When someone goes out of their way to leave a review, usually it's not positive. In this case, I am posting as a warning. I purchased a whisky "advent calendar" on November 21st and it didn't ship until December 7th, and won't deliver until December 12th if no delays. I paid $58 for shipping, so it's not a disgruntled review after getting something for free, I paid full price. When someone pays a significant amount for shipping and you don't fulfill the order for 2+ weeks, that is very poor.
I contacted customer service who acknowledged long fulfillment times, but didn't seem concerned there was no communication about it. They offered me a small coupon for my next large purchase. I will not be purchasing from them again. Buyer beware.
I ordered a bottle and tried to cancel immediately and they refused. Never buying from here again.
I contacted Cask Cartel asking for info about delivery. I was sent information pertaining to filing a claim. I wrote back saying I didn't need to file a claim, I just wanted to know when I needed to be home for the delivery. A Cask C. Rep wrote back that my order had indeed been lost or damaged. Then I received an email saying when my order would be delivered Wed. Of this week. The delivery happened and I have my order. Very confusing, and Cask C. Didn't seem to know what was going on with my order.

Pretty good products, but for the expense you'd assume great service and deliveries. However, deliveries take forever, they are really difficult to contact and do not often reply to customer service emails, are inflexible with simple gift messages to be incorporated into packages, and the message option on their site is dysfunctional. And this all applies even when your orders are $500-$1000. Most ridiculous is that for orders of multiple products you are intending to be sent as a single gift, they wont even ship them together so the gift can't be received at all once. This has happened multiple times, and you'd think I'd learn my lesson to not shop with them... But my grace does have a limit, especially with multiple $500-$1000 orders, so I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! And I will be describing my experience with this horrible company all over review- and social-media platforms. I strongly recommend you shop at whiskybase or other competitors instead.

I was buying an item as a gift to be shipped to a friend. When I went to purchase it with ApplePay it immediately defaulted to my home address (rather than using my friend's for delivery) and it immediately processed the payment with no way to correct the address. Fortunately I was able to send an email right away and someone there corrected the issue, but it would seem you could eliminate that challenge fairly easily.

I found a bottle of 2003 Glenfarclas for a friend's retirement gift at a good price. As I will be travelling when the shipment is likely to arrive, I had to change the destination address, which customer service pleasantly handled promptly. I would be happy to order from them again.

This purchase was a gift for a customer of mine. It was supposed to be sent with a note and also a text stating who it came from. The recipient of this gift received nothing and did not know who it came from.

Your customer service reps were polite. However I ordered this one week prior to the huricane. It shiped several days after the event. I was told the delay was due to the huricane. I order from other online liquor stores, (reserve bar, total wine and wine.com). The ship within three days unless a heat wave delays wine shipments (wine.com). Additionally, You charged $139 for each item. I went on line and found the same item for $39 or $44. I probably will not buy from your company again.

It took a month to simply process my order so all in all it took over 6 wks. B. S Most of what they provide can be purchased locally so delivery is the convenience you wait too long for. I ordered the Von Payne which I couldnt purchase locally. The bottle is awesome! Has a silver gargoyle spout on it. The currant infused whiskey was wayyyy to sweet for me, it's more like a liquor but plan to use the kick $#*! bottle as a decanter for more palatable stuff.

I ordered this as a sympathy gift for a friend who had lost his dad. It did take a wee while to arrive, but it did get there. As I live outside of The States, this was the best option to send a lovely Scottish whisky.

I placed an order as a gift before the Christmas Holiday, the order took over 2 weeks to get delivered. I placed a second order after the holidays, Just to see if it would arrive any faster. The second order again took over 2 weeks to arrive. Nice shopping, good selection, but better hope the A prime company doesn't decide it wants the business, and steal it away just because of faster response times.

I ordered this after I was thinking about when I had it in 2018 on a visit to Europe. It only took a couple weeks to get it in the USA! I look forward to trying it again.
My experience was great. As Fed ex delivered my order to a unknown residence. When I called to say I didn't receive my order. Taylor was wonderful at assisting me, and getting my order to me. It did take a bit of time. But we'll worth the wait!

The box this expensive bottle was shipped in was so flimsy it fell apart on the porch. Only the bubble wrap saved it from disaster as there was little to zero tape holding the inadequate box together. Tracking the shipping was also lack luster. Love the product, hate the shipping.

It was very easy to order, pay retail price, ricive a confirmation email right away, however after that it takes like 8 days until you get a shipping email notification, but delivery came eiler than the delivery date..

I was very pleased when I received my order, it was packaged very well and had no damage. This was a gift for someone else and they loved it. The only thing I was worried about is that I wouldn't receive it before Christmas, but I understand the way things are nowadays with deliveries and supply chain.
