Don't you ever order anything from cbazaar, it's a fake site. It might appear as s genuine site through its format, but once you place an order - you will deeply regret that moment. The customer care executives will keep fooling you that your order will be delivered within next 24-48 hours, but nothing of this exactly happens. They will keep updating you with regard to the status of your order initially for a week when the order is placed, buy after that will not pay attention to your calls and mails. I ordered 3 products from this site in Mid November, only to know by beginning of December that one product is cancelled, by mid December that 2 products are cancelled and buy end of December that entire order is cancelled. All they know is to be-fool the people.

I'm so pleased and happy with the services and immediate responses from the team. They never fail to impress me with their professional services. I have bought many suits for myself and sarees for my mum. And i'm in the midst of ordering more.

Today I received the parcel and It was my first time to order in such way, ya really it was scary to order and wait on a risk, but after receiving the dress., its perfect fit with fitting, size, pattern, fabric.

My first order of Salwar suits was not so pleasing. Almost none of them fits me, but quality of the products, was really good, color as expected and stitching was good too. But the customer service took care of it. I am very happy.

I am an Indian Canadian and have been shopping at Cbazzar for a couple of years. Their staff is always very polite, courteous and helpful. I will keep shopping at c bazaar always. Their products are great :)

I would highly recommend Cbazaar for their quality and the design of the Dress materials. Customer service is exceptionally good and Prompt. They have excellent tailoring services if provided with the right measurements. I am happy with my purchases and will continue my shopping with Cbazaar!

I finally got an updated message that the fifth item has been shipped separately and they offered some store credits for inconvenience. I haven't received the last product yet but at least this time they said it is shipped separately.

I have tried to trust this company again but it is very challenging to do so. This time I ordered 5 items. 3 shipped on time. The second shipment had just 1 item and they said in shipment note that remaining 2 items were shipped. I asked them about missing item and they are saying that the second shipment should have 2 items. Why can't someone look into some of these serious issues about missing items in shipment and claiming they shipped?

I purchased my first order a few weeks ago. After I received it I was amazed at the color the design the stitching the style the fit and the material. It was exactly as pictured. I was so happy with my order that I immediately purchased a few more. I cant wait to wear my outfits they are all exceptional. Thank you CBazaar team. I have finally found my online shopping store for indian clothing.

They never cared about customer dissatisfaction or queries about products received after they pocketed heaps money from ne. Never ever returning to them. Such a waste of my 100s of dollars and they still shamelessly send new offers.

Please don't buy from them. I ordered 4 items and they sent only 2 items and They would not return my mails nor calls. Beware of this website. Just take money from te customer and would not send items. I am staying abroad and worst site I have ever purchased

After I placed my order a month ago, due to miscommunication, I was quite frustrated with the barrage of emails and inability to get my order processed. Hats off to Cbazaar staff for remaining patient and persistent with me until the misunderstanding was clarified. Then once they were able to process the order, they were quick and prompt in their delivery, and most of all, the spree and blouse were beautiful and very well stitched. I loved it, and would highly recommend Cbazaar to my friends. Great job!

1) Website is 5 star, products and customer service are negative 5 stars.
2) You will never experience a worst customer service than this website customer service
3) Returns- Refunds- good luck
4) They will let you know after 2 weeks that the product you ordered is unavailable.
Worst ever online company

I order some outfit from them, and they didn't even fit me and stitching was very poor. That was about six month, I post the item back the address they gave to me. Which was about five. Still no refund from them. I spend around £300 and £80 for postage. Please do not buy from them.

Had such a fun and great time shopping at Cbazaar!
Pros:
* Great online site - collection, custom design with Ethnovogur and deals
* great customer service after the order had been placed - clear communication by Cbazaar team

Cons -
As exciting as it is to get customize with Ethnovogue, Pay attention to details and expect the end product be different than your imagination. For perfect fit, you might want to pay extra for custom stitching, instead of ready size. My blouse sleeves needed to be altered. But the chest fit well.

I ordered an anarkali customized to my size. I was afraid of the quality and fitting of the piece when it would arrive. However, it appeared just as the picture on the website, fit me very well for the most part, just had tighten the sleeves some. Otherwise, the color, fabric and fitting were all up to par. I received MANY complements about the outfit and recommended this website to them as well. Thank you!

I am not happy with the return policy of this site. They provide 5-10% of discount on most of the product, so that those products are not eligible for return. And most importantly, they provide store credits instead of money. That is called an exchange and not a return, so its high time that they should borrow a dictionary and understand the different between a return and an exchange. Will not purchase from this website ever again.

Satisfied with the shopping experience with Cbazaar to some extent. They care about their clients, if they make mistakes with the measurements but it's a headache to courier the wrongly stitched item back to them and wait for the other one. So its better to go for unstitched fabric.

Also, there is huge delay in delivering the items.

Cbazaar has never failed to impress me with their selection of items and I am pleased with their stitching and shipping. This site is great; I always come here for every Eid outfit and wedding guest attire.

After days of struggle n stress. I am happy n made great decision to order the dress from cbaazar. They promised me to deliver the parcel before time and did it. Highly appreciated and recommend to all.

CBazaar is basically the best indian clothes shopping website. You pay for what you get. For someone who goes to weddings all the time, its good to buy cheap outfits that still look great. Sure the finishing work on some of these outfits arent that great (loose threads and beads) but its fine if youre only going to wear the outfit a few times.

The delivery was fast bit was expected as I paid a premium for the shipping. When I got the garment the colour was clearly different from the picture and the quality of the fabric is very poor. It feels like cheap fabric that Halloween costumes are made of.

I've received the item in good condition. My family members happy and satisfied with it hence will place more orders through this online shopping application - CBAAZAR very soon. I will recommend this to my friends and relatives as well since this pandemic time will restrict people from directly go to shop and this will be the best options at the moment.

Really should appreciate the customer support people who promptly answer ur queries. Concerns. Patiently and helped me through out the process of ordering.
