Ordered an item that was pictured on their web site, only to receive an inferior product. When I called, the customer service rep laughs and tells me "yeah that stuff would cost a lot more, ha, ha... if you don't like it send it back." To top it off, it came by 'slow-boat'. So, do I keep the cheap stuff or send it back at my expense? Never use them again...
