I NEVER order things online, so I was hesitant at first. However, my faith is renewed after using Canvas Bees. Not only were they helpful in figuring out the best picture to print, but they made it quick and easy. 10/10!
Just an awful company. Extremely rude, passive aggressive man owns this company. They clearly do NOT care about return business. He gives appalling customer service and does not deserve your money. Go elsewhere.
I first ordered one print for a friend in NH. Before hitting purchase, I realized there was a two for one sale. I ordered another print for myself, and changed the shipping address to my own in OR, figuring I would mail the gift to my friend with a gift note and such. When the purchase confirmation showed up, it said both prints were being shipped to my friend in NH! I called, and was connected to a customer service agent, who said there was a $14 fee for a change of address. I explained again that his company had made a mistake, and it wasn't my responsibility to pay for that mistake. He said "we'll be happy to send it to the address you provided" (that is, the NH address). I asked if there was someone more senior I could speak with and he said no, he was the customer support manager. I asked again why I should have to shoulder the financial burden of his company's mistake, and the fellow said, "you're being very rude, ma'am. You're being very curt." Having worked in customer service before, I know what rude is... and I know that I was not being rude. Furthermore, even if I HAD been rude, it's his job to apologize! Even if he can't change the system! I said, "well, you can imagine why I'm upset," and he said, "I really can't." This company has a masters in BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you place an order and don't need to change anything, you may have an entirely different experience. But woe be unto you if you need to call them...
Jesse, the only person that answers the phones, is a complete insensitive, rude, unprofessional, ignorant and piece of dung that does not know to handle a business over the phone. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a shipping email confirmation with the tracking number, We paid $65 for the BOGO deal but no delivery of the items 3 weeks after order was placed. DO NOT USE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS IGNORANT OVER THE PHONE. Report them to the BBB and your Bank if you have not received your paid products after 3 weeks!
You get what you pay for... DO NOT USE... I repeat DO NOT USE. This must be a small company because I spoke with Jessie - who is the rudest person I have ever been encountered with via phone- He hung up the phone when I asked to speak with the owner of the company. I placed an order (BOGO) and did NOT get what I ordered and paid for. He took it upon himself to reduce the size of one of pictures because it wouldn't print nicely on the size I ordered. Instead of emailing or calling me so I could modify my order and pay for the size that they shipped, they charged me for the bigger size but shipped a smaller size. Per Jessie, we do BOGO all the time... which is totally IRRELEVANT, I paid for one size but you all printed and ship what you wanted. Completely unacceptable! I believe Jessie is probably the owner... he would not give me the owner's name or contact information. Their prices may be cheap but believe if you have a problem, you can chalk it up as a LOSS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
After trying to respond to an email from Canvasbees through a phone number they left and an email address they left and never getting a response back from them, I called the main customer service number and the person was rude, would not allow me to talk to a manager and told me he would not help me! He wouldn't even let me complete a sentence before interrupting me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM for anything!
I ordered a 16x20 for $14.99 and received a 12 x 20 and was charged $15! Plus $16 for shipping. I called and the young man who answered he said he was the owner. I told him my problem with my order. AT first there was miscommunication between him and I. I have to admit I was frustrated and hung up because I felt like he was not listening. He called back and was patient to hear out exactly what I needed. I was very pleased that offered to graciously refund my shipping of $16. He offered to even credit my entire order. I simply took the shipping refund and did pay for the canvas. It am grateful for small business such as Canvas bees who are willing to call their customers back and make things right after a misunderstanding. My picture of my children is clear and looks amazing on our wall. My family loves the canvas picture and the colors. Thank you Canvas bees for caring enough to call me back to make this right. I will come back because of your humility to seek things out. I will be purchasing my clients closing gifts from here in the near future!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed my first order with Canvas Bees or Canvas Bold on January 5,2017. However, I never received any email confirmation that my order was placed. I called them on January 20,2017 to confirm my order, and the customer service rep Jessie was very rude from the start of our conversation. First of all, he said they sent me an email 2 days after I placed my order telling me that my order could not be completed. Yet I did not receive any emails, also checked my spam folder. He said my order could not be completed for the size canvas I wanted. I began to ask questions as to what the dimensions need to be for the size canvas I wanted and he was rude and kept giving me misinformation. I tried to nicely give him an example in the past of what Walgreens does when I have had this issue with an canvas and he said, "Well this isn't Walgreens." He then said he was going to cancel my order without me even asking to cancel my order. I asked to speak to a manager and he said they are a very small operation, and there is no manager to speak to. I'm assuming he is the owner of the company. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they already charged my card before the order was even processed and shipped. Very bad business!
Always very generous on the phone, prints were made & shipped same day, got here within a week too! 5/5 would definitely recommend to a friend!

DO NOT USE CANVAS BEES.
