The only company i could find that would ship smirnoff peppermint twist to the UK, Tyler updated me every step of the way, item arrived within two weeks, well packaged & exactly as described. Well recommended.
I ordered some hard to find beer. It was shipped in a very large box - too large for the 4 cans of beer. The beer was not protected well and rolled around in the large box. I also had to send an email asking about the status of my order. More communication would have helped.
I placed an order on December 13. My credit card was charged the next day. To date the order has never been delivered. I was provided lots of incorrect information and was not believed when I brought it to their attention. After weeks of ignoring me, their "customer service" decided the way to resolve their failure to provide my order was to change me $60.00 more. Cask Cartel's customer service consists of talking about customer service but not providing any customer service. They should be ashamed.
Nothing on their site indicated that an item I ordered was being provided by another vendor. They happily advertised an advent calendar - a very timing sensitive gift- and took my money in November. When the item seemed to be taking a long time to even process, I asked and they (quickly and politely) informed me that the order was coming from overseas and was out of their control. Sorry, that's frankly fraud. They never indicated anything like that when they took my money, and it's reprehensible to take money for an item that can't be delivered in a timely fashion. I now know that there was never an intention to deliver the ADVENT CALENDAR during ADVENT. As it looks now, it seems unlikely to deliver before the new year. From what I can tell, Cask Cartel might not actually sell anything, but rather act as a sort of broker. That would be OK, if they would take responsibility for orders they accept. I'll never order anything from them again.

Do not do business with Cask Cartel. Period.

Lead to this company via search, was excited and ordered what it took me to. Realized it is not what I was told and lead to believe. Contacted them immediately before anything was processed and still was charged a restock fee. Poor way to cheap out on potential customers for a few extra bucks. Won't use again and will pass on my experience, look elsewhere..

If I could do minus stars I would. I'll never order from this company again! Received 2 bottles exactly the same one claiming to be from the UK 700 ml for 439.99 and the other from the US 750 ml for 229.99. When I got them both they were exactly the same 750 ml they charged two times more for the first bottle giving me the story that it's more because it's from the UK. Highway robbery!

Ordered a product for a birthday gift unfortunately no one was home for the "required" signature which is $#*! because I had a bottle delivered the same time last year and was not signed for but left on the front porch. I received a message that the product was being returned and had the option to pay for a second delivery attempt, approx another $22.00 so I agreed and paid. Product has not been delivered, no answer from customer service, just out $130.00. Immoral and fraudulent company! Just leaving this as a warning to anyone looking to do business with this company. I will update this review when either the product has been delivered or money has been returned and I promise one or the other will happen.

Ordered 12/7 and it is now 12/22 and my order hasn't been fulfilled. Of course they have 30 days until I can file a claim with PayPal so they're pushing it to the limit. Contact with the company is subpar as they appear to not be able to think outside of a canned response to actually assist.
Ordered whiskey for my dads birthday from their website. They could not source it, I asked for a refund, they refused siting their terms of service which they said entitles them to obtain the whiskey from a third party and deliver even though it would not make it for my dads birthday. I requested a refund again and they refused. Site is a scam. Nothing in stock. They take they order and try to dill it with other companies.

Order was a mystery. I never received any tracking info or communication from the sender. Emails to Cask Cartel were generic and supplied no information. I was left to guess if I was ever going to receive my order. I was also told that it required an adult signature upon delivery. I found it one day just left at the foot of my door.
I was never given any information about shipping. I was left to wonder. I will not be using Cask Cartel ever again.
They seemed to be the only one that offered what I wanted.
Saw it on TV and it looked interesting.

I purchased a bottle of very expensive rum for a Christmas gift and I have yet to receive it a month later my card has been charged 170.00 and I still do not have. Every time I try to contact I get the run around. Terrible customer service. Wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.

I ordered Suave Hacienda Reposado tequila. What I received was Suave Hacienda Gold, a completely different product. I tried multiple times to work with customer service for a correction. The only response they would provide is the bottle had been redesigned. Thus, I paid over $100 for a bottle of tequila I could get at the local store for less than $20. I am very dissatisfied.

