I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.
I received my print with a noticeable mark on the front. I called them immediately. They told me to email the issue. They have not responded if they will fix or not and it has been over a week and I have sent multiple emails. I would not order from them again because their customer service is terrible. The prints looked cheap in comparison to Canvas on Demand.
I'm an artist that needs reasonably priced pieces to resell. They do a pretty good job with my work, mind you I send them professional images that are sized, corrected, and balanced. Every so often I might get a miss but any issue has been resolved or is not that big a deal. Sometimes the shipper damages items but not their fault.
After following their trouble shooting steps a few times still had to send in proof of screenshots and pdf files to get the code approved. But other than that the metal frame came in well packaged and looks amazing on our wall.

Need to be a little computer savvy to enlarge your photos for larger prints
After creating an account and working on my photo book project for hours. They inadvertently lost the entire thing. I got an Error message to contact Customer service. Which I have done 3 times. They have been zero help. And spit out the same info. "Please create an account for your project". Which was already done.
Over and over I have tried to resolve this with them asking for my lost project to be retrieved.
I can not work with this company they have shown me they are completely incompetent. Hours of work gone.

I would advise people not to waste hours of time creating a photo book, calendar etc. only to have it erased by an obvious problem in their system.
I’m going to Use Shutterfly. They cost more but they never lose your project.

I cannot believe what just came out of the box that just arrived from CanvasonSale/Bestcanvas. My first clue that this company was not legit was a box taped like my child put it together. I gasped in horror at what appeared from inside. My professional photos cheaply stapled to a frame on cheap canvas. I could not look at the canvases. I destroyed them immediately as to leave no trace of their existence. Groupon and this company have failed.

Go anywhere else. I beg you.
Purchased this through Groupon. Went to place order & it shows an invalid coupon code. Sent two emails to company, no response. Also tried to call, no answer after long hold. Contacted Groupon who verified code was invalid & they said it will take up to 5 days to resolve... this will put the order way past Christmas delivery - so disappointed. Save your money & shop elsewhere.
I bought a Groupon for this. I spent an hour creating a book, only for it to disappear. Then the Groupon code said it had been used. Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. Use another company.

Barely hold themselves onto the fridge, never mind anything else. Really thin, really cheap, very disappointed. Also their shipping page says every package has tracking... NOT TRUE, mine did not and I had no clue where my package was once shipped.
Sent sharp, high-res image. Got back blurry print. Nonexistent customer service. Won't answer emails. Phone goes straight to hold music. Not even any "your call is important to us."

They sent me someone else's picture and now I cannot ever get a hold of somebody at the company to find my order! It was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas no trying to figure something else out! If you order you are screwed because their customer service is horrible!
I was concerned that everything would come out grainy but everything turned out so amazing. We will be ordering more soon (and already have 7 done from them). Love what this company has done. Only suggestion, definitely purchase the hanging hardware.
After my initial not great review, canvasonsale responded and was very helpful. I still think there needed to be better communication about how orders put in within minutes of each might arrive 2 weeks apart, but... now that I know, I will plan accordingly next time I order from them - I will order again. I've been told the quality is good (the canvasses were a gift to an out of state relative).
I ordered 2 16x20 canvas prints. A great "special offer" popped up when I completed that order. I took advantage of that offer and ordered 2 12x8 canvas prints. Both orders were placed 5/15 and shipped 5/16. The larger canvas prints arrived on 5/24. The other 2 have yet to show up. It took 3 days to get an email reply to my request for information and when I did, I was told it could take up to 18 business days, or up to 6/12, for the remaining order to arrive! How can 1 order show up in just a few days, and another take nearly a MONTH when both were processed and shipped on the same day? And now we wait... Customer Service is not helpful at all..
At first I had a little trouble uploading one of my photos, but after finding one that worked everything went smooth after that. The shipment arrived as it said in great condition. I'm very excited to give these gifts out for Christmas.
Will not answer the phone, chat does not respond keeps saying no agents. Email gets you canned responses that were obviously copied and pasted instead of actually listening and helping. Had a Groupon, had it refunded because I was getting nowhere.

I had never heard of CanvasOnSale. Saw it advertised on Groupon and decided to try it. I usually order from my professional printing company but, was extremely satisfied with the quality and quick deliveries. Amazing work! I'm a new fan!

I received my 40x30 canvas print in sturdy packaging. I love everything about this product. High quality, light weight, looks great on my wall. I purchased through Groupon sale so the price was very reasonable. I'll be a return customer.
Ordered large print, picture is not centered and there is a gap of blank canvas at the top of 5-6". You can see 2/4 of the edges on the original picture. I thought it was a joke! Very unprofessional. Try calling the customer service #?!?! 1/2 dozen times after 11 minutes of holding they say "thanks for your call" but we're too busy to answer so try again! 2 days in a row. I get it. Holiday rush. Tell me that at the beginning of call. Wal*greens has better prints, and that's not saying much. Very disappointed, will not order again. LivingSocial deal. Some deal. Embarrassing!
I am blown away by the lack of customer service I've received from these people. I purchased a Groupon for two canvases, meant to be mother's day gifts for my mom and mother-in-law. When I tried to enter the coupon code, the site said it was invalid. I emailed them explaining what happened. I attached a screenshot of my groupon and everything. Five days later I've heard nothing back, so I called the customer service number on their site, only to hold for a long time and then be disconnected twice! So I sent another email saying how unhappy I am, only to receive an automatic response telling me that sending multiple emails won't get me a faster response. These people are ridiculously unprofessional, there is no excuse for this! I DO NOT recommend buying from them! The only reason they're even getting one star from me is because zero stars isn't an option!
Great price, easy ordering, quick product & shipping, good quality! We gave this, as a group gift, and people in the group were interested in having a canvas made themselves because it was done so well & for much less than you'd think possible.
My canvas was printed wrong and after 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of someone through multiple phone calls that no one answers to 4 sent emails that also haven't been answered I am extremely frustrated with this company and their customer service.
I have placed multiple orders with CanvasOnSale and I've been 100% satisfied with every order. The canvases are beautiful reproductions of my photos. The fact that they are delivered so quickly is just another plus. Love this company.
This company really cares about pleasing its customer and offering quality items! I had a quick return, and I mean "quick" because they asked no questions and replaced my item in Record speed! I'm very happy with them and would recommend CanvasOnSale to everyone!
Canvas arrived with massive rectangle in the middle from another, smaller canvas being taped to the back. Lack of common Sense on shipping department. When I called in they hung up multiple times before giving me the information on the next steps to have their mistake fixed. Unimpressed and will never recommend or use again (back of canvas picture included- much more obvious in front where it actually pushes out)

They claim they guarantee your satisfaction - that is not true! On hold several minutes only to hear a recording that all customer reps busy? Tried three other times with no success. Don't waste your time & money! Lots of other canvas companies that will appreciate there customers!
