I NEVER order things online, so I was hesitant at first. However, my faith is renewed after using Canvas Bees. Not only were they helpful in figuring out the best picture to print, but they made it quick and easy. 10/10!
Just an awful company. Extremely rude, passive aggressive man owns this company. They clearly do NOT care about return business. He gives appalling customer service and does not deserve your money. Go elsewhere.
I ordered three prints on Dec 5 and it said they would be delivered by December 14. I emailed and called about one of the prints which I was worried would be too low-resolution. After leaving two voicemails and even FB messaging the company, I finally got a response on the 13th. They said they would refund me for the blurry print and mail the other two. The prints were delivered on December 17th after I had already left town. I didn't get to give my sister her gift on Christmas as a result. I'm still waiting for them to process the refund they told me I would receive and it's December 27th. All the positive reviews on here are written by a canvas bees employee... most are all from the same date. They're fake. Terrible customer service.
I printed two images to get a feel for this company and their quality of work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I will definitely continue to use Canvasbees to print the remainder of my images for my gallery show.
Ordered a picture as a christmas present for my 95 year old grandfather. Ordered 10 days before christmas and paid for expedited shipping. It's now January 14th and I haven't received the package.
I called them to figure it out, and they said I could have "free shipping" on my next purchase, but wouldn't refund the $30 I paid for expedited shipping. When I said I would dispute the charges with my credit card company, he said I wouldn't get my picture at all then, that he would actually call UPS and tell them not to deliver my picture. What awesome people
I ordered "Goshikigahara," from the series Twelve Scenes in the Japan Alps by Hiroshi Yoshida. It's in the public domain. In the CanvasBees print that I received, the nuances between pink, red, and orange are rather washed out. It's most apparent in the upper half of the painting. In the lower half, the dark greens and browns all run together unlike in the original--it is difficult to distinguish all of the different colors that give the landscape its shape. The picture is clear, but the colors are too dark in some places, and too washed out in others.
Great service, great prints and they help out whenever a print doesnt come out so good, but that was my fault bc my image didnt upload properly. Love the bogo deals, beats paying other companies hundreds of dollars to get bigger sizes.
I just got my prints today the 18th, ordered around the 4th. There was a delay due to the snow storm which is on FedEx not canvasbees. The canvases are 60x60 and 60x45 and I am extremely satisfied with the turnout. 1 problem tho, the 60x60 is a few inches short 5inches each way so it's actually 55x55. I'm not totally mad at it but I would like the size I ordered. Again, Other than that the canvases are awesome. I will probably use them again depending their response when I address the size issue. Would def recommend. *** let me say, I am a graphic artist so I made sure my original artwork was print ready, necessary resolution and proper color setup is essential to get any prints right. If you don't know what you are doing consult someone that does or at least Google. You can't blame the printer for giving you what you gave them. Unless they agree to make proper corrections but what is good to them isn't always good to you.
I ordered a large canvas print from Canvas Bees. Fedex broke it during shipment. The frame was broken and the canvas was torn. It was not salvagable. I filed a claim with Fedex but they denied, saying Canvas Bees was the shipper so they would have to file the claim. I tried contacting Canvas Bees several times to resolve this, both my email and telephone. Emai went unanswered. First voice message went unanswered. 2nd call was answered and I was put on hold for 30 minutes, then disconnected. I called back, waited in the queue, and was disconnected again. This is not a reputable business.
There is no way to contact customer service for any correction or mistake. When they were running a BOGO offer, I thought I placed an order for two of the same print and then typed in promo code. When I got the invoice it says one print and no discount. I immediately wrote an email to rectify and have since written 3 times -- no response. I've called customer service and left messages 3 times, again... no response. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I saw no way to cancel an order even seconds after I ordered.
That are completely dishonest and fraudulent. I plan on contacting the New Jersey better business bureau. In effect stole my money for charging me to receive their screw up in the mail.
