The only company i could find that would ship smirnoff peppermint twist to the UK, Tyler updated me every step of the way, item arrived within two weeks, well packaged & exactly as described. Well recommended.
I ordered some hard to find beer. It was shipped in a very large box - too large for the 4 cans of beer. The beer was not protected well and rolled around in the large box. I also had to send an email asking about the status of my order. More communication would have helped.
First, I found a double bottle price the same as one bottle. I ordered it, and 2 weeks later was told they can't fulfill it, it was a website error. Ok, but 2 weeks?
Second, I ordered the single bottle and was offered a "Bonus Gift" I chose the bonus gift and my shipping went up, ok fine. The Bottle arrived, but not the Bonus Gift, after paying shipping for it! Customer service said they cant fulfill the "Bonus Gift" now, so they charged me shipping, on what? They did offer $5 off my next order. Well, what is the old saying "Fool me once..."
After waiting over two weeks for my order to be fulfilled, I requested my order to be cancelled via two emails and one phone conversation. After my phone conversation, customer service representative stated my order was going to be cancelled and that I would received a refund within 2-3 days. Three days later I was informed that my cancellation was denied by management and that my items would be getting shipped upon receipt from a third party vendor. This is not the proper way to conduct business.

Shop somewhere else. Horrible return policy.

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered some liquor and thought it would be shipped in a reasonable amount of time but that did not happen. After 2 weeks called them and they said the order was not fulfilled yet and that I was not allowed to cancel it. This is ridiculous as the order wasn't even fulfilled or shipped. I asked when it would ship they said in 10 to 14 business days then an additional 7 business days to reach me. Do not deal with this company as there are many other shops who will get you the liquor faster.

Just order from some where else.

Cask Cartel has rum I can't find anywhere else. On the positive side the two glasses were a nice addition. Not so great was the one month delivery. A little more communication on the delivery status would have been helpful.

Ordered what I thought was a case (6 bottles) of Sagamore Rye whiskey for 299.99 + 38.75 shipping. When I received it there was only one bottle. Called them and emailed them and they told me that was correct price. I had searched for a 6 bottle case and just happened to pick This caskcartel.com. Big mistake. You can buy this for $50-60 a bottle in many other stores. BEWARE of caskcartel.com! The shipping is HIGH at $38.75. I assumed it may be OK for six bottles. When I got the shipment of only one bottle, the shipping seemed way HIGH. My bad for trusting this store.

I had trouble placing my order at first but through email they helped me to be able to place it. My order came in with time to spare for Christmas and had beautiful gift wrapping to go with it. I'd advise that you make sure your address has the full zipcode not just the usual 5 numbers and that you also use a credit card instead of a debit card.

According to their policy I received my order on time, however, 17 days from date of purchase.
Ridiculous... I get stuff from Japan in 12 days. Then having to pay an Xtra 20 percent in shipping charge, I should get it in less than a week.
Their response was, no response.
I'm returning customer but after this last purchase, I will stick to getting my sipping cream from the party store.
Obviously because I enjoy drinking it and that flavor is rare in party stores.

For the charge on the delivery fee, you would think it would be more prompt. I reached out to (automated) customer service (my only option) and was unsatisfied. I used them once before with little to no issue. I will think twice before using them again.
The first time I used them it was good. Not so much this time, so therefore I doubt I use them again.

I was looking for a bottle of liquor that I couldn't find anywhere local, and decided to order a bottle online. Price for the product and shipping was reasonable, but I'll admit I did bite my nails the whole time waiting as packages are generally not delivered with any consideration to 'fragile'. I was very pleased to see that it was packaged so well that they could have air dropped it straight out of a plane into my front yard and it would have been perfectly intact.
It had a hard to find product available at a reasonable price, and shipping was not wicked expensive.
Ok i'd be lying if the rad bottle wasnt a huge factor, but I have been hearing rave reviews and decided to try it. Best case, great liquor and cool bottle for the shelf. Worst case, eh its booze in a cool bottle for the shelf!

I recently had the displeasure of doing business with this horrible merchant. The transaction went terribly and the merchant had ample opportunity to rectify the problem and did not.
There is simply no reason to do business with this merchant.
Run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.