I uploaded an un-cropped photo of my family to print a 60x35 canvas for $160 and selected the Photo As Is option (meaning, I did not want the photo to change when being printed out). When I received the photo, I was upset to see the shoulders of the people on each side of the image were badly cropped (cut off half way across the shoulder). When I called in to cite their "Satisfaction Guarantee" on the website, a man named * answered the phone. He told me they would reprint the photo but I would have to pay $46 in shipping, again. If they would have followed the instructions (Photo As Is), I wouldn't have had to incur this shipping cost a second time.
What's worse was * attitude who kept insisting "we're having a stagnant conversation" and ignoring my offer to send him a copy of my email confirmation, which very clearly showed an un-cropped image. He was rude, unprofessional, and made the worst customer service representative you've ever dealt with seem as polite as Mother Teresa. I was speechless by the time I got off of the phone.
I was also told during the ordering process that I would receive the canvases by April 29, in time for a memorial service. I did not receive them until May 3, which was too late for the memorial service.
This is the first time I ever feel inclined to post a review on anything. Again, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here.

We spoke over the phone today in regards to your order in which I confirmed the image cropping before you had even noted what was wrong with the image, we have absolutely no problem reprinting the item free of charge, we just ask that you allow us to resize the image and that you pay shipping and handling fees on the new print. Please advise.
I had the exact same bad customer service as Cris F wrote when I called yesterday 10/11/17. I called the main customer service also, after writing an email with no response, and the guy was very rude and said he couldn't help me and I asked to talk to someone who could and was on hold over 20 minutes, when I had to hang up. I ordered two 16x20 prints and emailed them a few weeks out to see when I should expect them because I got not tracking info and when I logged in it said I had no orders, but I already had paid for it! When they arrived I received a 12x20 and 20x20, when the customer service rep said they emailed me to call them....I looked it up and they emailed me to tell me they "were having trouble adjusting my prints" which I thought was just taking them longer. I received the prints 6 days after they sent the email, which meant they only waited for me 4 days and printed and sent them out the wrong size. They did NOT call me or leave any type of phone message. I asked why they wouldn't have called me - he said "you should have checked your email"....such a nice customer service guy "not!" So I paid for two prints that don't fit and nobody will contact me back!
Let me start off by saying I had ordered all most 2 dozen pictures because of a sale they had, most of them 24 x 36 1.5" gallery wrapped. After placing the order my wife was worried about placing such a large order from a company we've never used before. I looked up reviews and started to get worried myself after reading so many bad ones. All my pictures came on time very well packed. I only had a problem with 2 pictures, one was discolored and the other had a very small white spot (maybe something was on the canvas when it was printed and fell off after?) I called up and spoke to Jesse and they are going to reprint both pictures, I had to pay for shipping to get them sent out which was a little bit of a bummer but understandable. I am an amateur photographer and all my pictures have a signature in the bottom corner (@brendonjonesphoto IG) when getting these pictures printed I realized this was going to be very problematic with gallery wrapping, If I got them normally wrapped my signature would be on the edges of the picture and be unidentifiable and look horrible. My only option was to have the edges mirror wrapped which would leave the signature in its place but just mirror it on the edges, this would look a little bad but still much better then the first option. When I got my pictures all 22 of them had the mirror of the signature on the edges edited out! This was amazing, I never asked for it to be done they just took the Initiative. I plan to display and sell these pictures and this makes them look so much better. I have used other places to get my pictures on canvas and had problems with pictures being poorly packed and damaged while shipped or sent with big white streaks on them that clearly happened at the time of printing but were still shipped out, I didn't have any of these problems with them and I will use Canvas Bees in the future.
I posted a review back in March and did not hear from anyone; wasn't expecting to, then I got a response in May. 2 MONTHS TOO LATE! Apparently the owner; Jesse, of the business thought my bad experience was worthy to respond to. Interesting that the conversations I had on the phone were with him and his response was "can you please advise what was said in regards to a tracking number.?" SAD! 2 months later and my bad experience with this company is a concern. In fact his response to try and exonerate himself was unsympathetic. I noticed the recent abundance of 5 star reviews and the pattern for which they miraculously appear immediately after a 1 star review has posted! Save yourself any future frustrations with this company and order else where! You'll only be sorry when you too experiences their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and their unorganized untimely shipping procedures! Just trying to look out for you! BTW they own CANVAS PRINT FACTORY also. BEYOND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO customer service what so ever! CHARMA IS REAL JESSE!
