Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing". I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).

I placed an order with this company. A small order, thankfully. After having over $8 added to my charge for shipping, without first stating so on the website, I waited over a week and my items had not yet shipped. I emailed the company and the next day they responded by apologizing and letting me know that the item I ordered was out of stock and that I could pick another and they would ship it right away. OK? I ordered several items, two of which were cases. So which was out of stock? I suppose I could just guess.
The bottom line was that the web site CLEARLY indicated that the items I ordered were, in fact, in stock. You, being Cellular Outfitters, probably ran out because it takes you over a week to even ship things. Get your stuff together. This is almost laughable how bad this is.
It will probably be weeks before I am refunded, if ever. The email told me they were standing by, waiting for my response. Stupid me, I assumed they would reply.

Carefully shop and read the reviews. Like any company their are good and not so good products. With a little care you will receive extremely high quality items for your phone at a fraction of the regular prices. This photo is of an i Phone case I received for just $19.99. My Apple dealer wanted $50 for it!!
I purchased a case for my phone. It did not fit correctly.
I contacted them by email. It took two days for them to respond. Now they say if i pay for shipping they will send another item. All these products are from China! I will never do business with this company again.
Making me pay for shipping again will not work for me. No live agents!

Then the company said I had to pay for shipping, again! Their products look ok on their website but the quality is poor. The fact that you cannot speak with an agent is a big turn off! Even their text with an agent does not work. They are never there to engage. Strictly by email. How could a company this big not be willing to pay for shipping when their product is faulty!

If you want feel ashamed, do business with Cellular Outfitter. Be aware, Dishonest, Contact phone number (which never connect), NO live chat, get response to email after you followup 3-4 times, that too very ridiculous replies.
I order a items, which has no shipping charges information until final review and ordered. Until I hit 'Submit' order button, will see only item charges. I got to know only after I got credit card bill. I do shopping online a lot since long, but could not see any retailers does such kind of business by hiding charges, give shocks to their genuine customer.
When I'm trying to return the items thru website, as expected it say - will get items price only, where and what about my Shipping charges?
Now there is only one communication channel, i. E. email. You just wait and rely on their replies. For any your questions, they will reply same all times - very ridiculous.
Tried to contact for an immediate cancellation... phone number is not in service. Cannot find chat... e-mail response... informed me about shipping... when I clearly indicated a cancellation as I know the product hasn't been shipped... 4 emails later. And they are completely ignoring my request. From now on... I'm going with Amazon.
I purchased cellphone charger and decided I didn't need it after all. Requested refund online got an email next day saying to wait for return instructions in 1-2 business days. Now 10 days later and 3 emails still no response. Tried phone call, says not receiving calls. After second email I got a generic response telling me to go to website to there EASY return site.
Paid thru pay pal so will try them next but by the sounds of these reviews don't hold up much hope.

I ordered the item wrong and asked for a replacement. They didn't hesitate to grant my request and never showed any desire to blame whose fault it was. Just awesome! I'll definitely shop with them again.

After errors with shipping details corrected, CO customer service staff resent my goods at their expense. Be sure to check your shipping address when ordering. Product quality is excellent and prices are great. Finding accessories for an older Samsung phone was a challenge. Website is easy to navigate and free gifts a plus. I now feel confident in recommending Cellular Outfitters to others!
This company has absolutely no customer service and shady ordering. The total of your order is not disclosed until it's too late. How an $8 item ends up costing $23 after shipping and handling is beyond me. Then forget trying to cancel because contacting anyone is like pulling teeth. I'm pretty sure that the 5 star reviews are people who work for the company. This company is a joke.
Ordered 3 cell phone screen covers. Description indicates it fits Samsung 7. Too small. Tried to return for store credit. No response. Left phone message 2 times. No response. I will dispute charge on from my credit card company and never use them again. Plenty of other reputable sources on the net.
I regret not reading the reviews of Cellular Outfitter and its horrendous lack of decent customer service before ordering items from them on two separate occasions. The Samsung "fast charger" ordered only months ago worked sporadically but now doesn't charge at all--not even a slow charge when connected all night long. Based on the customer service reviews posted by others, I've decided not to even bother returning my charger, since it's doubtful I'd ever receive a refund. Gwen B
I have ordered several items from this company in the past and haven't had a problem. Of course, that was prior to my need to return an item that's not worked out for me and that's where it all fell apart. Their customer service is beyond horrible there isn't a word to describe it. Heed the warnings about this company, people! Do not do business with them or its at your own risk.
All products came on time and as expected. Just my phone protector, you can still see the glue residue left from the sticker that was there. Have to find something that will take it off without damaging the product. The other thing is, I now get way to many emails from them which is a bit irritating.
Order review does not show shipping charges until after ordering. No phone number to call and cancel easily and email is the only communication. Was told some credit would be given but suddenly all communication was stopped. Not buying from these guys again.

I ordered a charging cord on today, Wednesday, August 15th, 2018 that was on sale for $. 99 with no extra charges. I submitted my order and got a receipt for $. 99 PLUS $5.99 for shipping and could not go back to edit my order. I called customer service, they don't take incoming phone calls. The live chat option does not work and I also sent an email with my concern. I would like a full refund and I will purchase the charger from somewhere else. Simply, these people apply additional products at checkout and it's done in a way that they know they are doing it without you having any control, then try to call them, if you have a half day to screw around. Just Stay away... it's good advice.

I order two glass-screen covers, Samsung s7, they were not wide enough by far.
The Samsung S7 tough cases appear to be the next best thing to an Otter Case! Nope, tough getting on and the other part with a belt clip, once you put it on the front, you have to work hard to get it off.
We haven't tried the iPhone s6 yet.
And customers should be warned, they charge shipping for each item. They send it altogether in a packing envelope.
And that free Touch Screen ballpoint pen, never got it!
My order placed 12/2/2016 not only has not arrived but today 12/13/2016 my package was given over to the post office to deliver from ups' it took 4 days to gat ANY response from Cellular Outfitters. I was promised 40 percent off and with 3 phone cases and screen shields that would have mattered to me on my income. So if possible I would give them a 0
Stay away... you can do much better at other similar sites. This company is very disingenuous in that the shipping cost is not shown until after your credit card is accepted... by then it is too late as they do not allow your order to be cancelled once it's submitted.
Order a screen protector for my wife's Samsung phone. In order to meet their minimum order requirements, ordered two of them plus a car charger. The order didn't display shipping cost until after I placed the order. OK, I was still fine with that. However, they sent the wrong screen protectors, and they do not fit. I completed their return form 2 days ago, no response. I've tried to find a phone number, everything I click on takes you back to the same form. This is a crap company, I will never purchase from them again, and I recommend that you stay away from them as well.
Do NOT buy their supposed "tempered glass" screen protectors. They are a flimsy piece of cheap plastic. Their customer service told me i didn't know what tempered glass is and clearly I've never dealt with it before. That is the most condescending comment I've received from a customer service desk. It's been about two weeks and I am still in shock over their response. With that being said, good prices and good basic protectors. Didn't get the level of protection that website showed but basically satisfied.
