I purchased a lehenga for my reception from them and kept telling them its urgent since its for my reception. When they finally send the lehenga, it has no blouse cups and no cancan. They shipped the cancan to me later(which was very flat, so its a total waste), but did not send the cups. Thats not the worst part actually. I ordered a stitched lehenga and the stitching was so so bad. I am attaching reference pictures, I received a boat neck blouse but the website has a different design. First pic is my pic, second pic is of the website model. Customer service told me the neck was supposed to be 8 inches deep and I got something that's hardly 4 inches deep. I understand vendors process these lehengas and ultimately the customer has to try it on to understand the flaws, but even after telling cbazaar all my issues and trying to beg them to reprocess it since its for my wedding, they took no action for almost one week(just said they are investigating and made me wait) and finally told me they cant reprocess it due to lack of time. Do not order from this website as the customer care people are not equipped to solve issues. The material of the lehnga was beautiful but cbazaar couldn't help fix my issue. I spent over 200$ and I cant even use the lehenga now. Its a total waste. No one ever answers the phone when you call their customer service number- USA*******633. There are other websites like Mirraw that have the same pieces(cheaper prices) and have better reviews(Mirraw reprocesses items and doesn't leave customers hanging)

I ordered 3 items from them 3 months ago and they sent me an email after 2 months saying that they don't have one of the products that I ordered. It's not even that they again send me another mail saying that they don't have have second product... like hell why take orders if you don't have it. I asked for my money back they won't refund it. They told they already shipped the products so they cant refund the money. But guess what I got another email saying my products on hold and they waiting for me to call them so i decided to call my bank and asked for a refund from cbazaar. DONT EVER ORDER from them

I wanted to make changes to my order but im never able too contact them. I ordered two dresses and wanted to change them from size 38 to size 40. I sent them e-mails but they never replied. Whenever I call no picks up the phone and no one ever calls back when I leave a message. Bad service!

This was my first visit to Cbazaar and I was pleasantly surprised with all that I saw there. They have a very good collection of Indian wear, Saris and Salwars in particular. It was not at all difficult to navigate through the site and I was easily able to place my order for a Green and Blue Net Sari that I fell in love with. One thing that I did notice about this site is that the prices were very affordable, when compared to a few others. I received my order on time, as promised and the final product was exactly like how I specified it should be. Overall, a good online shopping experience and I will definitely be coming back for more!

I had ordered Anarkali for my friends wedding. I had some difficulty in understanding the measurements however when I called the Cbazaar customer Support they helped me. I was amazed with the quality of product I received and the price. I must have paid two times more if I had to buy the same locally. I am glad I shopped at Cbazaar.

The stitching was ok. The waist on the skirt was a bit loose and the sleeves for my top were tight. I will have to get it altered to wear it. The materials they use are good and quality is not bad overall but definitely need improvement on stitching.

I ordered a salwar kameez. I sent them my measurements. It took 7 weeks to get it and it didn't fit! They didn't believe that it didn't fit- I had to sent them photos to prove it. Then I was told- that I should alter it myself. Unbelievable. I have never been treated by a company like this. Thank god I didn't order my bridal saree from them.

I'm not sure if I was just one of the unluckiest customers to purchase from cbazaar, but I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am so angry! I paid extra charges for so many things and I didn't receive anything. I called so many times and they only answered once. And now they wouldn't even answer at all! I waited for approximately 2 months for my item and when I recieved, it looked nothing like I asked for. They wouldn't even accept returns or exchanges. I'm just stuck with this saree that I won't be wearing at all!

Worst store ever! Take my advice, save your money and time and run away!

I hate cbazaar!

I liked their custom stitching but some times the quality of clothes looks different than shown in the picture. But as i am living abroad without any indian tailors nearby, its really helpful for us to get indian attires from CBAZAAR ethnovouge. We need to keep our expectations in moderate level then it may work for us.

The product came with a good finish. The fall work was really nice and the blouse was made elegantly according to the measurements given and fitted nicely. The colours were really good too. Email communication in response to queries and concerns were reassuring and professional too. Overall, really happy, and thank you!

I ordered a lengha in March for it to be delivered in time for a wedding I have this week. Mid-April I get a message stating it did not pass the quality test, and that the product was unavailable. Anxiously, I ordered a new outfit and paid for express delivery. The day the outfit was supposed to dispatch, I get another message that it has been delayed. The lengha was supposed to dispatch today, but I still have not received any acknowledgement about the matter.
I have been communicating with customer service via facebook messenger, in which they kept replying to me with the same response but in different sentence structures. It is discouraging to the customer, and not good customer service. I loved shopping at Cbazaar, but will definitely consider taking my business else where.

