At first I was incredibly concerned as my order never are and I thought I had been scammed. BUT 3 weeks later it arrived and it's brilliant apart from my screen protector broke when I was trying to put it on. I will order another so no big deal but the case itself feel like ultimate protection.
I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.
Absolutely worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with in a very long time. Zero customer service or response. They send you the wrong item or wrong address and they will take your money anyways with no concern for you or rectifying issue. No refund for their mistake and an abusive return email long after they received payment.
They are the worst company. Took my money and never sent cases. They had my 35 dollars for 27 days. Just today there refunding the money after 9 messages. Could take 7 to 10 days before I see the money. Please order some where else!
This case fits my phone well. I've already dropped my phone on carpet a couple if times and nothing broke. I will say that it doesn't come with a protective film or screen, but the case is raised a bit on the sides, so your screen won't hit the ground directly.

Two damaged screen protectors received and no credit offered. I emailed numerous photos to show that the first screen protector appeared to have been damaged at the post office because the case was shattered as well. The second screen protector had a perfectly fine case upon being opened but the actual screen protector had been split in half and I believe that was done by someone inside prior to mailing. I can't recommend this company so save your money and time by ordering elsewhere!
This company don't have a customer-service at all. It is created to rip the people and not to satisfy them. Absolute ZERO response to Emails, the phone will cut the caller off on all three options. But what they're good at is to charge the credit card right away. So, people, if you get the same experience, call your credit card company and re-charge them.

Lousy customer service. Cant reach person to correct their error in sending wrong item. No phone number, operate out of post office box at ups store. Only receive canned responses, ie return policy, I pay postage and 20 percent restock fee for their error. Right, it was my fault, not. Do not take my word, just read all the online complaints and BBB complaints. Warn everyone you know about this piss poor company. If you have been taken by them, contact California Attorney Generals Office. Their is strength in numbers.
Great case, has protected my phone well from a few falls onto hard surfaces already. No cracks in the screen. Only complaint is I wish the side buttons were better demarcated tactilely, so you can feel where they are when not looking at the phone more easily.
Paid for expedited shipping. It'll be ten days. Can't talk to know one as the operate sole of line n never answer question I pd shipping n was to 2 ya 3 business days guaranteed. Well I tracked my order that itself was a pain n the butt. But finally found it. They use DHL the bring it part way the to post office. Then post office brings order to the house. So tell me how can expedited shipping work with two shipping company's. Don't pay for extra shipping it's a ploy to get hard workin people's money. I'll never order from em again. It was by accident anyways thought I was buying from another Co as there's company popped up n I didn't realize it. They won't be in business long doing that to customers. Rip cellphone cases. Ordered a cell phone case here over a month ago, still has not arrived. Tracking dead-ends with "Left export facility" on July 31 (now August 23). Tried to contact Customer Service through their link and it does not work, so tried to contact them by replying to the "Reply" link on one of the numerous ad emails they are now sending me, and that was returned as undeliverable. There is no valid phone number in their contacts. I guess I should have read the other reviews before ordering.
I've had my case for a few months now and just the other day dropped it in a gravel parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised to see there weren't any scratches on the red finish. Everything about this case is nearly perfect. It's durable, good looking, lightweight, and the buttons are protected on the sides, yet I can still push them easily.
Haven't used it long enough (a few days). So far, impressed. I use this on my phone, which is the money maker for my side hustles. Can't recommend enough after my screen finally broke and was replaced.
I ordered 2 cellphone cases from this website based on the advertisement of shipping within 24 hours. At 48 hours after order, I inquired about cancelling order. I received an e-mail saying the order was in process and could not be cancelled. I then ordered 2 cases from a competitor. I paid for the next level above free shipping and they arrived before the cases from cellphonecases.com. I then returned my order from cellphonecases.com. The website says they offer refunds 7 business days after receiving the product. UPS tracking said cellphonecases.com received my order on Sept. 2,2020. Here it is October 7,2020 and I am still waiting on my refund.
The first order all three glass protectors arrived cracked. The second order arrived the same day and that screen protect wasn't cracked. They were both in plastic cases which ponders the question how did one order get cracked and not the other. I'm wondering if the first order was shipped cracked. I tried to do quick return on the website but the site loops into infinity for returns. I've sent an email to support but not expecting much. I'm guessing they figure for $10 people will just forget the hassle of returning. I WANT MY $10!
When I selected my phone model from the menu, I didn't notice that cases for another model also populated. I selected a number of cases and a screen protector. At no time was there a warning that the case I selected might not be compatible with my phone. When I received them they were actually for the model similar to mine but they were too big. When I contacted cellphonecases.com, I was informed that it was my error so a 20% re-stocking fee would be assessed for a return. If I preferred an exchange I needed to go back to the website, find cases equal to the value I had paid and send the link(s) to a customer service rep or write them on a paper and enclose them with my returned items. The refund would take 7 business days. There were several warnings about conditions when NO Refund would be given. This is no way to retain customers. Don't buy if here if there's a chance you might to need to return something.

Case has a very sleek feel to it, not bulky at all. I liked it mostly because the blue matches my actual phone color. I gave it 4 stars rather than five simply because it's not as transparent as displayed. I can't see the Apple logo through the back like I had hoped.
Purchased the cables for iphone. None worked. Wall charger melted and almost went up in flames. WOW! They arent even in America, its a bogus address. Shipment came from China and took 3 weeks. If they were in Cali I would punch the little chinese kid and beat him senseless.
I am highly disappointed in this company. My wife ordered a cellphone case for my Samsung 5 on June 5th. They gladly took money out of our account. They did ship out my phone case two weeks later but the case was in truth smaller than what they marketed. We called the number via research only yo leave a message. We followed instructions via their website how to return package and they would in 5 to 1p business days after verifying they got their product back. We never received our $19.00. I have called their 818 number. My wife has emailed their website email and we have yet to hear anything. Poor business model.
Okay, so why are this 'company' still allowed to trade? Why haven't they been removed from the Web as nobody has had a decent experience, mine like everyone's iso the same, not informed of the U. South locations, thus waited ages for my daughter's case to arrive which then didn't even fit my daughter's LG Joy, I had to cut the side holess my self & then it split, it was a total waste of time!
Got this after my old case crapped out on me. I have a bad habit of breaking phone screens, so I wanted something sturdy but fairly sleek. My last case was sooo heavy. This one is pretty lightweight but seems study enough to do the job. It's also easy to remove and put back on- which is good for me since I often take the case off to fit in my phone tripod set up to film videos. Love it!
This company fraudulently and misrepresents it's products! Then they hope you don't return it and if you do they charge a stocking fee. Ordered a rubberized iPhone case only to have a plastic piece of junk shipped to me! Steer clear you been warned!
I ordered a holster for an iphone 5s. Never got it. Tracking shows the product is sitting in Compton, CA. Shipper never returned my telephone calls. Vendor does not show a telephone number. I give up. Never do business with these people.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case given the price I paid. Plastic is thicker than I envisioned but not too thick so as to make it too bulky. The edges are raised to help protect the screen. Fit snugly on my iPhone 12.
Going by numerous recommendations, I purchased this case. The one and only time I dropped my phone with this case on it from about 3 feet onto pavement, half the screen was damaged. It didn't crack, but there were vertical lines running through it which made the touch screen inoperable. I was looking for a durable case that wasn't too bulky (i. E. Otter Box), but it seems that you can't have both. Maybe this was an exception to what others have experienced, but I can't take that chance again and will look for something else.