Instead of addressing concerns with customers, they ignore them, block them from their fb page, and then start spreading lies about them. Now comments and visitor posts are disabled on their Facebook page all together. Seems pretty fishy to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!
I ordered from Canvasbees because of the cost. I had not read any reviews on the company or it's product. First let me say that I received my product quickly. I ordered on the 3rd and received on the 7th. I have ordered canvas' from several other companies. The one feature that this company does not have that I like is the ability to edit (reduce/stretch) your picture on the site. All editing must be done prior to upload. The canvas I ordered did not come with hangers to hang the pictures. So I had to provide my own. The quality is acceptable, but I don't think I will order from them again. The canvas' are rough like a good burlap. Not smooth at all. Close up you can see each square on the canvas, like a pix-elated picture. If you are standing 4 feet away then it's ok; The canvas' look good. For the price they are ok. But I would have preferred a more smoother finish. I did not pay for shipping and used a coupon. So my cost was reasonable.
Tip for consumers:
Edit your picture before you upload (including cropping or stretching). I did not receive picture hangers. Canvas is slightly rough
Beware: You get what you pay for. The prints I received from CanvasBees were less than acceptable. I requested that my photos be wrapped around the canvas adding additional instructions to center the photos. When I received the prints, the picture was wrapped around, but it was as if they had copied the picture again and wrapped that around the sides. There were two faces side by side (one on the front and one on the side of the picture). There were partial heads on the side of the pictures as well. When I called to return the prints, I was told that I ordered my prints on December 8th and it is now January 11th so I was outside of the 30 day guarantee. I did not receive my prints until December 22nd. So just be aware that the 30 days starts from date of order, not from the date you receive the product. The only option I was given was to have the prints reprinted with a black boarder. So 100% satisfaction has its limits.

I ordered something 2 weeks ago and never got the shipping confirmation, customer service was rude and just simply said what do I want him to do they are just behind then hung up on me.
Service was excellent and the product looms fantastic! I had 3 pieces done and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Can't say enough good things. 5 stars all the way!
I mistakenly placed a 2 for 1 offer and realized i had not included the proper code.
I tried to call, email, and fax a cancell. Or sent seversl emails about the mishap eithin a minute of the order. They would not give me the 2for 1 price of even respond! There are many othe companies doing the same work that i will use in the future.
I purchased 6 (24 by 36) canvas from CanvasBees after scouting the internet for the best deals. One thing I wish I did was read customer reviews before using Canvas Bees. So, I didn't see what customers were saying until after I placed the order. I'm not going to lie. I had a slight panic attack after reading some of these reviews. Plus, I ended up contacting CanvasBees about a mistake I had made on one of my orders. I left two voice messages right after placing my order, and I never heard back from them. I called again a few days later to learn that they had already printed my order, and the guy over the phone (Jesse) was just plain rude. This made me even more concerned that I had just made horrible purchases. HOWEVER besides the HORRIBLE customer service, all six of my canvas came on time and they look great. Would I recommend Canvas Bees to another person? Hex NO! Unless you just can't pass up their deals and you want to be put on a nail-biting, roller coaster ride.
BUT, If you do decide to use them or maybe you have already placed an order, just know at least one customer got their stuff so you might get yours... But I hope you used PayPal or your credit card. At least with them, you may be reimbursed if something goes wrong. So, make sure to keep all your paperwork and any documented correspondence so that you can have proof.
Tip for consumers:
Would I use them again?...Read my review. Also, some people complained that their pictures did not come out well. Just a bit of advice: I don't care how much Canvas bees promises "Quality Prints," they can't do miracles if the photo you select is of poor resolution. Make sure you are using high-resolution photos wherever you decide to print photos. High res photos are at least 1698 x1131 pixels or 300 dpi.

My expectations weren't high ordering from this company, simply because I operate on the mentality of "You get what you pay for." I did start to worry a lot, because I read the reviews after ordering from them, and as you read through these reviews, you'll see that the good ones are far and few between.
