I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.
I received my print with a noticeable mark on the front. I called them immediately. They told me to email the issue. They have not responded if they will fix or not and it has been over a week and I have sent multiple emails. I would not order from them again because their customer service is terrible. The prints looked cheap in comparison to Canvas on Demand.
I have ordered16 canvas prints all different sizes and have been happy and impressed with all of them. All orders were printed and shipped out very quickly. I would say from the time I placed my order to when they arrived is about 1 week. Quality is good and consistent.
I sent a portrait oriented picture of my grandson to be enlarged to a canvas print. First off, the shipping cost is more than the product pricing so that's a total ripoff, but I ordered it anyway because it was an absolutely adorable photo. When I receive the canvas in the mail the photo was enlarged but they stretched it to a landscape orientation which completely cut off the upper 1/4 of the picture which meant they cut off half of his face. It's ridiculous and they obviously have zero quality control. I emailed 3 times finally getting a response saying there is nothing wrong with the end result canvas photo, denying my request for it to be redone. Just outrageous! Stay away from these imbiciles! Let the buyer beware!
I had hoped to resolve this issue with the company and not submit this as a review. I was unhappy with the blurry canvas I received so I sent an email with the original picture no response a week later submitted a request and still not a response. Not only did I get a canvas that I can't give as a gift but also their customer service is lacking
I first heard about CanvasOnSale in late March 2017 and since then I've placed not 1, not 2, BUT 3 orders with them! Very helpful staff, fast shipping, and quality products at a very reasonable price. I can say with conviction that I will be a lifelong customer!
I purchased a 36x24 canvas at a discounted rate through Groupon. I ordered the print and received the print in just a few short days. It is beautiful! I can't stop staring at it! I am very pleased with the quality of the print and canvas itself. Would definitely not hesitate to order from them again!
My pictures if the grandkids are "priceless". My only suggestion would be to edit your choices carefully as they are mirrored around the sides and I have one I will redo. Very pleased with quality and price!
In the past year, I have ordered 23 canvases, from 8" x 10" to 48" x 36" and resolutions from 150 to 300 dpi. So far, I have not been disappointed in any of the product. The images were clear, and exposures were accurately rendered (pretested on a color printer). A few of the 12" x 16" canvases were mailed from Germany, and so they were a little slower to receive. However, the response time still was reasonable. I applaud the consistent quality.
Happy with the product and the price discount from Groupon. The issue I have is with the shipping that does not come with tracking. The page your sent to with info telling you it will arrive 5-14 days is no help.

I received my order today (12/4/17) that I placed on 11/11/17. I understand it was coming from Germany but the company sent me the wrong blanket. I refuse to pay for shipping to ship it back. I need my blanket by next week (12/11/17 through 12/15/17) because it is a Christmas gift. Guess this person isnt getting a Christmas gift from me until after Christmas. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a very large print family print, (40" something) for over our bed. It was shipped and delivered within a week and the clarity is amazing! I was very worried with the size that it would look blurry or pixelated. The color and clarity is gallery worthy! I could not wait to hang it. No hidden fees and a quality product. I will definitely use them again.
I ordered 3 blankets it took them forever to come and when they finally did my husbands head was cut off on them when it was not on the preview! I have emailed them numerous times asking them to correct this issue and have yet to hear back from them at all!

Purchased a very large canvas print as a present for my son. He took a picture of the canvas print and the quality was so great that several of his friends who saw it, asked where it was done as they thought it was amazing quality. I would highly recommend!
Purchased the groupon... was unable to retrieve it. Called for assistance and the lady barely spoke English and was very "uninterested" in solving the issue. Needless to say I spent the money and never got my photos. Beware

I loved it! I only ordered one just in case the quality was not good, but it turned out so well that I will definitely use this company in the future. I used a Groupon coupon so that helped a lot with pricing.
I got a photo of my daughter off of Facebook. She is on the beach in the Philippines where she serves in the Peace Corps. Her hair is flying and she has the best smile on her face. The canvas I ordered brings it to life and it almost feels like she is here, but most of all, it is clear she is happy doing what she's doing.
My only regret is that I didn't order it in a frame and really should have.
The color and picture came out great knowing I sent in a picture of poor quality. Thank you! I am on my second order and I am sure to continue ordering more as I get more pictures I would like to capture in the various sizes. The quality is well worth the price. I feel like I am getting over since the products are sold at a discount on the site I shop from.
Product ordered almost 3 weeks before Mother's Day was repeatedly promised to arrive, but they always claim my order is "still in production." The only thing they have delivered in weeks are new ads wanting me to send more money for products they aren't producing currently and lies from the CSRs in the call center.
Spend your money someplace where they actually produce goods, not just ads asking for your money!

This is the second thing they have done wrong! It is completely crazy that they would print a portrait of a person, in landscape! Now I have received 7 emails asking me to cut the print with a sharp object, and send them a photo of the damaged print. Another 2 emails wanted me to take a photo of the faulty print they did. They never seem to get anything right. Use another print company, it would be much easier.

I initially had a color problem with the Sepia canvas prints I received. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Mary. Mary did everything she could to keep me satisfied with my purchase. She worked with me and we exchanged emails. She gave me options and assured me that we would find a solution. Kudos to excellent customer service. I am going to order more from you moving forward because of Mary M. A canvas specialist. Thank you, Mary and Canvas on Demand... Good customer service is hard to find.
I used my Groupon with them to have my art piece put on canvas. The quality is good, but some clarity/detail was lost... so I would recommend only ordering photos placed on the canvas. The service was timely and I enjoy my canvas very much.
I ordered three mugs from them and they were all chipped, cracked or the picture was scratched. When i emailed them to get it reprinted NO ONE RESPONDED! I have been trying to contact them for some help via email, phone calls, Facebook, and Instagram. This has been going on since December, almost 3 months have passed and no one has been able to get back to me.
Update: Canvas on sale responded to this review and asked me to email them again. I followed their instructions and sent then an email with my order number a pictures of my product. They responded to my email with: please send us pictures. So I sent them pictures AGAIN and they have not responded. This was over a week ago

I placed an order for Three canvases for mother's day. One for my wife another one for my mother-in-law and one for my mother. Make a long story short I received two out of the three. They had sent one of them to some unknown address in a different state. When I called to follow up they could care less. They said they would return the shipping fee which I could give two craps about. The more important thing was that I did not have the one gift for my mother. They ruined it for me. They did nothing about it to make it right. I never received it on time for Mother's Day. I will never order a single thing from them even if it was free.
I purchased a canvas like 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my item, the first time it was printed incorrectly my son had one eye. They told me they would fix it and send me a new one and I am still waiting, unbelievable will never buy from them again.
