I rent a car via web site. Yesterday when I arrived, they delivered wrong car and it was not from company Eren Car Rental as their local contact. Besides, delivery was not at airport. They picked me and brought to their office about 3 km far from airport. And when I'll bring back, I have to go there again but not the airport. While I was making booking, specially I asked big car and to delivery and returning to airport. I wrote complain but they answered as "The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office."
Absolutely appalled by this company using unfair, dishonest prectices that ARE ILLEGALby Law.
Firstly I hired a vehicle for one week cost 75.00 Euro, brilliant I thought, but hey there was even more to pay at pickup, YES and alarming 100.00 euro what for you ask, well, "out of office, service charges, airport charges, and that's EXCLUDING my insurance excess which is a 1000.00 euro.
The problem here is THAT IT'S ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE PAID THE FULL RENTAL FOR THE PRESCRIBED PRICE, THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE, AS ADDENDUMS. TO THE ACTUAL CAR HIRE VOUCHER, THIS IS ILLEGAL, UNFAIR AND UNDERHAND PRACTICE AND IT IS MY INTENTION TO GET MY MONEY BACK, FROM THIS COMPANY OF FRAUDSTERS.

Awful customer service. We hired a car through this company for a recent holiday to Portugal. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours meaning we didn't arrive into Faro airport until 23.00. The information and telephone numbers Carjet provided us to call on arrival at the airport were incorrect so we were unable to contact the company to arrange courtesy bus to take us to collect our hire car. This resulted in us having to sleep over night in the airport with three young children! When we eventually managed to flag down a passing courtesy bus the following morning (through luck rather than arrangement) to collect our car we were told they had cancelled it as we were a 'no show'. The hire car company advised us to contact Carjet as they were who we paid the money to. Carjet are refusing to refund us despite giving us incorrect contact information for the car hire firm and repeated emails from us and the car hire firm confirming what happened was out of our control. We have tried emailing and phoning carjet only for them either to not respond to the emails, try and pass the buck back to the car hire company or just flatly put the phone down on us mid conversation. An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Buyers beware! FALSE ADVERTISING! Got a voucher for EXACTLY THE CAR I PICKED UP in Madeira and was told by Sixt that it wasn't covered by their voucher. Been arguing for over 6 mths now - neither Sixt nor CarJet acknowledging their mistake... For something a 5 year old would understand.
Even better, customer service said that "at the end of the day you were given the car..." (see photo). Yes, I did... AFTER PAYING ADDITIONAL MONEY because their voucher DIDN'T COVER THE CAR THAT WAS LITERALLY WRITTEN ON THE VOUCHER! It's almost comical... And I do have to give it to this Andreaa lady, Holding the company line while keeping brain activity at a minimum. What an asset to CarJet!

How Carjet stole my money
I paid for a car from Eindhoven airport. I was supposed to pick up the car on sep 7 2023. When I arrived at the rental agency I was told that I came late and the car was not available anymore.
I PAID FOR THE CAR AND AS A RESULT THE CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE TO ME FOR THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. 3 DAYS. YOU RENTED THE CAR I PAID FOR TO SOMEBODY ELSE, MEANING THAT YOU CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME CAR.
FOR EVERYBODY THAT IS THINKING ABOUT RENTING A CAR FROM CARJET: DONT.

I have booking with Carjet for rental car at interlaken city, Switzerland on 1st March 2023, however they no person in charge for me to pick my rental car at 3 pm.
I have called them but they said only can come at 6 pm. i have decided to cancel my rental car and they said i can cancel my car rental.

They charge you a price and when you get to pick up your car, you find out they paid to the car rental company only a part of what you actually paid. So, you will be charged extra if you want to rent the same car that you chose in the beggining.

Unfortunately, I rented a car from Carjet for our 4 day stay in Malta. Then all our trouble begun: I phoned and they guy some abby company came and explain that the car paid (Opel Corsa) or similar does not have trunk (its back door couldn't open) and we can only use it if we put our luggage (4 regular cases), to lay down back seat bench and push luggage back. As I have two children and where shall they sit safely if seats were not in place and so did not agree with this solution. I went with this guy to their office and there were three car still available. One another Opel Corsa same problem, not possible to open back door, and two small cars totally $#*!xx up, everything broken, but somehow back doors were opening. You got the point of the scam. As I was already whole hour late to pick up the apartment and my family staying at airport I accepted this C1 car, with promises to be replaced next day.
Next day the Car jet / abby was not available anymore, SMS, call nothing, ghosting. What a scam, I was such an idiot. And so much stress. The C1 was half broken, damaged all around and left mirror was only holding by a small tape all photos are available. The car was so used (already felt the scam of return about the sctaches), tires totally worn down.I was really idiot to accept that car, but in a time and place with family still waiting at the airport and some promise to get what we booked. Well Carjet is offering you a lifetime experience of total rip off. But what happened at car return was a total horror film and I don't want to describe it here until all legal things are not settled.

On the first of January I searched for a car, and I filled out my creditcard info after wich I just stormed out of from the website because I found the car I was searching for. All though I did not book any car, they still took close to 100e from my account. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!