Here's my experience:
I ordered two small prints at the awesome price of $8 a piece! The $12.80 shipping is where they got me though. I ended up paying just under $30, but to be honest, that's the price one canvas print would've been elsewhere. So in retrospect, I saved a lot on this gift.
I was then given a confirmation of order email where I was given this exact statement on my order:
Your order will be delivered between May 18,2017 and May 22,2017.
Which turned out to be an estimate on when it'd be shipped out, because the subsequent email on it being shipped out was sent to me on the day it was supposed to be delivered.
But, I'm fairly easy going, so that actually did not bother me at all. However, maybe a suggestion on changing the word delivered between such and such date to shipped between?
Anyway, I received my package. The fault here lies with me. It was supposed to be shipped elsewhere, but that's okay. Not the company's fault. Nevertheless, the canvas prints came out beautiful. I was scared about the quality, because of the reviews, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm actually very satisfied with the product!
Ordered a canvas print for a birthday present, didnt receive it in time. Called to address the problem and "Jesse" told me it would be sent out as soon as possible. Then received an email that they couldnt make it and would refund the money. I asked to speek to a manager. No manager... what? Then he threatend to keep my money. I told him I would file a complaint and he threatend to find out where I worked and file a complaint. What a sham of a buisness. Calling my attorney if the money is not refunded!
Im not work for CanvasBees or getting pay to put this review... Great prices before Valentine's Day, on time, excelent materials and colors... MY WIFE IS VERY HAPPY.

Very disappointed with my order. I wish I found this site before ordering. I ordered 9 prints that were to fit together perfectly except the 11 x 14 I ordered that was supposed to be portrait came landscape style. I called customer service and spoke with Jesse who was very rude. He told me I ordered it landscape style. Which is odd because their website doesnt even give you the option to do that! Its a guessing game when you enter the numbers. But, the rest of my prints came as the first # being the top of the photo for example my 16 x 20 came as portrait style and so on. When I pointed this out to Jesse and asked him to explain why the rest of my photos were portrait, he said I dont have an answer for that. He then proceeded to tell me he would give me a new picture for free but that I would need to pay the shipping of $18.95! It is clear that they made a mistake. I asked to speak with someone that could answer my questions he told me it was a small company and that there was no one else for me to speak to. Very poor customer service! I will never order from this company again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.
I ordered some canvases from Jesse Shaw and he made sure I received them quickly and in excellent condition! My order was done accurately and beautifully, I would definitely recomend their services!
Being able to judge size and shape with the sofa and person on the web site was great. Once received, the quality was as hoped for, and I felt the price reasonable.
I ordered 2 canvases thru the BOGO offer on their website on May 3. It was supposed to be delivered between May 11-15. I called on May 17 to see why it hasn't been delivered and the guy told me they were running behind because of the holiday but my order is ready & will be shipped and they would email me a tracking number. Well I called back today (5/23/17) to see why I haven't received my order or the tracking number and the guy told me the same exact story that he told me 6 days earlier. So a week later and my order is still ready but not shipped?! Well they guy has the audacity to ask me if I want to pay to expedite my order. On my dime of course! So I asked for the manager & he said he is the manager. I asked him if he is the owner & guess what, he is the owner! So yeah. 20 days since I placed the order and I haven't received it. I did finally get a tracking number so we will see how the product turns out... I don't have high expectations seeing the other comments on here! But I will order from Picture it on Canvas from now on... I had great results from them!
Ihave ordered canvas prints from Best Canvas and Canvas People in the past and have been extremely satisfied with the products I've received. I tried Canvas Bees only because they had a BOGO offer and am exceptionally DISAPPOINTED! The resolution is awful, the prints much darker than they appeared when done by other canvas suppliers, and the shipping took longer than anticipated. I would NOT recommend them
