I do not like the way they fit or look once installed. Will trade them for other seat covers. That are made of cloth.
Cathart seat cover, I would absolutely buy again. The color was just right. It went on easy and is a great fit
These seat covers fit my 2017 Silverado 2500 perfectly and were very easy to install. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

After i purchased a hood bra cover from Car Cover USA, they shipped me a scrap junk material which they altered/soy it together in the name of LeBra manufacture part for lower price. The cover was too big/loose and did not fit properly, so i returned it. They did charged me shipping (ran tip) and wanna charge me 20% restocking fee. After i told them that i will dispute my charges, they start threatening me with reporting to credit bureau and collection... when i said this is not LeBra item, THEY HAVE SEND ME THIS EMAIL:

People, this is a company that you are doing business with. They make their money off of orders that are returned. They are hiding behind their desk looking for innocent customers and they are setting you up with their trap. Do not fall for them and give them your money. All those good reviews are mostly friends and family of the owner, otherwize i will just say don't become a victum like me!
The car seat covers they sent didn't fit my truck, AT ALL. I completed their car seat fit guide to make sure I got car seats that were specifically designed for my truck. BUT, the passenger seat cover had holes in it to allow seat belts to pass through them. This was necessary for older cars (1970's) where the old-school lap belts were bolted to the car's floor and passed through the car seat and back, but my truck is a 2008. The driver's seat cover fit OK on the seat back, but was cut too large by about 3 inches for the seat bottom. The excess bunched up on the floor. It looked terrible.
I contacted them (their telephone doesn't work) thru email. I shop a lot online, and when something isn't right, most companies are quick to replace the product, or provide a refund. Most companies are professional, interested in customer loyalty and in maintaining a good reputation. Not these guys. They were slow to respond, and when they did, it was difficult to understand their employees broken English. They were hostile throughout. They repeatedly asked me to send a photo of the passenger car seat, which I did, at least 10 times. It was like Groundhog's Day everyday with these guys. They wanted the same info over and over again, and everyday they would accuse me of not complying. It felt like they were trying to wear me down. The employees refused to provide me with their names which made it difficult to track if the person I was emailing had any of the history. They refused to connect me to a supervisor. They refused to call me back to resolve this issue. One employee said I would get a a 100% refund, but the next employees said that wasn't true. I had to wait for a return number before I returned the seat covers, but I haven't had any word since. I have the FedEx delivery receipt.
I recommend that you go directly to the company that makes the seat covers for them. The factory companies were very professional, and said they would give me a 100% refund, but that it was Carcovers USA decision.
I doubt that I will ever see my $240 again. Don 't make my mistake. I got some universal fit seat covers from another company, and they look much better than the precision fit ones from CarcoversUSA. And, they cost half the price!
I've ordered the custom made sun screens from this company 4 times now. Let me firstly be clear that the product itself is of high quality. For what you pay, the product has always fit perfectly and it does hold up very well.
The customer service here is subpar. I placed my order for a custom sun screen on 7/10/2020. Fully aware of shipping/production delays due to the pandemic, I expected that this particular order may take more time than usual however I was pleased that the company provided an updated "Estimated Ship Dates" to approximate when an order should be fulfilled. The estimated ship dates estimated my ship date at 7/30/2020...
It's now 8/19/2020. This company was sure quick to charge my card for the full amount including shipping however once the charge went through, I initially received zero correspondence from the company as the estimated ship date came and went. I reached out initially on 8/5/2020 politely requesting some follow up on the status of my order. I received a short response of "Hello yes should ship by Friday & we will email again as soon as it's ready thank you". This response email is exactly what you can expect from this company should you ever need help - short responses that lack any concern for the customer's issue at hand. I get it - times are tough for all of us and including small businesses, but a customer reaching out to inquire about an order processed over a month ago and to still not be informed as to the hold up or provided any updated information is ridiculous.
Whomever handles their emails I assume is stretched thin because it's evident they have no time to properly handle a customer service issue. I was told on 8/5 that my order should ship by Friday (8/7). I had to follow up on 8/7 to which the reply was "Hello sorry for the delay, will be shipping next week & we will email again as soon as it's ready". With still no correspondence from the company, I reached back out on 8/13 to inquire as to specifics on the hold up - just let me know what the issue is and as a customer, I can understand but to leave me in the dark and provide no reasoning again is absurd. The response I received to my 8/13 email was "sorry not ready yet, & we will email as soon as it is with tracking to confirm..."
I've contantly been told "it will ship this week" - it's now 8/19 and still no confirmed time as to when it should ship or if the product has even been made. You get what you pay for right? On this sunshade alone, I spent $80 - that's a premium sunshade price, happy to pay it for like I said the product is legit however I assumed I'd be receiving premium customer service follow up.
Be well aware that if you experience an issue that requires customer service from this company, you will be severly disappointed by the lack of effective communication and options you have to solve any issue. Once you get the product however, I can vouch that the sunscreen itself is great.

Answer: The customer service/sales dept will NOT be helpful. They do NOT want you to return anything and pretty much let you know that refunds are not something to count on, eventho they receive the returned product in good shape. You pay the shipping to return item and it rather pricey as CarCoverUSA directs what carrier you must use. Just don't do business with this company -- unless you never have a problem with it's product nor any other reason to require money back. CarCoverUSA is very stubbornly opposed to being helpful and/or providing a refund!
