Thanks to cbazar for creating a perfect dress for me. This was not my first time ordering from the site but this dress was ordered by me by just looking at the sketch by the designer.

Loved it so much. The quality of material is awesome and very rich red motifs on the choli part make this dress so beautiful!

Loved everything about this dress including the stitching, timely delivery and craftsmanship. Thanks to the cbazar team.

Always late to ship the items!
Despite having paid for an item sometimes makes one wait for months, and every week give fake status, and then bang they just inform you that you cant get the product!
Sometimes refuses to refund and forces one to buy another thing!
The customer service isnt helpful at all! It's almost as if an automatic reply everytime i need an advice on why they are delaying things!
But the 'cherry' on the cake was i bought a readymade anarkali suit, and these intelligent people only shipped the stitched top, forgetting to add the stitched bottom and dupatta!
Pathetic service and experience overall!
A kind advice, run as far as possible from the site!
Oops i forgot to add, sometimes the discounted prices are fake, because i once bought a supposedly discounted item at $40( while undiscounted price visible was $150) and within a few days the same item was being sold at an undiscounted price of $40!
So buy at your own cost!

Bought lehenga online on 2/17/11 and NEVER RECEIVED the product, customer service told me its still in productiuon when estimated delivery date was 3/17/11! Never trust this or www.homeindia.com sites! Thank goodness mastercard will credit me my money back!

Cbazaar has very poor exchange and return policy. I received my order around end of mid June 2013 and the fitting and the finishing of the products were very poor. Based on Standard US return policy I thought I would be able to exchange the product, but cbazaar has very unusual return and exchange policy( exchange, never mentioned) of 7days. Now I have $300 products from cbazaar in my closet for nothing.
It was very disappointing to know that cbazaar would not take the responsibility to satisfy its customers. After buying multiple products from cbazaar I am sure that my last transaction with cbazaar will be the last transaction to cbazaar. It's not about $300 I wasted for poor products, it's for unsatisfied service. I would not recommend my relatives and friends to do transaction with cbazaar.
Overall, I found the products not as shown in the picture, the measurement provided to cbazaar was not well executed.
Disappointing. Unsatisfactory

Suit was nicely stiched and fit to measurements, when I bought this suit it was free shipping but later shipping took some pound as payment of shipping suit to Glasgow, otherwise everything was perfect.

Cbaazar never sent me my kameez, and when i tried cancelling my order, they kept saying that they were going to ship it the next day. I had to call millions of times and chatted with them online to resolve the issue. Finally after weeks of arguing they refunded me my money. Never going to order from cbaazar. yourdesignerwear.com is much cheaper and they ACTUALLY deliever products!

Ordered sherwanis paid for it in full
After 3. Months still waiting for them to be delivered
Nobody will contact me or indeed refund my money as I needed them for a family wedding
Too late now
But still no sign of them

It was a good experience shopping from Cbazzar. I should say that there was a delay of two days in getting the product but when i received the product i was satisfied with it. I wanted the salwar for Eid and I got it. I followed up with them to know if i will get my product before Eid and i got it. Though there was a little delay I got my salwar and the fit is pretty good.

Just unacceptable customer service! I called them many times to let them know that i dont want any store credit instead i want my money back for the iteam that i send. I also emailed them about that but they just did what they had to, they gave me the store credit which I didn't wanted at the first place. As if they dont care about their customer wants and need! If they would I wouldn't change all the three items that i purchased from this website! Never going to suggest this website to anyone, one of the worse experience!

Really pleased with my outfit thst arrived well before the time given. The fitting of the lengha top was perfect but the skirt was too big... better to be too big than small as it can be easily altered. Loved the quality of this suit. Over the moon!

I ordered two salwar kameez. I sent them my measurements. It took more than month to get it. I told them to follow my instruction for stitching but they made their own decision it's not first time I placed an order this is second time. Gave them opportunity my order was more than $ 300 for both times - I had to sent them photos, vedio to prove it. That they did not follow my mesurment information. Dress that i received it's just weired stiching if. I go out wearing that items may be people will laugh at me... If they will not resolve my issue I m filing fraud case to my credit card company against them and also will post on all social site with picture of Eire email response, product picture and lot more...

I am super satisfied with this. Exactly like in the photo. Would like to purchase more from this website. Very fast respond and recommend to whom that need plus size.

Questions on my order was answered promptly. There were problems with the length of my choli and the Team was most understanding and went out of their way to ensure my order was done to please me. I bought a kurta suit for my husband and it was perfect, he love the comfort of the fit and the lining, actually he suggested you make reversible kurtas!

Purchased products under Buy 1 get 2 free offer. Received the package 2 weeks prior with perfect fit. Will recommend this site to our friends and relatives.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... its the worst experience! I ordered an anarkali dress for a wedding. I sent them many emails to let them know this is the date I need the dress by. Phoned them to make sure if its ready for dispatch. According to some guy named Rajesh the dress was ready and will be shipped in a couple of days. Couple of days later I phoned again to make sure that it is actually been shipped. According to customer service "yes" it has been shipped and I should get it by Friday. Friday came no dress delivered so I phoned them and the dress has not been shipped according to some girl named Deepa. So not only will I not get to wear the dress on the day I actually need it, the staff at customer services are a bunch of liars and their service utterly appalling! Save yourself the hassle and order else where...

I paid $65 for the salwar which isn't made to the measurements stated on the website. Customer service is hard to deal with it. Emailed them yesterday but didn't hear anything back yet. Too bad I liked the salwar but now I just want my money back. They advertise everywhere but they don't care about the customers. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