I placed an order on 21 Feb 2017. I Called 'em up to check status on 1 Mar 2017 and spoke with Jesse who then emailed me a tracking #. After tracking my order for 6 days via Fed Ex the status showed "label created". According to Fed Ex the order was never ready for them to pick it up to ship out. 6 Mar 2017 I got Jesse on the phone which he put me on hold to check the status on my order again. He had me on hold listening to music for 18 mins when I decided to call back. This time I got Justin who told me that I should be receiving me order on the 7 Mar 2017. I explained to him that in the event I do not receive my order on 7 Mar 2017 what would happen he mentioned they'll reimburse the shipping cost. I requested that if I do not receive my order on 7 Mar 2017 I'd like not just the shipping cost to be reimbursed I'd like the entire order to be reversed. 7 Mar 2017 No order delivered. 8 Mar 2017 spoke again with Jesse who then proceeded to tell me that he has a new Fed Ex tracking #. He explained the order was lost and that there's a new tracking #. Wrong! If the order was never picked up on 1 Mar 2017 by Fed Ex how can it had ever been Lost. I refused to the receive this "new tracking" and requested the order be reversed. Jesse tells me that He will send this "New Tracking # to my credit card". Irrelevant! PLEASE SHOP ELSE WHERE! Not worth the wait and hassle OR savings to order from Canvas Bee's. Your order will never be shipped out as promised. You'll get a new tracking # for your order but it will NEVER BE READY for pickup. FYI BE AWARE THEY ALSO OWN CANVAS PRINT FACTORY.

I placed an order on 9/9/17 and a few days later I was curious of the progress so I logged in to their site and under "My Orders" it says "You don't have any past orders." Obviously pissed, I sent an email asking for status or I would contest the credit card charge as fraud -- no response. An automated email was sent later saying that my artwork would arrive between 9/20 and 9/22 with no tracking number, etc. It's the 23rd and still nothing -- no tracking number and the site still says I have no order history. And this is for 2 pieces of ROLLED canvas in a SINGLE SHIPPING ROLL that they CHARGED $30 TO SHIP which is BS! And their stupid BOGO sale that supposedly ends with the stupid countdown is complete BS that just resets EVERY SINGLE DAY. Total scam tactics that I didn't catch because I was in a hurry to get a quick gift for a friend and was dumb enough to trust a company that miraculously was just simply a top Google result... Total crap company - if it even is one. I'll definitely be taking this case further than a simple bad review...
To keep this short Ill stick to the simple facts.

Paid extra to have the items shipped in a quicker fashion
After several attempts to contact the seller due to no info on shipping being sent and the order was to be received within 2 days at the latest I finally spoke with James. He told me my print wasn't even printed but he would expedite it and I would see my order shortly.
I asked about the shipping and he assured me it would be refunded.
Call Number 2 - Still hadn't seen product or shipping info. Asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. I was no longer interested. Again James tells me that they will refund my shipping and he will have me info that day. He followed through on the shipping info, but not the money.
Called a third time spoke with James. This time I was told that they had a press down and that all their shipments were delayed. He would put a request into the shipping department for a refund on my shipping and apologized but would not acknowledge that this was the 3rd time we spoke.
4th call spoke with James this time he tells me that they do not return shipping (suddenly this is an issue after 4 calls!?!) but that they would give me a credit towards my next purchase and he would follow up with an email. Guess what Folks, I never saw that either.
Then today I call and when the person answers they do not say their name ( i know at this point its the same person I have spoken with 4 other times) But I ask who I am speaking with... the person refuses to answer and asks my order number. I provide that info and ask again for his name. He again ignores the question and puts me on hold. I continue ask his name after he gets back and he refuses and then becomes very rude and unprofessional it was a good 10 minute conversation of me providing him with dates and times we spoke, the promises HE made and trying to understand why these things have not been done. His response was " get over it cause you are not getting your money back"
Then continues to tell me that they have orders that are 15-20 days delayed right now. I asked how in good faith they could charge for shipping that they couldn't fulfill and I was hung up on.
I tried this website to make canvas prints of my paintings for a friend. I usually have a local printing company make them, but I wanted to try something new and cheaper. When my prints arrived, they were horribly distorted and the colors were very off. I showed my friend the prints and she did not want them. I called Jessie the next day to try and get my money back. He would only reprint them. I didn't want that, because they were horrible the first time and I had to get my friend the prints fast and couldn't wait another week or two to see if he did them right. I told him I only wanted a refund. He made me send him pictures of them, so I did. I sent the original pictures and the ones he made. He didn't see anything wrong with them. He must be blind. I continued to argue with him, because his return policy states if they are bad he will refund them. He said he wouldn't. I threatened to write bad reviews and turn him into the BBB. Only then, did he say he would give me a partial refund and I had to ship back the ones he sent at my own cost. I paid $45 for the two prints and he would only give my back $27. I hung up and started reading reviews on him-something I wish I had done first. I e-mailed him the next day threatening to go the BBB and Federal Trade Commission if he didn't refund my money. He never replied. I called him again later because I wasn't sure if he had received my e-mail. I tried to negotiate with him and get two completely different prints made. I wanted something for my money. He refused and said I keep changing my story. The only thing I ever asked for was a refund until today. He is so arrogant and rude when you talk to him. I don't know how he has stayed in business this long. I did report him to the BBB and to the FTC and hope they shut him down for good. Thank you for nothing Jessie, here is your review as promised!