I received my dresses I am very satisfied with the detailed stitching. This is beautiful, Ivan see the passion behind the custom Design placed in my dresses. Not factory made at all, I feel special the love placed in all of the dresses are very heart felt. I feel the love even in the packaging of the material. The quality, style, and expectations of the dresses they have exceeded. I look forward to ordering more.

Tip for consumers:
The size is perfect, so measure yourself to get the custom stitch. Enjoy I SURELY AM

"... and the address mentioned is provided to our customers to return their parcel in case of issues." So wherever you live in USA, you have to return your parcel to the stated post office address. I think in USA there are plenty of post offices and NOT ONE. It looks like they have no knowledge of parcel handling in USA. I hope they know what they replied.

Wearing the suit in function a guest point out a HOLE in the same suit which had a mismatch Duppatta.
After more than 30 days with several emails Cbazaar refunded the amount of the suit on condition that I should remove the NEGATIVE review and place "5 star review". Trying to buy me for few bucks. I cannot provide false info to my viewers. It is what it is.
Also note that the address 12 Schalks Crossing Road, Plainsboro Township, NJ on contact page is the address of Post office (USPS) not of their office.

Mismatch delivery and website picture are not of real product

Last year I ordered one suit and didn't arrive in time. After lengthy to and fro email I got my refund.
This year ordered two suits, arrived in time but one suit was mismatch. On contacting them, they said as per email that:
"regret to inform that we are not able to reprocess the same dupatta as per the website image as it was used only for photo shoot".
So its something like fishing customer showing attractive pictures on website and sending something different.- Its FRAUD.
According to their policies, they dont want to refund money but would give store credit so that they can grab you again. Be careful before doing business with them.

I bought 2 items lenga, saree after one month they sent me an email saying the lenga is not available to look for some thing else with in the price range at the time i purchase it was buy one get one free now i got one delivery a saree they do not want to give me the price range of what the offer is for the second one or refund me any now i pick an item with in the price which is $199.00 they should honour the price at the time you made the purchase because its not the customer fault that you did not deliver what was offer they should let me pick some thing at the price to replace not at the discount price. The service suck there are a fraud i would never buy anything from this site Cbazaar.com no more and i would let everyone know this

They cancelled an order as they did not have the product anymore, and said they will email me a gift voucher. Six months passed away and they did not send me my refund. I called and THEN they sent me a gift voucher with a very short expiration date. When I asked the customer service person about extending it, it he started raising his voice and acted very rude. I was a regular customer of cbazaar, but I will stop using this site. Cothes quality and customer service is getting worse day by day.

I ordered two sarees on dated 02/05/2017 from this web site for our family function. As per delivery date instructions I suppose to get delivery on 02/18/2017, and my family function is on 02/20/2017. I was so exited I can get this delivery on time and I can wear this beautiful dress. But customer service send me an email on dated 02/17/17, my order delivery date will be delayed due to some problem in production and my tentative delivery date will be between 24th- 26Feb. I was shocked and disappointed I am not able to attend my family function with that dress. So I bought another one from our local market. Worst part delivery came in on dated 02/26/2017 and came with very bad quality product, the product they describe on web site dose not match at all, very very poor quality fabric and material. So please beware from this web site they are biggest liar, dont deliver on time," DO NOT BUY " from this website. Time waste and your money and they give you free stress.

FRUAD!

Avoid this website like the plague. I bought four dresses and each one was worse than the other. Finally they send me a dress that is ripped and some of the golden threads falling apart. I opened the package right away inspected and when I inspected I found the damage. I emailed them right away and they have the have the NERVES to tell me they'll give me $20 store credit! Per their policy I can get a full refund. I will make sure that I comment on every website that reviews their products. And if you live in the US you should report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

I made ordered from cbazaar but they service is so nasty. They never delivered my product and when i tried to contact them they never responded back to me.so plz don't order anything from them they are just robbers stealing people's money.

We ordered 3 items and all 3 had to be cancelled because Cbazar team was not able to deliver any. How is it possible all your orders had last minute quality issues this was an absurd excuse to not to be able to deliver. You have spoiled our festive time a big time. CBAZAAR cannot meet their delivery dates and reason given to me was you guys had two holidays, were these holidays came out of the blue and you guys were not aware of these before commit the delivery dates. I'll inform this to PAYPAL on why they support such a useless vendor and you guys should be barred to do any online business in US
