I purchased two 36x24 canvas prints through group-on and I had a question for customer service about doing each one together or separately and a representative got right back to me. The quality was amazing when I quickly received the finished projects! Definitely a satisfied customer...

I never received my product I bought the voucher through groupon. Ordered on 12/10 received an email stating it was in route that same day and that it would be delivered between 3-5 business days. It is now 12/26 and I still have not received my order which were all Christmas gifts. The only way I got the company to respond was through FB and now that is even blocked from them receiving messages. Some post are now saying the have been told by groupon that the company is out of business as of 12/24. I was truly excited about these gifts now I am left with nothing and having to order from another company.

I was unsure of ordering a 30 X 40 canvas wrapped print of a photograph. It turned out great, both in terms of print quality and construction of the wrapped canvas. It was the perfect solution to hide a large utility panel in my entrance hallway. The photograph was taken by my son on one of our mission trips to Haiti. I always loved this unusual picture and now have it prominently displayed.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality and workmanship of the print. We had a family photo printed on the 60 x 40, and have it hanging over our fireplace. EVERYONE that walks into our home notices it and comments on how great it is. Totally, 100% happy with the purchase!

I obtained coupons for this company from Groupon, and just received my products. I do love the quality of the product and how quickly I received them I will likely purchase additional prints in the future, as their quality has shown me to be quite acceptable. Good job to the company.

I have loved a certain scene that I personally had been to and found a picture on the internet. I had it enlarged and now it hangs in my living room where I can admire it daily. Thank you for an excellent copy and making this scene part of my life.

I had two, large canvas prints made from photos I took in Colorado. I had a small issue when ordering, which was quickly resolved with a short and easy phone call. I received my canvasses within a week, and the quality is outstanding. I have had canvas prints made many times from many different vendors, but after seeing these, I will not go anywhere else! Incredible work!

I'm so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. I thought it would just be a temporary quick fix for our large bedroom wall but I now have a very substantial piece of artwork that I will enjoy for years to come! The quality of the frame that the canvas is wrapped around is just top notch! Going for the thicker gallery depth and adding black edges gave it the high end feel. Very satisfied and will be back for more!

I have placed at least three orders with this company and each photo has come back beautiful and special. Photos are so special and hold so many memories that it is important to get that perfect photo to display to share with the world. I use their awesome discounts and save a ton of money yet get amazing quality! Definitely, will continue to use in the future!

I didn't understand half of ur process in completing the canvas. I won't know how my picture canvas will turn out till I get it. Others deliver quickly and typically for cheap or free. I doubt that I will use this again.

I loved the service. They sent me the canvas pretty quickly and it has a very nice quality. Also, I paid less money because they have really great deals in Groupon! No need to think twice to give them a chance it!

Our images were by far represented the best I've ever had by a print company. There's a crisp, bright quality to these large pieces, and the shipment was super quick and of high quality packing. I will never hesitate to order again.

This is the third canvas I purchased from them. It came back OK but the color was off. I made contact with customer service and sent some pictures. They immediately said that they would re-do it. Thanks for the great service CanvasOnSale!

Was a little reluctant to order these guys as they are situated in Florida as I live in Vancouver, Canada. Those fears were unfounded. The prints look amazing and the packaging and delivery time was exceptional. I am a professional photographer and will be using these guys again.

I ordered 2 canvases and I love both of them. As a photographer I get extremely nervous ordering from any companies other than my normal print lab due to colors. These canvases were exactly as they were supposed to be and I cannot be more pleased! They also arrived very quickly! I will definitely be using them for all of our future canvas needs.

I ordered two canvas prints and never received them. I've emailed several times and received no response. I've also called many times, but they put you on hold for 10 minutes, "due to high call volume," and then after 10 minutes they just disconnect you. Never did talk to anyone or receive my products. Can't get a refund because I can't connect with anyone.

Bought this thru Groupon. The canvas came in a timely matter and it turned out beautifully... what bothers me is even AFTER purchasing the voucher for the canvas i had to turn around and also pay additional shipping once i ordered thru CanvasOnSale, so really... did i even save any money going thru Groupon?

The canvas was slightly bubbled up in one area and the canvas itself looked like it was folded so there is a big crease in it. No one will answer the phone or respond to my email. I won't use them again nor would I recommend them because they aren't being helpful after they collected my money! I am disappointed because I wanted to order more.

I ordered a blanket well before their "order by" date through Groupon and it came 4 days after Christmas. It also came with a green tint over the whites. I have tried calling and emailing and have had no response. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Feels almost like a scam the way you can't get a hold of them through their phone number.

They send me the wrong customers item right before my anniversary, when I ordered a replacement I was told that it would be overnight shipped. When I checked the tracking number they gave me an even longer shipment them my first order which was over 7 business days. And the worst thing is, when I called them about it they blew it off like it isn't their fault.

Everything I ordered was perfect! The pictures were clear and beautiful, and will make lovely Christmas gifts. The price made it affordable and they communicated every step of the way, from ordering to delivery!

Had a problem getting order shipping info to work. 20 emails and 5 phone calls and still no one could help. All they did was kept saying use the website that was not working.

Also asked for help with refund they refused. So no canvas, and no refund.
