I ordered 14 bottles of tequila. On the delivery date, only two bottles arrived and I received notice from the company that the order had been fulfilled. I had to 'prove' that it had not. It took two more weeks for the rest of the order to be delivered and Cask Cartel took no responsibility. They blamed their retail suppliers and the shipping company, but offered no assistance in tracking down why the order was split into three different deliveries. It took a half dozen phone calls, emails, and photos to finally get my order. I will NEVER order from this company again.
I placed my order and recieved an email within 36 hours stating the label was created and package would be sent soon. However, 7-8 days later, requested an update on the package delivery date. Two days after that, the package left the warehouse. It took just 4-5 days for me to receive the package once it left the warehouse. I paid over $24.00 in delivery costs. Baffled at the fact it took over two weeks to receive my order.
I unfortunately ordered from this Co. Before reading reviews. I read reviews immediately after placing orders. E mailed them immediately to cancel the order. That was within 10 minutes of placing the order. They had all ready grabbed the money and said they could not cancel the order. Contacted PayPal and they told me to call them for refund. Of course they refused. So I will be calling PayPal back on the 5th as they instructed me to and go from there. SHADY COMPANY!

The bourbon was a gift, so I cannot attest to the quality of the product, but my interaction with Cask Cartel was excellent: the website was easy to navigate, the shipping prediction was accurate (even in the busy holiday season) and the packaging was safe and secure. I purchased via Cask Cartel from Australia with a delivery to the USA. Just after ordering I found out the recipient would actually be away and not available to sign for receipt. I reached out to Cask Cartel as soon as I found out and they were able to arrange delivery to an alternate address where we could ensure a sign for receipt was received. Not happy with delivered product. I am a collector and you sent a bottle where the label was crooked and full of bubbles. Will not place another order with you, unless you send a return label and exchange it. Would like to order many other products but won't if this is the quality delivered

Always get a shipping label same day the order was placed. Always takes a week or more to actually be delivered to the shipping service, usually under a different tracking number. But, the bourbons I want is always available so I keep using Cask Cartel despite the lengthy lead time to receive the bottles.

After I placed my order, I was promised the date and they never came through on that date but prior to that I was trying to track it and I could not get through in any way, shape or form there any help from your people it was very stressful. This was a gift for a very close person to me and you guys ruined it.
My order was fulfilled and it took longer than expected to receive it. It was packaged well and arrived undamaged. Being a unique idea, it was my fault I didn't research. Other sites are selling the same item for less than half the cost. Expensive mistake on my part.

I placed and order back in October. It's been over a month and it still hasn't shipped yet. Even though their site says if orders don't ship by 30 days you get your money back, they just claim its being shipped. I got the notification that a shipping label was created and when it still stayed on that status for a week, they told me it was picked up by ups and not their fault it hadn't been scanned yet. So I had to reach out to ups who told me No this packed is still with the shipper and never was picked up. Now I'm back to being told the order isn't even fulfilled. So now I'm out my money and no one is willing to help me.

I place my order on may 7 2022 said order would be fill 3 to 4 days check later and i was told 7 to 10 days check on the order may 22 2022 i was told that it could take up to a month or better i had planned a vacation to leave the last of may so i ask cast cartel to cancel my order because of them being so neglectful and slow on my order they would not cancel the order. Like cram it down your throat what kind of business treats customers like this
I’m so sorry. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark.
On the day I was due a refund, CC tried to print out a label for 1 of 3 bottles despite my demands for a refund.
In the following week or two, they attempted to ship 2 of the 3 bottles to my gift recipient's address despite my repeated demands that they STOP trying to ship after their 30 day grace period expired.
My family at the delivery address were instructed to NOT sign for any bottles, and CC seemed to be in violation of their own shipping policies (adults must be present to sign for alcohol, ID must be shown). One bottle was supposedly delivered and my family member's signature was forged, the other delivery apparently was left just sitting out near the door somewhere.
In the end, Cask Cartel's shady business practices and illegal shipping processes caused them to lose the dispute I began with my credit card company.
I made the mistake of placing a large order with CaskCartel about 10 days before Christmas. Thought it'd be okay because during the ordering process they were giving feedback of "Your order should ship in 3-5 days". I bought the extra protection, and then hit the buy button.
Christmas came, and their customer support told me to relax and chill. New Years came, and I requested a refund. That's when they referred me to their Cancellation\ Refund Policy and told me "No Can Do". You have to wait 30 days.
Today I received an email 19 days after my last order to tell me their distributor didn't receive their stock in time. They then told me to buy elsewhere for $45 more, or continue to wait until it eventually shows up, or to request they provide me some store credit.
Uh... No thanks. My email exchange with this company is included in pictures.

I ordered an item on 1/6/22 and one 1/18/22 I had not received the order, so I reached out to their customer service. I got an answer a day later telling me that a "UPS shipping label had been created". Sadly, by 1/25/22, the label was the only thing that had been created and my order was still in limbo. I reached out again to customer service and was told my order would be shipped in 1 to 2 days, but was also sent the fine print on their shipping that says they can deliver an order within 30 days of purchase and still be in good standing? As of today, 1/29/22 the same UPS label has not been shipped and yes 23 being prioritized on 2 occasions. Hopefully I will get my order by 2/6/22, (30 days) or my refund. I will keep you posted! Obviously, I DO NOT recommend this company.
I was so surprised to see how well the bottles were packaged. I have not seen that sort of care. It was amazing, especially considering how challenging the beautiful bottle was with the delicate gargoyle on top.

I needed an expensive bottle of Vodka (non-Russian) for a 50th birthday to be delivered within 3 days. I was so disappointed when I called to check on my order and found out that it was shipping from another country. I had read through the shipping and info very carefully before I purchased as I did need a quick turn around. They said it would be several more weeks due to customs. I was happy to report that it only took 2 weeks instead of 3 weeks total but was still disappointed that it was not communicated during the purchasing process. The recipient was very happy to receive the actual Vodka but I cannot say how it tasted.

Unfortunately, to preserve the condition of the bottles while in transit, they would be required to be shipped separately. Typically, the most our fulfillment team will ship together is 6 bottles. However, even that is not always a good idea due to the items being so fragile. We apologize that this was not convenient for you.
