I chose an outfit for a wedding reception & was custom made for me. The dress fit so well & looked elegant. I got a lot of compliments. I have shared the website link with a few guests. Absolutely love the dress!
I purchased a lehenga for my reception from them and kept telling them its urgent since its for my reception. When they finally send the lehenga, it has no blouse cups and no cancan. They shipped the cancan to me later(which was very flat, so its a total waste), but did not send the cups. Thats not the worst part actually. I ordered a stitched lehenga and the stitching was so so bad. I am attaching reference pictures, I received a boat neck blouse but the website has a different design. First pic is my pic, second pic is of the website model. Customer service told me the neck was supposed to be 8 inches deep and I got something that's hardly 4 inches deep. I understand vendors process these lehengas and ultimately the customer has to try it on to understand the flaws, but even after telling cbazaar all my issues and trying to beg them to reprocess it since its for my wedding, they took no action for almost one week(just said they are investigating and made me wait) and finally told me they cant reprocess it due to lack of time. Do not order from this website as the customer care people are not equipped to solve issues. The material of the lehnga was beautiful but cbazaar couldn't help fix my issue. I spent over 200$ and I cant even use the lehenga now. Its a total waste. No one ever answers the phone when you call their customer service number- USA*******633. There are other websites like Mirraw that have the same pieces(cheaper prices) and have better reviews(Mirraw reprocesses items and doesn't leave customers hanging)
I have ordered from CBazaar multiple times... There quality and workmanship is not consistent. Most of the time few of the outfits are not good... This order one outfit was completely off. Busy measurements 1inch bigger but what bothered me was that I ordered without CANCAN (that adds fluffy ness to the bottom seems like they just removed the CANCAN and never adjusted the diameter of the bottom skirt... now I have to spend another $20-$25 for alterations. Calling them is useless because they are always right... no customer service. There are not plenty of online sites I will not buy from them again

Worst customer service ever! I tried getting in contact with them for weeks; several emails, phone calls, left voice messages with no response back... I wanted to make some changes to an order pertaining to my bridesmaid dresses so it was stressful and they were impossible to get in contact with. Their live help people kept telling me someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. Not even one email. So if you want good customer service I do not recommend this site at all.
I would rate them negative, if there was an option! I didn't want to select even one star, but there is no option for that. I ordered a suit and the product received was nowhere near to the picture shown on their website. Their crappy refund policy gave me so much frustration while dealing with a chain of emails back and forth for three months. I got some money back after three months, and in the process I lost my 61 CAD (stitching and shipping charges), which they refused to pay back. They gave me a store credit of 27 CAD which I can't use because I will end up spending my more money. Please never use this website for any purchasing. There are many other companies with good refund policies, go for them.

I have been calling and chatting several times regarding my credit. The first sales rep forgot to extend one of my credit and that money is now gone due to negligence at your end. Also I can't see my credit on my screen. I have gone as far as payment but still no credit appears. This is not acceptable. The credit was issued in the first place because you ran out of item had ordered. Why should I be suffering all this for my own money. I have no incentive to ever use your site again
One of the worst web shop I have ever visited. They offer big discounts but are never deducted at the end of shopping, to trick you they offer voucher for the discount so you are forced to buy even more. This is cheating. So I cancelled one order and wanted to something else, after taking the order my order was cancelled without any valid reason. When you ask for proof for what reason, it is not provided. So please think twice before buying anything from this web shop. The customer service is the worst without any competence in handling issues.
I recently ordered sarees to be delivered to my family members in India. When I made the purchases, they should a delivery date which was about 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After I placed my order, they first charged me and immediately got an email that shipping will be delayed. After about a week later, I got another email that due to some product problem, shipping will be further delayed.
These people are just trying to con buyers in the name of online e-commerce business.

I ordered 6 outfits from them. Spend a lot of money. Firstly they do not deliver on time. Secondly one of the outfits they said was defective. I am in Canada and with the time difference it tool me just a bit longer to respond to have them select another style. Not that they have my order shipped they are still working on it. They went ahead and issued me store credit even after my numerous request to send me a replacement outfit/style I had picked. What makes them think after all this I would want to ever order with them again. It was their end that the product was defective so they should credit my credit card not give me a store credit. And now they are not responding to any emails I send them and neither have they shipped the rest of my products to me yet.

