I chose an outfit for a wedding reception & was custom made for me. The dress fit so well & looked elegant. I got a lot of compliments. I have shared the website link with a few guests. Absolutely love the dress!
I purchased a lehenga for my reception from them and kept telling them its urgent since its for my reception. When they finally send the lehenga, it has no blouse cups and no cancan. They shipped the cancan to me later(which was very flat, so its a total waste), but did not send the cups. Thats not the worst part actually. I ordered a stitched lehenga and the stitching was so so bad. I am attaching reference pictures, I received a boat neck blouse but the website has a different design. First pic is my pic, second pic is of the website model. Customer service told me the neck was supposed to be 8 inches deep and I got something that's hardly 4 inches deep. I understand vendors process these lehengas and ultimately the customer has to try it on to understand the flaws, but even after telling cbazaar all my issues and trying to beg them to reprocess it since its for my wedding, they took no action for almost one week(just said they are investigating and made me wait) and finally told me they cant reprocess it due to lack of time. Do not order from this website as the customer care people are not equipped to solve issues. The material of the lehnga was beautiful but cbazaar couldn't help fix my issue. I spent over 200$ and I cant even use the lehenga now. Its a total waste. No one ever answers the phone when you call their customer service number- USA*******633. There are other websites like Mirraw that have the same pieces(cheaper prices) and have better reviews(Mirraw reprocesses items and doesn't leave customers hanging)
A shopping experience that is second to none, with an excellent pre and post sale service together with a comfortable Customer relation I have no reservations in recommending Cbazaar to anyone.
Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for a dress for my baby shower. I placed the order almost a month in advance and paid for expedited delivery as well just to make sure that there are no issues in the end. I also called the customer care in between to ensure that order was still on schedule. I did not want any problems in the end because being 7 month pregnant, I cant run around to buy myself a dress if this one doesn't come through on time. Well, thanks to Cbazaar, that is exactly what I ended up doing. Right before the dress was about to be shipped, I got an email that there will be delay of about 10 days! This was because the fabric failed Quality Check! I DO NOT CARE! Being a customer I crossed all my ts and dotted all my Is just to make sure that my baby shower experience is smooth and beautiful. But CBAZAAR RUINED it for me! Finally, I had to cancel the order and run around SAN DIEGO to find a dress for my 1st baby shower. Stressed to the core. I can't say how exhausting it is to run around and try 10 things in this condition. I WILL NEVER shop from Cbazaar. I suggest that you order 2 months in advance for any special occasion as well. I would give them a negative rating if I could. They sent me two pant suits - one I couldn't zip up and I had given them my correct measurements. The second was just pieces of fabric that were never sewn together. I wish I could show pictures. I ordered both pant suits for a wedding and the wedding has come and gone. Here is the email they sent me in regards to my request for a refund:

This is an unacceptable response. I've been patient and kindly requested a full refund and they tell me I need to get the pant suits altered locally and they will repay me in store credit. How is that a value to me? Not to mention, the wedding had already come and gone and I don't intend to wear the pant suits in the future.
I've also had several other friends who received pant suits they were unable to fit into. Cbazaar's quality is clearly inconsistent and their customer service is not professional. They don't seem to care about their customers.

I ordered 2 simple khurta/pyjamas for my son for an event that is taking place. They arrived on time but are the wrong size. The initial person I chatted with told me they would resolve the issue within 12 -24 hrs.He also asked me to take pictuures and send them which I did. I never heard back. Then I chatted them again the following day more than 24 hrs later --and was told that I would get a response via email 24-48 hrs later... I told them that this was unacceptable as the event is 1.5 weeks away and I was told originally that I would get a response within 12-24 hrs. So then they asked me to give it 24 hrs. I did that and never heard from them. So i chatted them again. They told me that the shirt looked right and that the tag must be wrong. So they asked me to take another picture of my child wearing it! We are now into DAY 3 of this ridiculousness. I kept emphasizing that the reason I ordered from them is because I do not have time to search locally in the US and need these for an even that is not happening in about 1 week. They then further insulted me by giving me a $20 store credit... why would i want to spend more money there if they are not helping me get what I need in the first place?

There was a promo on Cbazar that orders before June'15 will be reached before Eid or its Free. I ordered 8 products on May'18. On june'10 one of my ordered product got cancelled by cbazaar and they told me that they will give me the same deal, therefore i ordered another product the same day. Yesterday when i enquired about the delivery, the customer service told me that none of my product comes under Eid Promise and product will reach after Eid. Seeing some of these reviews had me nervous, but both my Anarkali Suit and my Umbrella Lehenga arrived today. They are expertly stitched and they fit me perfectly. I did not use the standard sizing, but had them stitched to my measurements. They are absolutely divine. I am in love with my Umbrella Lehenga and the Arnarkali Suit is perfect for a light weight party suit. Shipping was as expected. I have learned that when buying internationally, small delays are the norm. I was surprised at how quickly these items were made and shipped, especially since many holidays fell during the making of my order. I was pleased that customs is automatically added on to the purchase price, so I didn't have to include that at a later date. I love the affordable prices of the garments by ordering direct. I was additionally pleased to find that my custom front open request was granted and done in a beautiful way that lends gorgeous accents to the outfits. I bought a Lehenga for my cousins wedding. I ordered on 7th august. I was informed that I would receive it on 15th but actually they were not able to deliver me on time. I called customer care they got the information and informed me that I will be receiving it on or before 20th. As my cousins wedding was on 25th I was so tensed. Though they promised me I didn't have hope till 23rd morning as I got my Lehenga delivered. I was so relieved. The lehenga was really gorgeous I was so relieved. Later I got a call from the customer care inquiring the delivery.
I placed an order of sept 10th for a few items. I waited a month and finally contacted Cbazaar on Oct 6 to inquire about my order. I was advised that the delivery was delayed and I should be getting my order on Oct 13. By Oct 15 I contacted Cbazaar again after no delivery was made, I was advised that a few items were no longer available and the order had not yet been shipped (no justification given on why). Not only was the order never shipped there was no communication from Cbazaar regarding items no longer being in stock or delay in shipping or no shipping... they simply took the money and decided not to process the order. I then escalated my disappointment with a manager who then advised that he would immediately ship out the items that were in stock and I would get it within a weeks time frame with a simply apology for dropping the ball on their end. I received my partial order with a faded white stain on the sleeve of my yellow blouse. Apparently there is no quality control or inspection done prior to sending out the product. Total time to receive a partial order was a month and a half and the item is unwearable due to the stain... total waste