This is my first, and now will be my only, experience with cask cartel. Whomever I dealt with did not consider that there is truly a difference between Reposado and a standard gold tequila. They were not rude, they just would not work with me.

There was a four day processing period where I had to wait before I received an estimated ship date, but everything arrived on time once I was given shipping details. Shipment was packaged with care and arrived safely.

I found your prices in general to be very high - in some cases absurdly higher than other retailers of the same products. And while I can't tell you the exact turnaround, you were very slow in fulfilling my order. And this after you were unable to fulfill my original order and issued me with a credit instead, albeit with an extra $20 "inconvenience" credit. Overall, my experience was a very poor one.
I was offered a credit but no refund for the produce you could not supply.
Originally, because you had the (rare) product that I wanted. But, as I said above, it turned out you were unable to fulfill my order.
I had a credit I did not want to waste and found a different product I wanted to try.

I do not write reviews, but my bad experiences with this merchant has compelled me to take the time to write one. I have tried to use this online merchant several times and have had an issue almost every time. They are dishonest and do not provide refunds when they do not have product. They try to give you a partial credit with a coupon code. They have given me the runaround on several occasions. They have not been able to deliver product and then either try to charge double to find it from another supplier or send bad, expired product. They do not stand behind their policies and are thieves.
I received my advent calendar with several individual boxes opened. Because there was no packing material in between the shipping box and the advent calendar, the movement during transport caused the whiskey bottles to press on the advent squares and open. This is very disappointing.

I ordered a case of Capt. Morgan Parrot Bay Passion Fruit Rum for my wife's 55th birthday party. Unfortunately it arrived 5 days after her B-day, which was disappointing. I can't see why it takes 16 days to receive the shipment when we can order from Amazon and get deliveries the next day. I know Cask Cartel isn't Amazon, but you need to figure out how to reduce shipping times. Thanks for reading my minor rant.

Cask cartel is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Ordered "in stock" items on 11/3, finally on 11/29 I get my order... kind of! Missing 1 major item and a 5 jar sampling set had 2 of the same bottle and 3 other random bottles that weren't in the description. They won't do anything about it and just told me it's at their discretion on what's in stock. What a joke of a company, I'll never order from them again and I suggest you do the same!

While I've had past issues with receiving the product I've ordered, Cask Cartel has been extremely responsive in working to resolve the issues.
I understand CC is more of a broker service and relying on their retailers to fulfill orders timely and accurately, it appears to me to be out of their control. As long as they're willing to remediate its customers, that goes a long way.
My only criticism is CC's pricing model. I've noticed a 20-25% markup on items on their site, however some of their advertised items are hard to find locally so it's a trade off.
CC’s customer service is extremely responsive and helpful in timely resolving issues.
I choose CC for their ability to source certain items with the caveat that their retailers accurately deliver on what’s advertised.

Cask Cartel is a great place spirits that you may not find at your local retail locations. The prices are fair but I give 4 out of 5 stars because due to the shipping rates and the amount of time it takes to recieve the product.
To buy a Rum that is only sold in a handful of retail locations in NJ and Louisiana.
The product I choose is not sold locally.

I'd ordered a bottle of Pyrat rum on 1/2/2021. I paid a premium of $59.99. "Route Package Protection - $. 98. "Flat Rate Shipping and Instapak Protection Protection Packaging." Total - $76.46.
Today is 1/28/2021. After various emails and calls, I still don't have rum sloshing around my stomach.
I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. Nope... deep inside the return policy, it says that they have 30 days to try to get the order to me before I can be refunded. And you get passed from one customer service rep to another.

You'll overpay and may not get what you've requested. Use somebody else.

I was told order by this time and we'll add airplane mini bottles to your order, then at check out it says add this bonus gift blah blah blah. When I received my smaller than pictured order the only "gift" I received was one airplane bottle of fireball. And while yay! A free bottle of booze it upset me that I was promised all these things to make me buy and that was it. Thanks I guess?