This was my first and last order through CHORbazaar. I have a wedding to go to in August, so I placed an order for 5 suits in June. First of all, they take 40 days to ship your product, and that's only if you're lucky enough to even see your final product. NONE of my products have been shipped to me. They emailed me on 2 separate occasions saying 2 of my suits had bad fabric quality, so they had to be sent back to the manufacturer. I called them, and there is no guarantee when (or if) these suits will come back. They cancelled a third suit without even telling me. They keep making up excuses to not send any suits. Weddings have fixed dates, I can't change that! I thought I could trust cbazaar because their ads come on tv and celebrities endorse it, but it's all a scam! STAY AWAY

Ordered salwars. Colors on website are far different from original product color. Customization was fair, not great. Return policy is screwed up and against the customer. Their customer service is the poorest - every reply on online chat takes so long because the person is assisting 'other' customers; hello assist one customer at a time and give them your full attention. Customer service calls your phone at 1130 in the night! Awful experience overall

I ordered one sari on my friends sons birthday party and its arrived after 2 months I hate the work and I pais way much money first when I orderd it after calling them 50 times and they said they was out of stock u idiot if u don't have stock simply tell out of stock why wasting others money and time. This website is a fraud. I ordered 2 dresses for my wedding and they were awful, fabric, design, way cheap compared to the pictures on the website. Yes they refunded me, but only 75% of the amount... when they said they would refund me fully => liars.
And now they are trying to compensate real unsatisfied customers wirh fake reviews. Because trust me, no ne can give a 5 stars to the kind of work I received.

Like several other reviewers below said, this site is terrible with custom-made garments. And they have the most frustrating scheme ever to try to cover up their mistakes- they will tell you to send a picture of the garment with a measuring tape over it, make you wait for days while they "contact their operations team" and then send you a sickeningly innocent email saying that the "garment was processed as per measurements" and the most they'll offer you is a voucher so that they can cheat you again. If you are a customer from somewhere that isn't India, where you are used to payin $100 only if you will get quality stitching made to proportions of someone who is not 5'2" and thin as a rail, then do not order from this website. I think the tailors must just break down and cry and their brains stop working when they get the body measurements of a woman who is Latina, Swedish, English, or American.
My products were of too quality when received from cbazaar. I had an issue with the zipper on one outfit and I contacted customer service immediately, they responded promptly and were so friendly throughout the whole time until the issue was resolved. I trust them and will be shopping with them again

I have received my orders and honestly speaking I am pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect online product to be so good. The material, cut, stitching and embroidery is just perfectly wonderful. It is many folds better than any famous boutique.

7/9/18 - I received a $100 credit and Karan the relationship manager was excellent. This review is solely based on my interaction with Karan. I am satisfied with the outcome and have closed the BBB complaint as well.

7/3/18-Product was not delivered anywhere near original guaranteed ship date. Customer service is awful and would not issue refund and return shipping address. Upon close examination of product, it is damaged and has two stains on it. I have the original with tags on it, I never wore it as the event passed before i received delivery.

The shipping date means NOTHING. Order from UtsavFashion they are more reliable and prompt delivery! Good quality suits too!!
I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...
If you buy from websites based in China, Nigeria, Congo, Namibia, Iran, Syria, etc etc... a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... buy cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.
Also when you order from places like this don't give them a credit card number otherwise you will be overcharged. Use something safer like a disposable credit card that only has $5 of credit.
PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.
This is the worst site ever. Very bad customer service. Ordered a sari online for my brother's wedding. They said it will arrive after so I cancelled the order. They will not give me a refund. They have taken over $400 from me and will not refund. They ignore my emails and just tell me it is still being despatched. Very angry. Stay away from them.

- Pathetic customer service with no response. They never call back or reply to emails.
- Standard answers and apologizes to cover all issues
- Full of Specially trained customer care executives & Supervisors who can only ask apologies without doing anything good for the customers
- They talk about policies and rules only when you ask for refund or compensation for all your losses. They dont have any such policies or standards for delivery of the products, following time lines, providing responses etc.
- Place any order from CBazaar ONLY if you need your items after SEVERAL months. Dont make a mistake by placing orders for any occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. You will NEVER receive it on time and you can use it only for the same occasion which comes again next year.
