It's the best place for extended plus. If you're a regular plus, Kohls has better prices. If you have an issue and need customer service, call, don't web chat.
If there is one thing I know for sure it is that when a Brick&Mortar store was popular and it goes "Online only" and there are LOTS of negative reviews, steer clear. I haven't purchased, nor will I be purchasing anything from Catherines Online. They have more ONE STAR reviews than any well-established store should have. From quality of product, to shipping costs, to returns. Just horrible reviews. No thanks, who needs that headache. BTW the shipping costs really are criminal, just obscene.
I called customer service for a late fee. I thought I had paid the card off then was charged a late fee. It was late because I was out of town making decisions to let my Mama go. They credit $15 then charge another late fee. I will stick with Lane Bryant.

Sadly, I received items that has nothing to do with my order and were 6 weeks late.
I ordered 2 outfits, I received 3. NONE are packaged right, 4X package, size 2X in the plastic.
I will not pay to return them.
Get it together.

No response to email sent to customer service AND when I called, I was on hold for 49 minutes before call was answered by a very bored sounding CSR. Instead of giving the credit for the discount I forgot to input, I was instructed to return items (items I haven't received yet) and then reorder. Wow. Won't shop here again.

Should have a negative number to rate. I purchased several products and after 14 days of sitting at the FED Ex location, they said they could issue a refund. I didn't want a refund I wanted the product for a vacation. However, I could not use the 250.00+ already paid. I had to get a refund and wait for 5-7 days for it., Since I really needed the product I purchased again and was guaranteed 2- day delivery. I paid 41.98 and it did not arrive on time. All customer service said was it arrived on time and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Seriously? Is a guarantee of 4/15/22 the same as when it arrived on 4/18/222? Their customer service is horrible and I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I can.

I love them so much I want the work pants in every color and have recommended to coworkers and friends. I love the site to store feature so that I can browse for the perfect outfit online, then try it on in the store for the perfect fit.

On the 6 of September, 2022 I orded 3 dresses from Catherines online. Received them on the 12th. I love my new dresses. They are perfect in size and fit. They are so soft. Love them! I'm sorry that others have had bad experiences with Catherines, however, for me, it was an awesome shopping experience.

I called the customer service number (which they claim is active until 11pm EST--and I live on the east coast) at 8pm. A recorded voice said they were busy, but my wait would be about 8 minutes. During my wait the recording kept urging me to keep holding OR I could go to their website (which made no sense since I wanted to speak to someone). At exactly the 30 minute mark (yes--my 8 minute hold lasted for 30 minutes) my call was disconnected from their end. I sent an email explaining I wanted an update about my return/exchange and my "personal response" was that they appreciated me reaching out to them and to be patient--that they would sent an email to update me as to the processing/shipping of my order. Which had nothing to do with my inquiry. So no personal touch to customer service--everything is recorded, canned and packaged for their convenience. No more online shopping from their rack of stores for me.

Today I posted on Catherines Plus Sizes the following: I do not understand the Corporate policy I was just quoted - I called about purchases I made approximately 3 months ago. I have spent approx 250.00 in the 3 month time frame. I have purchased 2 pairs of the Knit Jean Capri's and 2 pairs of the Knit Jeans. 1 pair on the Knit Jeans in Denim color has pulled places and holes in them. The Capris are fine. These jeans retail at 54.95 so I called to see about exchanging them because in my estimation they are defective. I was informed that if the product has been washed or worn I have no recourse, mind you the jeans say on them to wash before wearing so I guess I want to warn others that if you make purchases here the company will not stand behind their products.

I've ordered many things from Catherine's through the years. On June 10th I ordered 2 e-cards ($100. And $! 50.00) gave her e-mail address... did everything that was asked. One June 17th. They still haven't sent the e-cards to her. I've called them 3 times, each times on hold for over 1 hour. Today's wait was 1 and 1/2 hour! Today on line it showed I ordered it on June 16th. Why the change? Who knows! They have no explanation! They don't care...

