I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.

“Noticeable Mark on Print”

I received my print with a noticeable mark on the front. I called them immediately. They told me to email the issue. They have not responded if they will fix or not and it has been over a week and I have sent multiple emails. I would not order from them again because their customer service is terrible. The prints looked cheap in comparison to Canvas on Demand.

I have gotten 9 magnets and ordered 18 more. Cute way to display lots of your favorite pics. CanvasOnSale does great work! The website is a bit confusing when redeeming a groupon, but love, love, love the magnets. Canvas is next!

As long as you send them high quality files to print from, you will get a great product back. And get it back VERY quickly! (They cannot perform miracles on crappy files though, which is hard for some people to understand~!)

Company canvasonsale surprised me in a good way, because I wasn't expecting to receive something so beautiful for such a low price. My frustration now is transformed into admiration. Good thing about canvas is that they look on most of the wallpapers in my house. I bought few for bedroom, but afterwards realized that they can be placed in a hallway or any other empty wall

Ordered some stuff which I received and was happy. Then received someone else's pictures... have called numerous times and get music or message that they're closed for the bank holiday on days that aren't bank holidays. Sent e-mails for 3 weeks asking for help and got NO Response. Still haven't received my pictures and don't know what to do with these other people's pictures. Shame on them for treating a good customer so poorly. I will tell everyone to go elsewhere. And I hope the people with my pictures are as mad as I am. Seriously people... go elsewhere where you are taken care of.

Impossible to get in touch with this company to resolve an issue. I ordered a canvas on 12/11/18 and a confirmed ups label was created to be shipped on 12/13/18 with a 12/18/18 delivery date. It's now almost 12/22/18 and it still hasn't been picked up. I have tried calling numerous times and it sends me to an automated music recording that disconnects. I have also sent numerous emails explaining the situation, hoping for a resolution and yet again - no response. I'm so disappointed that I paid for a product that was promised a Christmas delivery and now I'm not even sure I will ever receive it. :( Unnacceptable service regardless of the season.

I enjoy accurate overall look of the site, it looks professional and attractive. The prices aren’t lowest but pretty cheap comparing to other shops. Canvas is amazing for the paid money. I recommend canvasonsale and definitely will suggest this website to my friends. Thank you!

Still havnt received my photo magnets-ordered on 11/28. And they won't give me a refund until I receive them. They were supposed to be a Birthday present for my brother. Never again will I order from this company. Lots my money-no product just money out of my pocket gone.

After a lot of back and forth, my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. They refunded my credit card duly and even offered a voucher for all my trouble. The quality of their work is great, my canvases are beautiful. In the future, I will be careful to ensure I place any orders correctly the first time since I know trying to get reach them is difficult. In the end, they get 5 stars for the canvas quality, 5 stars for speedy delivery but I can only give them a 3 for communication. I know if they correct that issue, they would be 5 stars all around from me. Thank you Canvasonsale for rectifying my orders!

I not only provided all of my contact information, including cell phone and e-mail, there is still $192 charge on my Amex Card for products I did not want. Thus far I have paid $31 for a groupon that entitled me for two canvas pictures. Then $14.90 for shipping cost from Canvas on sale which were included as part of the groupon which they should not have charged. A charge for $29.80 which Canvas on sale reversed instead of the $192.00 which is the charge that should have definitely been removed. I received three canvases, two which where all I wanted with my groupon and one extra which I did not want and told them so. Since they sent it, I must keep it. The charge that should have been totally and completely reversed was the $192.00. Even with all my contact information which I provided per their request on sitejabber.com the charge has not been reversed. If my problem is solved I will remove this review, however, it will stay here as long as I am not refunded the money's they charged against my credit card. Anyone reading this review beware. There are plenty of other more reputable sites to order from which will help you with your issues over the telephone and on line. This is bogus that you have to use another site to try to communicate with Canvas On Sale. And please Canvas on Sale, if you reply we don't have your contact information. Yes you do as I sent that to *******@canvasonsale.com as soon as you requested as a result of my first review!

The telephone provided goes unanswered.

I purchased a groupon and I am having issues with my order. It should only be one order and at this point, there are three out there from me trying to rectify the situation. I have tried several times calling the telephone number they have provided and I hold for 5 minutes and get completely disconnected after holding that long. I resorted to sending e-mails. A customer service rep named Katherine North e-mailed with instructions to reorder again using the voucher as they would cancel the other two wrong orders. Now, I am being charged for 3 orders, one of them for the full price not taking the voucher credit since the other orders were not in fact canceled by the rep. I have since sent a couple of more e-mails. I get a "canned" email back each time with the statement "multiple submission of your message will not expedite its response". Well, what choice do I have, they won't answer their telephone, they are charging my credit card tree times and I feel I have no recourse other than canceling the order and disputting it which I will do after today out of simple desperation.

I had ordered a canvas from yall last year. Turned out good so I ordered another one this year!

