Called their customer service number no answer left messages, received no call back sent email no response. I was sent the wrong item and they charge me an extra $20.00 after not giving you a choice to cancel your order, upon giving your credit card number this company took any amount that they wanted to, I'm going through the process now of having my bank to challenge the charge, and I'm also contacting the better business bureau. I believe this was a bogus company just to obtain consumer credit card number; therefore anyone who is thinking of using this site they should be very careful the company doesn't appear to be real. Please be aware people!

Be careful regarding shipping prices, policy not evidently clear to customer. While prices may be good, they'll get you on shipping. Also, website tricky & annoying with pop ups constantly wanting you to add items for discount when in reality you just end up spending more.

I bought 2 cases for about $6 an shipping was about $10. Product was shipped about 4 days later according to the email. I'm on week 2 now. Tracking says it should have been delivered 2 days ago. This is horrible service with what they charge for shipping and there is no easy way to contact customer service. STAY AWAY. I will not order again.

During the delivery of mi order they were few thing that I did not received but Tony toke care of me with a customer service that was beyond my expectations. He responded to all mi emails and maintain clear communication all the time. In addition he demonstrates that he cares. I will definitely continue to buy from CellularOutfitter and recommend it to my friends. Although, I think their shipping charges are in the high side.

I am going to file a claim with b. B. b. On this company for fraud and theft of money without any answer from them! If my credit card doesn't have my funds credited by the 28, of june, 2017! This could be a lawsuit in the making if all of the pissed off customers got together and filed!

Bought two Note 4 fast chargers on 2/12/2017 and one quit charging 2 days later, and the other quit charging after 9 days. Saw that they were made in Chine and wondered if these were actually the real Samsung chargers as advertised for sale. People seem to love their cases they receive from this company, but don't buy the electronics from them.

I've used Cellular Outfitter 3 times for my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. They are a bit slow in picking up new products such as phone cases for newly released devices. 2 of the three times went well but on number 3, the case was NOT what I ordered and I am stuck with a case I will never use. It would cost more to return the product than I payed for it to begin with. I do like the stylus that comes with each order though. I can say I would use them again but maybe look a little harder for something not as cheaply made?

I recently contacted Mr. Tony about an item that broke only a few days after purchasing it and sent him picture and he did everything in his power to fix the problem for me and tat meant a lot as a customer bc it showed that there wasnt anything that would stop him from giving me the best service.

With the exception of one item everything I have purchased has been great. The one exception looked much nicer in the photo than it did in reality. I asked for a refund and was treated very well! No hassles at all. I will continue to purchase from this company!

I have ordered an authentic Samsung replacement battery for my cellphone and I got one that was described in your web page in its due date.
I am going to buy more cellphone or laptop accessories from your website if they will be really authentic and OEM.

I would like to say Thank you. I ordered 2 phone covers for here in Australia. One was for a gift. They arrived promptly but after a few days both cases got all these black marks on them, so the nice tan looked awful. I contacted Cellular Outfitter and they quickly fixed the issue and are sending me another 2 covers, no charge. Very fair indeed and wonderful Service. Cellular Outfitter is above to give me some equipment and items that I would be buying at three times the cost at a bricks and mortar store. Very nice website. Items arrive rather quickly. I recommend them.

The same situation as I read in past reviews. I didn't get a total until the order confirmation came to my email! I Never would have paid $9.97 for shipping on a $14.00 order. They stated on their site that the products I ordered would leave the warehouse that day. They Did Not! My order was sent from two separate warehouses according to my confirmation and it took 10 days to receive my screen protectors that Did Not fit! Their phone system doesn't work so I emailed them. I was told I would receive a refund on part of my order and Did Not! It seems as if there are enough dissatisfied customers here giving poor reviews and that have been ripped off by this company that I am going to look into filling a class action lawsuit. Despicable how they have ripped me off!

I have ordered numerous items from CO and have always been satisfied with their products. Recently, one item arrived damaged. I notified them, and they sent a replacement in a timely manner.

Good place to do business!

Absolutely ridiculous service! I contacted the company immediately after my order was placed when I saw the outrageous shipping charge that was NOT stated during check out - to cancel my order immediately! Then I receive a message four days later that they shipped the item anyways? There is NO phone number for the business on their website, so I find a number on Google, when you call the business a message comes on saying that all of their business is done electronically and they hang up. On top of this, they will spam your email address with three emails every day. Stay away from this company!

Tony has displayed superior customer service as well as a lot of patience and help to help me resolve my return. Really appreciated his professional and prompt replies. I have been a long time customer and definitely see why I keep coming back... and telling everyone that comments on my cases about your site. Thank you again and have a terrific day!

Cellular Outfitter is not only a great website to buy things for your phone but they also have great customer service. I didn't get the discount I was supposed to for one of my purchases and they handled it immediately and made sure I got my money back. When I email them they get right back to me where other places usually take a few days. I will definitely order from them again in the future!

I had a problem with UBS cable that was provide with my battery pak! He provide another replacement cable, but a better one! And at no charge, including shipping! I would say if have a problem don't be afraid to ask! They are willing to work out the problem with you! Lastly my hats off to them for a job well done! 5 Stars! Aloha! And Mahalo from Hawaii!

I've been having battery issues with my Samsung s3 and Cole from Cellular Outfitter has gone beyond assisting me with just my purchase but has answered technical questions and made me feel as if i was talking directly to someone and answering my questions the best he could. That's true customer service!

Not impressed with the ridiculous shipping charges. No chance to review shipping charge before being billed. Shipping was almost as much as my order. I ship many things for my business and the shipping through this company is very high. Cancelled my order. Hopefully will refunded in a reasonable amount of time.

My experience with Cellular Outfitter is outstanding! Their products are 100% quality. Their phone wallet cases are beautiful! The fabric is great, you will love them! They will make excellent gifts. On the same token, their customer service attention is mind blowing! Their answers are expedite and they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I am very happy that I decided to choose them. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This site is terrible. I've been burned twice. The ordering process misleads one into thinking shipping is free. (The second time there were dashes where there should've been shipping charge info. No shipping charge was indicated until I'd received the order confirmation email! Then, to top it off, the shipping charge was MORE than the price of the item!) Finally, when I sent an email asking to be contacted before my order was processed it was ignored. Do NOT be duped as I was! Refrain from ordering at Cellular Outfitters.

Unhappy with delivery time. I paid extra for 2-4 day delivery however, it took 8 days for my order to ship, then add the 2-4 days on top of that. All items in my order showed as "IN STOCK" at time of order, therefore shipment needs to improve. Cellular Outfitter needs to improve on filling orders and getting them shipped much faster than their current practices. Key to any on-line shopping is fast delivery... As of this review my order is still not received.
