Unacceptable and treated like customers are not valued. I have to always call about the updates status on my car being in the shop and not don't appreciate the way employees are treating me as a customers. Every time I speak to someone it's always something different and claiming that I can't speak with management. Thats not acceptable It shouldn't take 7 days to take a look paper and make a decision
I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. The reason I marked them at a 4 is because they didn't pay the full price the auto shop was charging for the part and didn't pay full price of labor. I was still only out a couple hundred dollars plus my deductible of $100. I was actually happy to pay that. Overall experience was positive.

The reason for my call was to change my credit card number for the Car Shield payments. I was disputing a charge from another company and for security purposes they cancelled that card and sent me a new one. The rep was very good helping me with that.

Thank goodness I have car shield car shield had my back my car engine needed 2 repairs in a 2 week period if car shield was not here for me! I would have lost my baby, my 2006 cadillac cts and thanks to all the real actors that represent car shield they all are telling the customers the truth!

I have never had a problem with my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel; however when the check engine light came on I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered that I had CarShield. CarShield made the entire process from start to finish completely pleasant. I elected to have the original part for my car to be replaced. The representative said that they would cover a portion of the claim and I had to pay the rest: I didn't know I could do that. I am so glad that I have CarShield. Thanks again CarShield.

With so so many scams around, so many people said I was being scammed by getting car shield. I am a trusting person! Got car shield in 2023 with the hopes I would never need it!
But when I did recently, I have been treated with kindness, courtesy and, professionalism. My claim was covered and my vehicle is being repaired!
Car shield just got sooo many more customers from others just waiting for my report!

The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. However, there are times when a specialist adjuster is necessary, which can extend the repair process. I understand the need to properly adjust the claim, but it is difficult when you only have one car. Overall, I have recommended this service to people I know and would do so again.

Once I actually got car shield and started paying for it, I kept hearing negative things about them, denying claims and basically wasting peoples time. There are several dealerships that do not take this warranty and even the dealerships that do take this warranty don't like dealing with them. My car has been sitting in the shop for almost 3 weeks and I've spent over $1000 for a rental just for my claim to be denied, because of a transmission flush that's was done in December of 2024 and my car broke down until March 2025. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Had something wrong with my ventilation on the driver's side. There was a motor that was defective. All I had to do submit a claim and the car repair facility did the rest. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars.

Local C. S. representative stated in person had our car and he showed me hole in sidewall. But unfortunately we'd had local inclement weather and his shop had a bunch of water on floor of his shop and he said he was not going to drive a customer's car into his shop until cleared out and perhaps evaluation by an insurance representative. Told him by phone when he could get wheel and tire off and to save HIM time would throw mag wheel and ruined tire into my truck and I would have adjustment done at Firestone Store who tires on that car warranted to. So that is to happen..

Someone had hacked my debit/credit card and the bank shut it off. Automatic payment wouldn't go through because of it. They allowed me to make a one time only payment on another card while waiting for the replacement card. Problem resolved.

I called Car Shield to get approval to take my truck to a mechanic because there was a minor vibration in my steering wheel. The problem was with the transmission and Car Shield approved the repairs where in doing comparative shopping most of the customer reviews were dissatisfied because the warranty company would deny costly repairs.

When calling CarShield with our request to have our vehicle taken to the shop because the engine light came on, they were very caring and courteous and as I was on the phone they called the business we previously used to make sure they still excepted CarShield and to see if we could set up and appointment and we did. It was very easy, and we took it to the shop the next day and they worked directly with CarShield as needed. No worries. We love their service (CarShield) and they take care of the cost.
