I placed my order the first week of December, and I am now wondering what to get my parents on Christmas Eve because my print did not show and you cannot get anyone in customer service.

I had an image that I wanted printed in canvas for a long time. I'm glad I waited. The result is amazing. Thank you

I love this picture. It looks like it is one - not that a photo was placed on the metal. You can't tell where any edges might be.

I ordered 2. While they arrived promptly both were very washed out & blurry. The quality of these are terrible. I will not use this company again.

I have ordered several canvases of varying size and I have order acrylics. I will list out the pros and cons of using CanvasOnSale.
First Pros:
1) Great deals… best of any internet site I have found

2) Fast turn around time. I get notified of production completion usually the very next day, but sometimes the same day, depending on what time I order

3) fast shipping. I have received shipments within the same week as ordering. Almost unheard of in this industry unless you pay more for ‘rush' status

4) shipping cost. Very reasonable. Some places charge per item. COS does not. The more items I have shipped, each individual pieces shipping cost become exponentially lower

5) communication. COS sends emails to keep you informed where in the process your order is, throughout production and shipping.

6) *here is the most important one* The quality of the product. I have experienced discount sites who don't calibrate their printers often enough which leads to slight to moderate discoloration. Not COS. Everyone of the pieces that I have ordered has been perfect. The colors are duplications of the original. Outstanding product

7) follow up. With every finished order, COS incentivizes further purchases by offering deep discounts.

Cons: truthfully, I have yet to experience a con. I have emailed customer service one time. They were responsive, courteous and helpful.

Bottom Line: CanvasOnSale is a very good business to work with. They maintain communications with their clients, they offer incredibly fast turn around times, they produce a top notch product, and they do all those things at beyond fair pricing. Ordering from any other site just does not make sense.