It looks terrible, the picture is off center, heads are cut off... Why wouldn't anyone notice this before mailing it out?
I have sent several emails trying to receive the correct canvas with a centered photo and for some reason Noone is helping me get this issue corrected. It is supposed to be a Christmas present.
Can I please have this photo remade or get my money back to go somewhere that will make it correctly attached is the photo I need.
Also attached is the photo that was printed all. Wrong

Had a canvas made for my husband and a good friend. They both look pretty proud of their turkeys they shot on opening day. My husband loves his and we haven't gotten a chance to give the other one to his friend but I'm sure he will love it also.

I was a bit sceptical when ordering a Super Plush blanket for my daughter's birthday. Printing on fabric? What resolution? How clear would it be? I wanted to print some of my photography, but much of it is Astrophotography -- how will stars turn out? Answer -- AMAZING. The starfield was CRISP. Of course I uploaded a huge pixel image, several hundred Megabytes in size. I was very surprised by the clarity and color reproduction. It would be helpful if they listed the Maximum resolution for the best print possible. Not sure what their limitations are for definition on fabric, that would be useful to have for image processing prior to submission. I ordered two blankets different images, super impressed by the quality and softness. Hopefully the color will last years into the future. Photo of product received.

The clarity of my canvas print was very, very nice at 36 x 24 size even though I used my iPhone 6 to take the picture. It was shipped next day and arrived here a week later. Based on the special discount offered I' immediately ordered two more large canvas 36x24 and 40x30 which were processed at the same speed and will be receiving them today and tomorrow. Hoping for the same great quality.

I ordered from the Groupon months ago. I also had a lot of difficulty using their site with the code and experienced poor customer service, but eventually it went through. Weeks went by... nothing. I ended up moving out of my old place and they contacted me by email some time after saying my address wasn't valid. I gave them a new address but they had already thrown away my order. They made no attempt to offer me a replacement deal or order. 0/10 completely unprofessional.

I ordered 3 blankets not one came in. I tried to call, you can't get through. I emailed them over 4 times no response back. Horrible horrible horrible! These were supposed to be presents for my family and they never came in the mail.

Their website states high quality and vivid photos... I ordered 2 canvases and both are very poor quality. Both were way darker than the original photos and even look stretched. I sent in 2 professional photos that I had copyright rights for and both of the canvases were like a dark orange/brown color. I was looking forward to receiving these canvases only to be disappointed when opening the boxes. I guess the statement holds true... you get what you pay for:-( I was mostly upset at their misleading statements of quality on their website.

I have loved every canvas photo print I've ordered and received. Every photo I've chosen has been printed with perfect charity and crispness. The quality of the canvas has been excellent. I've chosen a stretch format with both widths of the under wood frame. Personally, I think the thicker frame looks more formal but I still love the thinner frame as well. They have shipped in a very timely manner as well. I highly recommend CanvasOnSale.

This was my first order with CanvasOnSale and let me tell you, "their excellent work blew my husband and I away!". We were astonished by the attention to detail and their overall excellence in reproducing two(2) of our photos onto canvas. I can't say enough about the end results! I tell everyone who wants a photo on canvas to try CanvasOnSale because they certainly will NOT be disappointed. Quality of print is great.

Either the would frame or my wall is not straight as the frame won't sit exactly flush.

Fairly easily disguised, if I had the chance to buy a canvas for the living room wall all over again I would definitely do it.

Definitely had a good purchasing, redeeming, uploading, designing experience. Received my canvas at a good turn around rate. But Im a little disappointed that I wasnt able to hang it up right away because there was nothing attached to the back to easily hang it. No holes, no brackets, nothing. Now I have to worry about. Other than that, it looks good.

I bought a groupon and was hoping it would come out okay but it exceeded my expectations by far and the turnaround time from ordering to receiving was extremely fast. I will most definitely be ordering again.

We used a groupon for a large canvas which made the price perfect! With regular shipping we actually received our picture in two days! The quality was amazing and it was packaged very professionally to ensure the best safety of the canvas. Needless to say we ordered another one that very week and will use them again for any canvas pictures we want ordered.

Bought through Groupon. Shipping more expensive than actual product. I wouldnt have purchased if Id read the fine print better! That being said, the 8x8 canvas is beautiful and high quality. It was packed and shipped carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Paid about $15 per 8x8 canvas. I purchased 5.

I ordered the magic mugs and used a Groupon. I got one red and one blue. The red color didn't cover the pictures at all they could be seen clear as day through them. The blue covered a little darker but you could still see the pictures. The whole idea is to have to add hot water and watch the pictures appear as the color fades. Very unhappy with this product. I have gotten magic mugs from another company in the past. I will go back to that company.

I purchased two 48" x 36" canvas giclees from this company and both of the stretchers were warped, had footprints on them, were not appropriately supported, and were composed of very cheap material. I tried to fix them myself, but they were so damaged they will need to be re-stretched on a quality stretcher. The company contacted me and wanted to make things right. I was interested in their offer as I was donating one piece for a charity event. They decided to hide behind their return policy after contacting me, stood behind their low-quality materials and poor craftsmanship, offered me a publicly available coupon code as recompense, and the code they offered was a worse deal than the Groupon offers they currently have available. Avoid this scam of a business and invest your money in a print vendor who focuses on quality over quantity.