Avoid Car jet and Green Motion.
They stole my money and ruined part of my holiday.
On booking the car, it all looked professional and straightforward. They then send a link wanting a review, which is how they have a few stars on other sights.
I paid for 16 days car hire, plus insurance, plus the excess waiver insurance.
On arrival, after 35 hours of travel from Australia to London, I arrived at the care hire place. They had stated that pick up and drop off was at Heathrow Airport. They lied. It's a £25 taxi ride away.
I gave them all my documents but I didn't have a credit card, only a debit card. That wasn't mentioned during booking, neither was it said that I would need to put down an additional £1'500 deposit. A much later email stated it, by which time I was of the understanding that all was finalised and sorted with booking the car, therefore didn't think to be looking for another email from them. Then I was off on my trip. That's how they cover themselves.
They wouldn't give me the car I'd paid for and refused to refund any part of my rental.
They then said that if I wanted to use my debit card, I would need to pay an additional £400 for THEIR insurance, as Car Jet had used a random company that wasn't even connected to the car hire place. WHY? Another scam.
I was desperate for the car, as so much of my trip was reliant on one, so I agreed to pay the extra money. They then said that their machine wouldn't accept my debit card and basically that I would not be getting a cent of my money back!
By this stage, I'd witnessed numerous angry customers who were also denied their cars and were facing similar issues. People yelling and storming out. Not one satisfied customer.
I'm amazed that these thieves are still in business.
I've emailed and been dealt with rudely, then completely ignored. I called (from the Green Motion office phone, which is why I got through) and was yelled at by the so called customer support person.
No more professionalism, like the booking process, just very rude responses and zero cares given.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I booked a car on their website on the Wednesday to be picked up the Saturday morning and taken back the Saturday evening. I was informed by them on the Thursday morning that I can not drop the car of on my requested time. I told them to then refund me as they could not adhere to the terms of the contract. They told me that if I canceled I would not be getting a refund. I was not canceling I was simply asking them to pay me back the money for a service they can not provide. I was met with silence on this request. I was eventually informed that they were waiting for the company where I would get the car from to let them know if they could refund me. On Friday afternoon I went tot he branch of the company and was told that they had not received any communications from CarJet to cancel or refund the rental. They also informed me that CarJet was aware of the times even before selling the contract to me. They are therefor liable to refund me and has not reason not to do so. They are trying to postpone the refund so they can take the money when I can not collect my car because I was never informed about the situation.

The saga continues. I booked a car and no where I'm the booking process did it say digital licenses not accepted. Including the terms and conditions. I booked a car for 265 pounds and and after the booking confirmation it tells you you need physical license. I rang and asked the car dealer e digital license or wattsapp call to my husband who had my physical license in Australia to show online and they said no I'm sorry you have to cancel the booking. I was charged 230 pounds for this depsite canceling within 15 min of the booking! When I asked for this to be reconsiderd, in typical corporate speak, I'm sorry but you accepted the cancellation policy. No recognition that I had no choice but to accept the cancellation and provided with no alternatives such as credit note. I have had a really bad experience with any third party booking agent and would not recommend. They will always find a way to make money out of you. I just don't think a 48 hrs cancellation policy can apply to a booking made 1 hr prior to pick up.we have issued latter of demand and taking this to smaller claims court. I am tired of corporations constantly taking money for no services rendered.

They are big scammers, run away!
We did a booking through their website, we received the confirmation and in the next day we paid an Uber, lost our time to go to the Car Rental place to take our car, but they said that CarJet had canceled our reservation for no reason.
We got an Uber back to the hotel and tried to book again. I tried 3 times with my credit card, but the page didn't finished the purchase, I wasn't receiving any confirmation in my email and it was no charges in my card. I thought that it was a problem with my card and we tried with my boyfriend's card, that we also didn't receive the confirmation. We called Carjet in the next morning to know about the booking and after a long wait in the line and one hang up in our face they said that this last one went through.
Great, we got the car, everything went well.
When I come back from holidays and I look to my credit card, I have the unpleaseant surprise to discover that they charged me for the 3 trials that did in their website. I highlight that we didn't receive any confirmation e-mail and that we called in the following day to confirm about our booking and ask about the trials (that nobody told us that went through).
I tried to call them twice, but they refuse to give me the money back.
So that's how they get their money from their costumers, with your booking trials that seems to not work but indeed they do and they charge them all.

No refund returned, CarJet is a scam!
On June 2nd 2023. I ordered a car in Tromso by CarJet, I paid with a debit cart and the money went away immediately, unfortunately we had to change our plans and the next day I canceled the order - in compliaence with their policy - CarJet makes possible to cancel within one hour prior to car lease without losing the deposit. I received an email with confirmation saying:
We have cancelled your booking CJT-******* and your Platinum Excess Waiver ******* as requested.
The refund will be done back onto the same card you used to pay. Please allow 3 or 4 days for the bank to process your refund. According to the conditions of your booking, the refund will be 155.37 €.
