I have to say what an awesome job they did. I wasn't sure about making my first purchase, but when ahead & did so. Amazing work speaks for itself and that's exactly what I got. Can't forget to mention the prices, very affordable & cheap. That's why I made two more purchase afterward. Like I said I Absolutely loved it! (: Thank you guys.

I have order a canvas with a personal photo print and all i received was a canvas with some mithical map on it. I tried reaching out to the customer care over phone and via email but to no avail. They make you pay for shipping too and in the end this is what you get. When you call, their phone lines play some call hold music for about 30 mins and then cut you off. Same thing happens when you redial. No i am not sure how to get my money back.

Thank you for your service. My order was processed quickly and received in a very timely fashion. I also appreciate your communication throughout the process with updates often. The overall quality of the canvas is good; however, I am disappointed that it is not backed and did not come with a hanger on the back. The thickness of the canvas is thinner than another one I had done (with another company), so I was disappointed that they did not match. The price discount was wonderful. I am proudly displaying our picture on the wall of our home! Thanks again

I have a home full of my pictures put on canvas, & get "WOW" reviews from all our guests.
Have also done quite a few for our neighbors & their special stuff ( pets, special moments) etc.
I can count over 30 that I have done and never was disappointed!

These are very flimsy. The wood borders are extremely thin and have no weight to them at all. Print quality is good but not great. They encourage you to reach out if you are not satisfied which I did, but they didn't get back to me.

I placed the order weeks ago, same time I ordered a canvas from canvas on demand. I got the canvas from the canvas on demand while the canvas I ordered from here via Groupon is not here yet. Initially sent via UPS but got delivered to USPS who in turn will deliver to my house. Up to this date, I did not get my two orders.
Another issue I have, I purchased two voucher from Groupon, one price is $45 and the second voucher cost me $54. I do not get it.
I sent out an email, no response, the auto reply is no help. This is very frustrating. I wish I can cancel and get reimbursed to save me some headaches on making arrangements with friends to come by and waiting for this order to arrive while I'm at work.

Our first print had a caption that was double printed on top of itself. I sent a picture of this mistake and was promptly sent an email reply saying that I would get a replacement. The first print only took about 1 1/2 weeks so after the 2nd week of waiting for the replacement I reached out asking for status. I was told it was still in production and this happened several times thereafter for over 2 months. Nearing the third month I asked for a full refund but was told that they could still get that replacement print out to me if I followed a very specific set of instructions that were never outlined to me when I was first told that they would get a replacement to me. Another week goes by and the replacement arrives only to have a spelling error. At this point I chose to go with another vendor and not deal with them ever again.

Plan on ordering a few more prints from them. Very pleased with how the one I ordered turned out! Have alreadybl placed an order for 2 more and will be getting at least 3 more after that! Shipped very quickly and received it very quickly!

Communication is terrible. Tried to contacting the vendor through email and phone for the past week and a half with NO RESPONSE. Sitting here 4 days before Christmas without a gift for my mom.

Would never use them again.

I bought a 60 inch triptych and a 36 inch. Both were done from my own photos and came out beautifully, very clear with saturated colors. I couldn't be more pleased as my photography skills are mediocre at best. The service was great and shipping extremely fast. I highly recommend CanvasOnSale for quality and service.

I ordered a family picture set on a large canvas. It came out beautiful- clear facial expressions and bright colors! It was better than expected! Our order was shipped quickly too. I will definitely order again!

Our canvas is lovely. This was a picture that I took with my cell phone and it looks like a professionally taken picture. We received our 36 x 24 canvas in about a week. We were so surprised to receive it so quickly. I will be referring my friends to this site. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

Website was simple and user-friendly (although it would be nice if there was a way to drag/adjust the cropping for placement). Shipped MUCH more quickly than expected and was received very FAST within days of ordering! The products (6 total in 2 different size canvases) were absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. My family thinks I'm a genius for finding your site!

This company delivers all it promises--excellent quality, good pricing, and quick deliver. The print I ordered was a gift and my daughter and her husband are thrilled with it. I had it delivered directly to their home, so didn't see it until I visited them. It was perfect! I will be using this company again in the future.

My grand daughter was coming to visit me and that was the pic her mom send before they travel to me. I was so in love with the picture I have to make a canvas print. I love love love it and I place it right over my bed. Thank you so much

I was told I should have been more careful but I could get a replacement. Then I was told to send photos. I have sent the photos 4 TIMES in the past 2 weeks and they will not reply. So basically they told me I was at fault but they would send me a replacement. Then they requested photos which I sent several of and you can clearly see the jagged edges. Now they just won't reply. Terrible customer service. Go to Costco for a beautiful print that is actually on metal. Coscto or any other place will treat you like a paying customer if your item is not up to standard. Don't buy form this place!

We bought a canvas picture of a bicycle and a beautiful saying, along with the couple's names and date of the wedding. The couple absolutely loved it, hung it up as soon as they received it. Everyone is very happy. I will be buying from this company again.

The photo I submitted was not the best to work with as it was old technology but had sentimental value. You did an amazing job with the canvas enlargements and the prints. Very affordable, fast processing and great quality.

I used them the second time - ordered 3 canvases - all were great - Bright and clear - better than what I was expecting. Received them in less than a week!

I plan to keep using them for all large picture needs.

The canvas' production was very fast (about 1 day!) and delivery was fast with available tracking number. The quality of canvas (material itself) is too thin in my opinion. Besides this, I am satisfied with the product. Thank you!

I received a defective blanket from this company on 5-20-19. The blanket was supposed to be 60x40 but measured only 54x37, and the edges were very unevenly cut. Very sloppy work. Also, the blanket feels like felt rather than fleece. I requested a replacement rather than a refund. The company claims to be environmentally friendly but requires that I destroy the obviously defective blanket rather than sending it back to them because they don't want me to have a "free" blanket. (See photo of destroyed blanket. Look at measuring tape and edges of blanket.) How environmentally friendly is that? How about integrity, standing behind your products and good customer service? Nope, they've got none of that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - you will regret it.

I was worried about the canvas during the shipping process but it arrived in perfect condition. The photo quality is beautiful, even blown up on a large size canvas. I purchased this one with a coupon code so the price was great.

This is the only place I buy my canvas prints from! They are made well and ship fast! The photo quality is not grainy like I have found when ordering from other sites. These are easy to hang and lightweight as well.
