Worse buyers were available. Lots of Cheapskate, asking stupid questions, asking for a discount and not turning up and don't want the item after asking questions. Most of the time asking a question is listed on your description.
Poor Customer Service. Keep removing seller post/ban user ID without the true reason. Keep telling the seller an invalid reason. We go through our post again and again and is still be removed. Don't know what to do.
They blatantly allow fakes / replicas to be sold to increase transactions, and this is extremely unethical and illegal at the same time. Don't bother filing a report to them, as they don't give a damn.
Carousell please fix your game.

I had tried reporting to them regarding a user who had constantly harrased me. I then put a listing to just warn others to beware of the harraser. Instead of helping me, they kept dragging the whole matter for a weeks with very little understanding and even suspended my account. I hope Carousell close down soon. Useless bloody app.
I had been with them since 2014. Sadly to say i will officially closed my account. They are just becoming back to worst. Recently, on the 20th of October took my coins away and randomly delete my makeup listings. The reason they give me was i listed my service wrongly. Bunch of scammers!
Bought Chanel earrings, turned out to be fake. Made a police report and informed carousell. Guess what, they do not care, seller still selling on their site. Its amovintagecollection. Very irresponsible of caousell so now another buyer will be hurt.
I have encountered many other users ghosting me or being slow to reply me - but I have been shown as "non responsive".
When I emailed my feedbacks to Carousell, they have not responded to my feedbacks too.
In addition to that, selling on Carousell has been a bad experience because I have listed my items for more than 3 years without receiving offers for them.
I would like to close my account with Carousell, since it has not given bad customer service, bad customer experience - which does reflect Carousell as a very unethical company.
Registered an old email address that gone with my phone Few years ago. Now using new email. So how t f can I view an old email when they Sen an information to that particular email?! Updated my new email but still no use! Been cheated frm some pyscho buyer, mia and still keep offering on other item. Such kinda thing and I Guess sure unhappy buyer reported me?! I am one of the first carouseller since its launch. Initially was ok. But eventually so many chinese scammers flooded into platform. So many counterfeit products so many issues. When I report counterfeit Carousell penalized me. For example When i was selling legit made in Germany product my items being removed another person selling the chinese knock off he get to stay even thou many people complained about him. Also harrasment and extortion is rampant as carousell helps criminals
This app is $#*!, time for someone create a better app like this, $#*! idea and run by $#*! admin. They will just ban you if you offended some admin friends or so. Its a site which scammer are here too. How would this $#*! idea got funded too.
Answer: Yeah look you've probably been scammed. Same thing happened to me except the guy sent something in the post so I got excited, but instead of the iPhone I bought he sent me a $10 pair of reading glasses from the post office.