I got my friend a birthday present and i loved the service and was hype that it came with little samples but my friend is allergic to nuts and you gave them peanut whiskey
I think it should be common sense to not include samples that contain allergens especially if you cant decide what samples you can get

I mistakenly placed an order for an incorrect product, and after immediately recognizing it, I requested to cancel shortly after placing it. With no concern for my satisfaction, a rep, named Skilyn, disrespectfully refused to consider my request. In contrast of a reputable merchant, Skilyn pointed to the fine print in their purchase agreement. Plus, their prices are super high compared to other online retailers.
Plus, their allowance is 30 days to receive a product after placing an order, so I would not trust them for any holiday orders. This is not a credible group and I regret attempting my order.
I've looked for this scotch for a long time and found it through you. The process was great but I just wish that the timing was a little more precise. I'm gone majority of the month and my time home is only weekends except for one week a month. If I knew exactly when to order to ensure that I'm home when it's delivered so I can sign for it.

As it turns out, the item I ordered was available from other sources at least 25% cheaper and shipping charges were outrageous. Furthermore, the "Bonus Gift" that was offered at check out was not sent. Be sure to read the "fine print" Cask Cartel does NOT allow order cancellation.
The site is easy to navigate and purchasing was not difficult. However, I would have liked a better explanation and more communication about how long the product takes to arrive. Site says it's in stock, but it wasn't abundantly clear that the order takes 2.5-3 weeks for arrival due to customs. In stock did not mean in stock at US facilities and I got no update after the order was placed until I reached out nearly two weeks later.

Even contacted a friend who works for a liquor distributor.

The customer service is terrible. They give you a 3-5 day processing estimate on their website but buried in their fine print is they have 30 days to process an order. This is deceptive at minimum. When you ask for a refund 2 weeks later you are met with arrogance and refusal to refund. I would not order anything from this company. If you do, expect your order to be received 2 months later. Do not give your money to this company. You will regret it.
Just after submitting my order I had a question and called Cask Cartel. I was amazed to immediately talk to a human being who was not only very helpful but was nice and cheerful also! The ordering process was easy and arrived promptly. Great service!

Gift cards were delivered in the denominations expected and were easily transferred to those they were intended for. Seems to be pretty f'in simple, but in this day and age, no assumptions are safe. Cask Cartel performed as expected.

Was happy that the product I was looking for was available and how quickly the shipment arrived; however the bottle was cracked and had leaked. The box was obviously too small for the bottle and packing. Also happy that I received a quick response to my email to customer service about the cracked bottle. I did not realize that there was an additional fee for "package protection" which for a company that mostly ships bottles, I was surprised they need to have this. I will not be spending the additional $50 to have the bottle replaced.

I had a great experience with my first purchase for Cask Cartel and I will continue to use them, but I was disappointed in this last order because the distributor they used was in Florida. I thought it would come directly from the distillery that sells the whiskey in NC. The order was to go to Maryland. NC is closer. I purchased it for my cousin for Christmas. When I ordered for myself, in Georgia and for Thanksgiving, it came quickly so I thought the same would happen for his gift, but it got to my Aunt's house after he left. Thankfully, he will be back in the spring, but a special occasion was missed.

This was my first time buying alcohol online, and I didn't know what to expect or how difficult the process would be. They had exactly what I wanted, which is a hard-to-find European alcohol, and the shipping/receiving process was like any other package, with tracking included and the alcohol very carefully packed. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered a product and was told after about two weeks that either I would have to cancel my order or pay an additional $50. I cancelled my order and got a great refund and store credit which was nice except I ordered another product and it took a month to deliver. I also was unable to track it even after downloading the recommended app. Shipping was shockingly expensive which I didn't understand and was an unpleasant surprise every time I checked out. I stopped into a liquor store the other day and found every single bottle I was looking at for much less money and obviously no shipping costs.
Once I got a hold of a representative it was fine, but initially I received a lot of conflicting information about the cancellation policy.
I really don't know.
The original product was because it had sentimental value, the one I ended up getting was in my price range.
