I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.
I received my print with a noticeable mark on the front. I called them immediately. They told me to email the issue. They have not responded if they will fix or not and it has been over a week and I have sent multiple emails. I would not order from them again because their customer service is terrible. The prints looked cheap in comparison to Canvas on Demand.
I had a small one done just to check it out. I love it! Now I need to take some more pictures to add to it. It makes my photos look more professional, than when they are just in a frame!
I've ordered canvases for myself and family members and each time they come out excellent and quickly. They have sales very often so it is very affordable for excellent quality.
Received my beautiful canvas and couldn't be happier with it! The quality is outstanding! The shipping was fast, the price was exceptional, and overall I am extremely pleased! Will order again!
I tried to use my groupon voucher and it said it was invalid then I tried to contact them and after waiting for more than 10 minutes it got disconnected.
The quality of the picture was good but I believe it was the packaging or shipping that somehow left a small crease on the face. Not horrible but I still notice it.
Everything was flawless, from the canvas execution to the shipping and delivery. I am so impressed with the product and am so happy with the result. Thank you for bringing my vision to life!
Ordered a Plush Photo Blanket - To was commemorate my Nephew's completion of hiking the Appalachian Trail, was impressed with the colors and quality so much that I ordered another with a different collage to celebrate my Mother's 95th Bday - she loves being surrounded by her family!
It was easy to order online. It arrived super fast and was good quality. I just wish I would've ordered it with frames. I have an odd size so the frames have to be special ordered.
One side of the canvases has a bar code or what lips like one, stretched across it. I kept it because I didn't think I could return it. I was happy other wise.

Oh my gosh, I was so thrilled with the quality of the canvas and the price I paid was so reasonable. In fact, I was so happy with it I ordered another the next day! Would very highly recommend!
When the product arrived, it was perfection. I used it for my cousin's bridal shower, but she loved it so much, she used it for sign-in table at the wedding reception!
I received 2 canvases, very large. The quality of the picture is exceptional, the website is so easy to use, and the canvases arrived within 2 to 3 days. Very very happy. Will use this company again.
It beautiful, but it isn't Landscape which makes it look really small in my bedroom for the size. Wish that it was bigger, but the picture is beautiful.

Company shipped it with a white mark on the canvas easily seen. Item never should have shipped damaged. Emailed a photo of the canvas. Company never sent a new one.

Very happy with the purchases I have made from here. I find the pictures are better quality than other sites I have tried. The process and delivery are very fast.
Price was amazing and the canvas turned out even better! Definitely ordering more. This one went in the bathroom. Need one for the living room and one for the bedroom!
The porcelain mugs are very nice and I think are dishwasher safe. The blankets are nice too and the picture came out great on both the mugs and the blanket. Highly recommended vendor.

The pillow is the finishing touch to my bedroom. The pillow is the spark of color the room needed. Goes beautifully with the CanvasOnSale canvases that hang above the bed.

The photo on the blanket was excellent. The blanket material didn't seem like very good quality. I was disappointed with the material! The picture was perfectly done though!
