Carter is good name in the baby cloth stores and well known one as pretty and affordable store, but when it comes to delivery worldwide its really disappointed no delivery in UAE although UAE is one of the most big market for carter and the huge chain prove so, so why no delivery to that country

I haven't been paid for the whole of august i need my money from the silverthorne outlet which is very unprofessional about you company am returning back to my country i cant pay my rent because you guys owe me I can't book my flight i will never work with you guys just pay me before the 28th i was only paid for the two weeks of September and you guys said my august pay was coming i got nothing and am going back to Nigeria nextweek and never coming back please and please i need my pay by this coming week
Love the sales and the door busters. I order online. Once in awhile something gets messed up in the delivery of my order but overall satisfaction is good.
SO BAD company and stupid material I got some stuff for my kids and all get smaller when I washed them I just paid money for nothing and stupid stuff now I've to buy some more clothes for my kids because now all I bought is too small they just wear them one time
If your looking for things not sold in area store, or hard to find products, or just better products for different needs then Carter's just might fit that bill for you.
Sometimes it can be alittle expensive but I love love love this store. My son fits in all of the clothes perfectly and they have also lasted us a good while. I highly recommend this store.
Adorable clothes great prices and sales people so nice and friendly. Storewas clean and in good order. Some stores with prices like these can b quite dirty and messy but. It any of the carter stores.
I ordered shoes to be delivered to the store for my grandson that needed to be the exact same one's he had been wearing or he would go barefoot. Called the store after a week. No record of my order. Called customer service. They were to contact the store and call me back, was later told they could not get through to the store so never called me. Back to customer service using the #4 phone option. They showed the order. Said they would overnight mail it at no charge. Saturday came and went - no shoes. Called customer service (now the 5th phone call). No answer at #4 option. Left my number. No call back. Tried regular customer service number. My order again did not exist. No, there is no supervisor on duty. Will call back in 24 hours. An hour later my earlier call was returned (the #4 office). They had my order but it hadn't been sent out "but it doesn't matter since they don't deliver on Saturdays anyway". I'd get them Monday. We are now up to seven calls and obviously any sane person would simply shop elsewhere but high probability my grandson would not wear shoes that looked or felt different, plus I'd promised these.
This is Sunday. Anyone want to place bets on these shoes coming tomorrow? I sure wouldn't.
Note: use the #4 phone option if you need customer service. Still bad but better than regular #1 choice and for whatever reason, they don't have the same info on file at both numbers.

The best store to buy kids clothing returns and exchange are very easy and they have stores almost in every mall I visited so its very easy to buy from one store and return in and another
I receive my package after 10 days so this is not expected and the quality of the product is awesome the reason why i upset is delivery is not on time.

I placed an order with Carters about a year ago and returned a couple items. That return went so badly a corporate employee called me and apologized. I was given a gift card for the nightmare I endured. I never placed another order until 2 months ago when I finally wanted to get rid of that gift card I was given. I ordered somethings and had to return two items. I followed customer service directions for the return. I am now 45 days into waiting for a refund for the items I returned. I have sent numerous emails, called multiple times. I've been blown off, hung up on, promised the refund was processing and yet still I have nothing. It speaks volumes that I use a gift card I was given for a nightmare with a return and even with a whole year in between I'm living the same nightmare. Isolated incident I think not. CARTERS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I've even went as far as to ask them to just give me back the money I paid that was not covered by the gift card. Which I shouldn't have to ask such a thing. But even with me willing go take half a refund I am still empty handed.
I attempted to make a purchase on March via Carter's online website. Unfortunately, the order was declined. After speaking with one of their representatives, I was to told to check with my bank and call back to escalate the issue. I checked with my bank, who assured me, there was no issue with my card. When I called Carter's, I spoke with a representative person, who responded, that my file and email was under review, and that there was nothing that he could do for me.
Considering this was my first purchase with this company, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online store. In addition, told me to waiting the store to open due of Covid, and to go to the store with a baby. I filled a complaint and now in September, I still have not seen a resolution. I tried again to buy online and again I was not allowed. Again, I am losing a coupon discount and good prices in the store. This has become an extreme waste of my time. If their aim was to discourage customers from making purchases. They have employed an extremely successful tactic.
Long story short. Got a cc w them. Try order online. Decline decline. Carters tells me everything is ok on their end its a bank issue. Call comenity bank they say its a carters issue. I email them and they have the nerve to email back and say reason its being declined is because I have 2 pending holds. WELL DUH THE PENDING HOLDS ARE FROM MY ORDER BEING DECLINED. They just give the runaround. Im done w them
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent two and a half hours in the store. Then I ordered the sizes the store did not have but were available to the store to order. These were a bunch of Christmas gifts. Three weeks went by - no order! I called the store and they found out once they sent the order the order department didn't get place. I have called Carters and they are the absolutely horrible. They tryed telling me I never placed this order. I have the receipt. I bought the items that the store had and ordered the coordinates online. So now I sit with purchased items that need the coordinating top or bottom. I am getting nowhere with this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will be sorry.
I PLACED MY ORDER ON 12/3 AND ITS NOW 12/10 AND MY ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING! EVERY TIME IVE CALLED THE WAIT TIME WAS OVER AN HR. WHEN I FINALLY DID REACH SOMEONE SHE TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T CANCEL MY ORDER B/C OF THE WINDOW TIME WHICH I TOLD HER WAS BS BECAUSE OF WHAT THEIR WEBSITE STATES. SHE TOLD ME MY ORDER WOULD SHIP ON 12/11 AND WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD GURANTEE THAT, SHE COULDN'T, BUT CONTINUED TO TELL ME THAT'S WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS. IF I DON'T GET CANCELLATION EMAIL TOMORROW, IM CALLING MY BANK. IM FURIOUS AND WILL NEVER SHOP ONLINE AGAIN WITH THEM.
Placed order on 4/17, took over a week for processing. Canceled order while it was still at their facility and they STILL shipped it. The 3rd party delivery company they had deliver the order left the box at my front door IN THE POURING RAIN and NEVER knocked to signify they had even been there. Sent order back to Carters and got confirmation they have the order. Then got a notification that it will take up to 30 days for them to process my refund!?!?!?!?! I AM LIVID! They have their merchandise AND my money! I will NEVER order from Carters again! You call and you're on hold for over an hour and can't live chat them because their chat bot won't let you get to a person. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

Answer: I have found better online. Sometimes just 2.99 for shirt, shorts or pj. I always buy off season and get Hugh discounts. The only problem is variety but I'm not picky. I just buy what I like and check again later. Good luck
