The company's reputation is significantly marred by customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to exorbitant interest rates and misleading loan terms that lead borrowers into deeper financial distress. Many reviews highlight feelings of being exploited, with customers reporting that their loan balances increased despite making payments. I pay my balance off in full three days later they snatch $214 out of my account and would not let me close my account. I do not recommend ever ever ever using this service especially with a 250% interest rate. $1500 cost me $2500 in a month and a half. I recommend you taking them to court and see what your rights are.
Had a loan with idiots at one time. Tried to pay them off and they said "No." That ended up with me being on the phone for at least 2 hours a day for the next 3 days. Why does it take 3 days to pay off a loan? They're crooks! That's why!
I applied for a loan. I am on Ssdi and i get SS for my deceased husband. I also receive 2 small pension checks. I applied 7/12/21. Sent them like 5 screenshots of all the direct deposits. They said my loan was approved. Later in the day they stated they needed something showing that the payments were recurring. I went to the deposit section of my bank and sent several screenshots of all the deposits. Then i get an email stating it was withdrawn and to fill out the application again. So i do. I sent them a benefit letter for each Social Security direct deposit, and like 8 different screenshots showing those deposits and the direct deposits of each of the pensions. I kept checking today, the 13th. They send me an email once again saying it was withdrawn and to fill out the application again and send a copy of my most recent paystub. Hello? I dont get a paystub. I needed this loan desperately but not at the loss of my sanity. They are impossible!
I borrowed money from these people expecting an upstanding company that gives installment loans. LIES! They not only took a double payment but took 2! Over $600. They won't even email you back or chat with you! LIARS, THIEVES! STAY AWAY
These people are the worst company. They called & threatened me with fraud charge because I had insufficient funds. Saying they're going to take my license & bank acct away. I took this out when my dad passed away with no life ins. Then covid & I'm still on lay off because part shortages.
Got a 250 loan and before the first payment was due they sent my account to a collection agency who they kept selling it. DON'T TRUST CASH NET USA!
I've gotten a couple loans from this company, but the interest is out of control, talk about ripping people off in the time of need. Say you borrow 800, get on a payment plan because let's face it this why you took out a loan, 11 months, by the time you've paid it off, you have paid over 1600 in interest. Completely taking advantage of people who really need help, especially now days times are really hard. Will not recommend this company too no one. I'm done being desperate & getting taken for a ride. Shame on you cash net, learned my lesson, got two jobs to survive instead of using someone to use me. Bye!
I was scammed by Jhon Wright who claimed to represent CashNetUSA. Went through application process and received approval letter via email. Letter was phoney! When advised funds deposited into bank account my bank found it to be a fraudulent check and cost me $225 out of pocket costs plus closer of bank account, cost over $200 in late fees on credit card payments due to fraudulent check deposited by individual representing CashNetUSA! Be CAUTIOUS! I have contacted CashNetUSA via email and text, never recieved reply back. Photo of fraudulent check posted in this review.
This is the WORST company to borrow money from. They take advantage of people's hardship and char exorbitant amounts of interest and fees. For a 1500 loan, your payment will be $350.00. When you make payments, your loan balance goes down very little. For a $1479.00 payoff, they tacked on additional money taking it to $1879.00. That is ridiculous. I would AVOID this company at all cost. They have no care or compassion for their customers. They are a complete ripoff. I discourage ANYONE from doing business with them.
These people are crooks. If you're looking cash in a bind with no high interest rates I urge you to try LendUp or Speedy Cash. They offer loans and depending on your payback history, multiple ones at the same time. Cashnetusa used to be reliable & descent when they offered the $300 payday loan. As soon as they switched to installment loan option I was done. You will end up paying 10x or more what they loan you. I urge you to PLEASE go else where and stay far away from these crooks.
I am in Virginia I was loaned $2000. 00 from cashnetusa! I paid the between 11/6-12/31 $2360. 32 and they say I still owe $ 947.00 left how is that possible 500%interest total rip off! I think I will fight this one in court!
I was granted a loan of $1,000 and when I signed up Initially it said I would have to pay back 1200. But I've already paid off 1,400 so I called them to discuss how much more do I owe... like wtf?!. The agent told me I had 5 more payments from the 7 payments I already made. Taking $200 every 2 weeks was killing me after paying the 1,400... like seriously?! Straight up RAPE. I'm closing my account. I'm not about to pay 2,400 for a 1,000 loan during a pandemic. Ill let it go to collections then settle from there... lesson learned. Heartless to say the lease. Dont borrow from this company it puts you in a deeper hole than your already in.
This sham of a company allowed someone to use my stolen social security number and birthdate to take out a loan in my name. A fake driver's license was used so proper identity was never verified. Further, I have my credit tagged for fraud alert with credit bureaus and this failed to stop this theft. Now Cashnet.usa is harassing me and threatening my good credit standing. This company should be avoided at all cost.
They are a predatory company that preys on financially struggling consumers. Their interest rate is so high that if you will never pay them fully off. It is better to let the loan go to a collections agency than to try and pay them. You can never talk to anyone unless they are harassing you for payment.
I paid my loan off in full as all it did was bury me farther in a hole@ 299 % interest. It makes me feel so good to know that there are companies out there like yours just waiting to rape people of there $ in the most desperate of times. Hope every last employee & owner sleep well!
This is the worst loan company I ever had to deal with! They are a rip off and you'll be paying the money borrowed forever. I've been paying my loan back for 5 months and it only shows I paid off $100 out of the few hundred dollars I borrowed. And they take over $100 out my account every two weeks. Getting money from a loan shark is better then them!
You cant talk to anyone AT ALL EVER. Its so frustrating and then they pawn off these AI robot things that text you as real people who do NOT do anything and just send canned garbage responses its so frustrating.
Biggest ripoff I've ever seen! Borrowed 1700 paid back over 2000 before I asked for payoff was 1800 after 3 months of payments 1 day later was to payoff went back up to 2000 so $200 in 1 day terrible! Do not ever use this place to borrow money they will put you in a worse off situation than you already are in. They take advantage of people who have money issues! DO NOT USE!
They infiltrate you banking. Deposit fraudenlant checks. In the end youre in debt. They told me they were wire to my account. In reality they deposited a bogus check. So while in thinkinking this has to to be true. They made money off me. Ps I never received the loan
After I wasted my time after there saying I'm approved I get a email saying I'm not to those out there with bad luck such as me and on disibility don't even try these phony B@#$&/$"
Answer: Their website makes them look legit. You can choose a payday loan that isn't as irresponsible as these people
Answer: Total scam. Interest fees are insane and they charge a daily "administration fee" based on how much you still owe. Yes, its basically another interest fee.
