If you are tired of being quoted $30 and up for a small cell phone accessory by your local store then this company is for you. They have countless thousands of accessories, for your specific phone model, at incredibly low prices. I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed.

Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China. Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing". I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).

Color of phone cover was off. Looked red but was toward orange. What I did not like was I kept getting with additional buy this get that just trying to check out then all kinds of emails. Did not/do not Trust at all based on the experience.

I ordered a cell phone case on 12/31 and was told the order would ship in 1-3 business days. No response even after a week. I followed up using their 'contact us' link on their website. Guess what? No response after another week of waiting.

Why bother with a company that doesn't care about your business?

I carefully measured my smart phone against the dimensions given for the case before ordering and found if fit with just enough clearance to provide proper access. After completely unpacking the unit which arrived I found it seemed to be for a larger smart phone and mine sort of "rattles around" in what I was sent.

What a waste of $20! Takes double the time for phone to charge, if it does at all. Don't find out what your shipping charges are till you check out. $11 to ship a cheap piece of plastic. No tracking information, no email confirmation. Took money out of my account asap. Took 2 weeks to receive.

I bought a wallet case, car charger and it came with the stylus pen and screen protector - I like them all and they are of good quality. The only thing that I don't like is the wrist band... I wish it had been made of leather as well. My mistake for not looking closer when ordering.

I was charged 9.99 for something I purchased for 3.29. Shipping cost does not show up until you get a confirmation email. In PayPal it said my payment was 3.29, nothing showed for shipping. Final charge was 13.28. I contacted the company and they informed me you have to click a button for the shipping cost to show up. How misleading is that. They gave me a $5 refund. I could have purchased off of ebay for 3.99 free shipping. Will not be ordering from them again.

Purchase was easy, and response was quick, with receiving my product within 4 days, after a charge of $10 for a speedy delivery. I could have given this a 5 star, but with the experience of accidentally choosing a Speedy Delivery, over just a regular free delivery, trying to change it, more so, trying to call the customer service to cancel, was impossible. I mean, you know, calling Customer Service and being on a wait for 15 minutes, then eventually encountering an automated response to encourage you to leave message, is ridiculous! Remembering this harrowing moment... I change my mind. I subtract 1 more star. My final rating? 3 (THREE) STARS!

I have ordered and reordered and made mistakes and these people bend over backwards to make me happy. They have refunded everything I did not choose to keep even when it was a complete mistake on my part. You do not have to be afraid to order something on this site. They back you up in every way no matter what!

Ordered 2 phone screen protectors because they were only a few dollars. After applying my shipping info, my cart cost did not change so I ordered. After ordering, it shows that shipping was around $15. I email customer support and receive no response. Then, when my order arrives the screen protectors wont fit because they are for the wrong phone. I emailed customer service again, to no avail.

After receiving the product I was impressed with the quality, but it didn't meet my requirements. I contacted customer service and received a response within 48 hours. They offered me an alternate option, while I wait for a response to my original issue.

After three weeks, and several contacts with CS via email and Fb; was told the item was out of stock and they'd try to get a cancellation approved. 5-weeks and three attempts later... Nothing, and I am done wasting my time trying.

Rip-off.

I placed an order. No where was there a place to see how much shipping was. I assumed once I put my credit card info it would preview my order with shipping fees. Nope straight to "your order has been placed" I immediately contacted them to cancel. Customer service is only through internet. Sent an email with my request to cancel. Then later during the day tried to live chat (During normal office hours)- said they were closed to try again during normal hours. Sent a request via their contact info. Still no response. Sent another request via online chat today. Same response today. (Closed during normal hours.) I finally went on FB. Got someone finally. The person was able to cancel my order (Tried to reduce shipping first - I said I just wanted to cancel). This has taken way too much of my time

A discrepancy (color ordered was unavailable) when order was mailed. Sent an email and I got a response past the working hours. A follow up at least 2 months after as I was out of the country, I was given the credit right away without much ado! Service is great, product is great. Will definitely recommend to friends.

This would have been my third cell phone case purchased from Cellular outfitter. Unfortunately this time I never received it. Aly was a great help in getting my refund taken care of which brought what would have been 3 stars up to 4 stars. There needs to be a better tracking system since I never received any information that it was ever shipped.

You are a terrible company that needs to be shut down an d suited. The worst customer service in the nation. Someone warn me about your antics. Where is my refund, from March and April. You lie an d say you are credit my account with $1.79 from $90.00 worth of merchandise. Please send me an email or something explaining to me about the wrong order you me, an d I sent it back.

I should read all of the comments from the customers before placing an order with Cellular outfitter. They have a worst customer service I ever met. Their phone never work, when I send an email to them, never get an answer. They provide the tracking number but I find out they had never shipped it out. I just want to let people know don't order anything from this company. I feel like this is a scam.

I placed an order for 3 items and only received 1. I contacted them twice and still have not received any of my items. They answered me once after a week just to ask me to send them pics. I sent them what they asked for and never heard back again. It's been a month already. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible company. Will never use them again.

I've ordered from cellular outfitters before and had a great experience that's why I ordered more. This time I got very frustrated because I got the run around and it took so long to receive my cases. I know it was a communication problem and I am confident it won't happen again. Your products are of great quality and it's nice to get good products at very low prices. I would order from cellular outfitters again and I will also recommend their products to others.

I give the customer service agent Anson Hsu a five star rating, but it took some really frustrating emails with others before reaching him. I am, because of him, leaving this rating as a happy customer. The product itself is just as described and the price is good, and Mr. Hsu's help, all ended well.

It sounds great! 40% off your order, no shipping charges listed, until you hit process. Then you see shipping equivalent to your so called discount. Then trying to call is impossible because they do not answer! They are awful.

Anyway for those who think wow no shipping! I went back and found their shipping here is the policy. Crazy thing is when ordering, you have no choice for shipping.

CellularOutfitter.com offers shipping and handling Standard parcel post (4-10 business days) starting at $5.99 for the first item and a $1.99 shipping and handling fee on each additional item. For an additional Shipping & Handling fee, customers may upgrade to Priority Mail (2-5 Business Day Delivery) or Express Mail (1-3 Business Day Delivery). All orders shipped via Express Mail will require signature upon delivery.

Absolutely amazing and efficient communication. Im a highly satisfied long term customer. I accidentally ordered my case in the wrong size and this company got back to me the same day and switched it out for me, free of charge. I will always shop here for my phone case and essential needs.

One of the items I ordered was apparently out of stock (I found out after contacting them a week after I placed the order) I was allowed to choose a different item and here it is 3 weeks later and my order still has not shipped even though I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. I emailed them requesting a refund and heard nothing. So I emailed again and my email was returned as undelivered like they have me blocked or something. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with and do not recommend to anyone. They deserve 0 stars
