I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.
I received my print with a noticeable mark on the front. I called them immediately. They told me to email the issue. They have not responded if they will fix or not and it has been over a week and I have sent multiple emails. I would not order from them again because their customer service is terrible. The prints looked cheap in comparison to Canvas on Demand.

I purchased a canvas print. It arrived with a mark on the front of it. I called customer service. They told me to email. I gave them over a week to resolve and they still have not taken care of it. All they have done is emailed me to email them again. Bad service and the prints are not very good quality.
I'm a regular customer of CanvasOnSale (canvas print). We are always happy and satisfied with our canvas prints. This is my first time for metal print and we were disappointed with the result. Picture was not sharp and the quality was subpar. I wish I didn't order 5 copies. This is a graduation gift of my daughter to her friends.
I purchased through Groupon. I went to Canvas site to make canvas and it would not allow me to use discount code. I emailed about that they said can not use mobile phone you have to use computer after you clear all browsing data. I do not use computer alot of people use their phone today. I finally got that to work using my iPad. At top of page it said free 12× 8 with purchase nothing else,so assuming that's what it meant. I email them. I sent screenshot. THE $#*! THAT EMAILED ME SENT AN EMAIL SAYING WAS MAKING IT EASIER FOR ME TO COMPREHEND LIKE IM A DUMBASS OR SOMETHING! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN PERIOD!

I ORDERED ON GROUPON. WENT TO THE SITE AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE SIZE AS AN OPTION. SO I SPENT 2 DAYS TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. ENDED UP GETTING A REFUND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

1 - shipping & handling twice the cost of the Groupon discounted blanket.
2 - blanket extremely thin, as one reviewer noted, more like a thick sheet.
3 - we ordered three different blankets as Christmas presents, and received fairly quickly. Two turned out okay... not great, but passable. The third I should just trash. It is covered with white spots and lines where you can tell there were loose strings and other materials in the way during the printing process. I reported, WITH PICTURES to customer service. Their reply? To ask for pictures! So I sent more pictures. Their reply? To AGAIN ask for pictures! No acknowledgement either time that I had sent them anything. After complaining in a third email that pics were sent twice already, they offered me a discount on a future purchase. Like I would but from them again when they can't even stand by their original product. Buy elsewhere... This company is awful!
I'm an artist that needs reasonably priced pieces to resell. They do a pretty good job with my work, mind you I send them professional images that are sized, corrected, and balanced. Every so often I might get a miss but any issue has been resolved or is not that big a deal. Sometimes the shipper damages items but not their fault.
We ordered a 30 X 40 canvas print for our Christmas family portrait. Absolutely awesome. Super bright colors and very sharp. More orders are in process. They have my future business as well as my family's.
Looks beautiful and can't wait to hang in my home! Once ordered it arrived in less than a week and was very nicely packaged so there were no issues with shipping damage thankfully. I will definitely be ordering again soon.
The "blanket" I ordered was terrible quality. The picture was distorted with multiple white marks through it. Not much bigger than a laundry basket. Not even big enough for my 4 month old grandson. I'm extremely disappointed. NEVER again.
I've called 5 times. Aside from getting disconnected or being on hold 20 minutes to be connected to another 10 of dead air before being hung up on, they keep sending me a copy paste of the same deterring excuse for why I still haven't received a package that was "shipped" a month ago. Now it's still in production when I search the order status.

I got a Groupon for 3 magic mugs for 12.99 not only were they basic photo mugs they ignored all cropping requests and cut my daughters face off, they also did not put fragile on the box so my package was man handled the entire way 2 out of 3 mugs shattered into pieces I've been calling, emailing, and Facebook messages no response this is completely unacceptable
Initially, my monitor was too bright. This could cause dark images. After adjusting and previewing with other monitors, I thought I had a good match. However, the next series of prints came in over saturated and still too dark. Customer service is slow. I was offered a reprint for one image. I accepted, but hey, they didn't notice me as to how to claim the reprint. They have been silent since I replied back that yes, I would like a reprint. Radio silence for weeks.
They were folded during printing and have lines thru them.
I thought I was getting a blanket but they are more like a wall hanging sheet. Small and not professional at all.
I had to give them as gifts anyways because I had to ship them out and did not have enough time to find another gift...
I explained it in the christmas card, which makes me feel embarrassed.
Unless this company comps me for their mistakes I Will never refer or use them again.
Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a 24 x 36 canvas and they sent one half an inch too short on each side, causing it to fall through the frame. They said they would send a replacement and did the exact same thing again. How hard is it to measure, especially when fixing an error? Frames require correct sizing, so now I have to order through someone else because they refuse to produce a 24 x 36 canvas and measure it prior to sending it to ensure quality and accuracy. They'll give me my money back, but not the correct product ordered. Terrible experience! Don't waste your time!

I've ordered canvases consistently over the past year of family photos of all six of us going on vacation etc. and I have to say that these canvases I bought Are by far the best quality. They also come with a convenient way to attach them to a nail without you having to do extra work highly recommend!
Good quality prints on stretched canvas. Put that together with reasonable price and quick shipping and you really have something. We have started a "vacation wall" to share a memory from special places.
I purchases a graduation gift for my sister. It turned out great and she loved it. Our mother passed away 3 year ago and was not here for her big day physically, but through the collage her presence was felt.

I have found that your company turns my small pictures into full life shots. I have had at least 6 pictures made into poster size pictures and I can't seem to get enough of them. At first I encountered some difficulty making the correct sequence of events to have the pictures printed properly. After working with the customer care persons I was guided through the proper sequences and am now a happy satisfied customer. Thank-you and Thank-you again!
I bought a Groupon for this. I spent an hour creating a book, only for it to disappear. Then the Groupon code said it had been used. Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. Use another company.

They offer the best price this month. Ordered two canvases with 70% discount and absolutely love them. The picture quality stands beyond paid money. Only the 2 corners are stretched easily at canvas top.
Everything else is perfect
Ordered a canvas for a Christmas gift for my mom. It shipped very quickly, but it is somewhat loose (not wrapped tightly) and the edge shows some white. Loose or tight, I wish it was lined up more carefully and didn't look like a hurried job or like I got it "on sale." Hope she likes it...
Over all I got a great price with the Groupon discount but by the time I had my items delivered, it costs me $130.00 just to ship them. Thats crazy, never again. They really should consider lowering the cost to ship to Canada or I wont be buying here again, Sorry.
