Ordered from Gavin very pleasant. We had to return the car to dealer too many issues. Cancelled order within 24 hours. Advised refund would be issued within 7 to 10 days maybe sooner. Totd if no refund on 11th day to contact billing (no way to talk to anyone all email) Now is the 13th day no refund, no response from anyone.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