Placed an order on 7/13 for ONE item. It wasn't shipped until 7/22. The delivery date was 7/27. On 7/27 the delivery date changed to 7/29. On 7/29 the delivery date became 8/3. They will not cancel the order because "it has shipped" and I have to wait 30 days. I do not believe it has shipped and will never purchase from them again. I needed the item for 7/27 and will be returning it if ever it arrives.

Opened Catherine card in store. Somehow my card was associated with another persons account and they closed my account. I contacted Customer Service, they so called fixed my issue but the next day they closed my account again. Therefore i went into store twice to look like a fool thinking I could use my card. I called Customer Service back and they want me to send in hard copy front and back of my ID and SSN and a bill with my address and name on it. That is very dangerous this day and time to do. They need to update the system so that we can send via email. I would be a fool to send my info through the mail. This is VERY unprofessional. Now I have to find somewhere else to spend my money because this situation sucks and its not even my fault. There should be a better way to identify me other than sending my personal info in the mail which is STUPID

I have found their site to be easy to navigate. I found having the live chat to ask questions to be very helpful. I feel the clothes are of a very good quality. I love being able to pick the order up at the store. You may also make your returns at the store's so you don't have to pay any return fees.

I purchased a item online $36.85. I thought it was a dress with a jacket but it was only a duster. Anyway, I called to research how to return the item. I opted to drive to the nearest store which was 35 min. Away. I returned the item to the store. I was sent a partial refund for 22.39. I called to find out why I only rec'd a partial refund. They sent another partial refund of 2.05 was issued. Then another credit for 2.19. To much for a first experience!

"Buy 1 Get 1 Free" is stated on their website when purchasing pantyhose. I purchased 3 pairs online and I did not see my free pair posted in my order. Bottom Line: they gave me the run-around and I did not receive a free pair of pantyhose! SCAM!

It took them over 2 months post their shipment date to send my order. I tried cancelling order via phone - couldn't get a human or leave vmail. Emailed them and it took 3 weeks for a reply. Just before reply sent, merchandise shipped/received… they can't bill orig source, won't take return… scam! I will never order from Catherine's or parent company full brands (swimsuits 4 all, woman within and king size)! Bye bye….

Ordered almost $400 in pants on august 25th. Delivered in 2 shipments. 2nd shipment contained the wrong items despite having the right packing slip. Customer service issued a return labeled after almost a week of back and forth of them saying the images of proof were too large for the email. Tracking the package says it was received on september 19th and 2 months later and many ignored emails later, still no refund. Catherines has stolen nearly $140 from me.

I ordered something that was in stock on 4/23. By 5/5 my item was still listed as not shipped. I called to cancel the order on 5/5. After 45 minutes on hold, I was told I could not cancel the order because it was in process. I sent an email to Customer Service on 5/5 Requesting that the order be cancelled. On 5/10 the item finally shipped and customer service responded on 5/12 that they can't cancel it. So I couldn't cancel an order that took 5 additional days to ship after my request to cancel. Now I have to pay to and from shipping for an item I don't need because the event I ordered it for already happened. It's not worth the aggravation to do business with this company. I was a loyal customer for many years. Now they charge huge shipping fees and their customer service is non-existent. Lane Bryant has my business now and I'm very happy with my service, shipping fees, and shipping times. Don't waste your time or money on Catherine's. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

This place is HORRIBLE. They shipped the wrong color. I was told to send the wrong one back and they would ship out the correct item, but it would take 5-7 business days AFTER they received my return. I ordered this item on 09 DEC.it took them over 11 days to get me. Now that the wrong item was shipped. They cant get the new one to my until after the New Year. This was a Christmas present to my mom. SO now I am scrambling to get mom something else. Also when you call "Customer Service" it is offshored.

If could give a 0 I would.I ordered 2 coats 304.00 sent them back, chose the gift card in effort to get full amount back to repurchase larger sizes. Called in several times to inquire about gift card and to ensure amount. Both times I was told that I would be refunded the entire amount...I only wanted to purchase larger size. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
