales and was sent the incorrect sizes (half the size of what I paid for.) Their customer service is a joke. I was told I would not get a refund, it would not be corrected, and there was no one above the person who answered the phone to discuss it with. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. Use another company!
Kristin, we do apologize after reviewing your account it was shown that you were unresponsive to numerous calls from our client relation specialists. Under our bogo campaign at the time the canvas that was resized was free of charge. Please advise how you would like to resolve this issue so we may move forward.
In January of this year I placed an order. I was told I would receive a proof to approve/ not approve before the order would be created/ shipped. I did not approve the proof and the order was shipped. I called to make the return and was told I didn't have to send the items back but I would get a refund. It's been almost 60 days of ongoing emails with the company promising a refund and that someone would get back to me with no resolution. I have documented emails of a non-approved proof and promised refund and phone records I will be submitting to the credit card company dispute. I am sorry that it has come to this and wish the company could have come to a resolution with me. If you are looking to order prints from a company who is easy to get in contact with and responds to questions/ gives proofs, etc I would not recommend Canvasbees.
I didn't look up this company until after I placed my order... I wish I would have looked them up first! Customer Service is not the best. I sent an email regarding my order and never received a response. I then call and was informed my order was "being prepped for shipment". A week later I call back asking if it had been shipped and I was informed that they technically had another week before having to ship it out to me... I work in customer service and was speechless hearing this response. Then I get the prints. They were much darker than the image provided which caused a loss in some detail that to some might not matter, but considering I am former photo major and place attention to detail, it changes the image for me altogether. Then I go to hang it and before I even let go the hanger fell off and would not go back in. I am now hanging it by the frame. I guess I got what I paid for, I will be going elsewhere going forward.

I ordered 2 prints and paid for them. I was mailed the one print and never received the second print. It didn't even show on my invoice or on my order confirmation that I had ordered it but they charged me and collected the money for both. I politely emailed them offering to send them the 2nd image if they needed it so they could ship me the print I had already paid for. They replied with a run around email asking me to send them the invoice and never addressed the fact that they took my money for both prints and only shipped me one! After the third email, they will not even respond to me now. The one print that I do have that they shipped me, which I might add is not that great of quality compared to the one I had ordered from another company last year, cost me double! So I paid twice the money and got have the quality and half the prints I ordered. I'm not very happy and I can not get a response from them now. Would not recommend this company at all.

I'm absolutely shocked at the customer service from this company. After placing my order I sent an email asking to confirm the 2 for 2 offer, all that was sent to me was a cut and paste from their system showing me my order. I received my prints today (which was 3days late!) and only received two instead of four! After speaking to Jesse in Customer Service I was told that I only purchased two and did not get the 2 for 2 offer. He said that he could send the other two prints if I paid for the postage of $13! I disagreed and asked to speak to someone higher than him, he told me outright NO! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not order from this company, customer satisfaction is not what they strive to do!
The total on all their invoices never add up. They are charging double tax for all buy1 Get 1 free orders. Everyone should check their invoices and complain to consumers affairs in the state of NJ. Their parent company name and inform is as follows:

I received a blurry canvas print from them and although they have a money back guarantee on their site, they do not honor it. Instead, they wanted me to spend more money on a replacement. I submitted a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office.

This company keeps sending me BOGO offers and when I tried to use it, they now say the offer is good only one time. However, I called them before I submitted my order and they said that they would honor it. So they lied Twice.

I have ordered from Canvas Bee's on two separate occasions! One for an engagement picture and then 5 for an upcoming baby shower. On my last purchase I paid for 5 8x8' canvas prints and was contacted about the images not looking good so they upgraded my canvas for free. I just received them today and THEY ARE PERFECT! I will continue to use them for all of my canvas needs, it's a great price and the product is wonderful!
