Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China. Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing". I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).
I have ordered 3 times from Cellular Outfitters. Very easy, always a coupon available and received my product in a timely fashion! Most importantly, when I ordered something by mistake and emailed them, they responded immediately and easily remedied the issue! I will highly recommend Cellular Outfitters to people!
Shipping was more than cost of order. Would not give shipping cost prior to placing order. Case will not stay closed when you put cards or money in slots provided. The only reason to have this type of case is to be able to carry ID, credit card, money, etc. with your phone. Does not work, Will not even hold one item and still stay closed. If it didn't cost more to ship it back then to keep it, I would return it.
I ordered a portable charger for my google pixel xl. When received it did not fit my phone. I sent an email but saw on this site that they are not very responsive to emails and to try sending a message on Facebook which I did. I received a response right away and was able to resolve my issue. Hopefully the item they send me will work.

My first order was fine - it took longer than I expected but arrived complete and in good condition. However my second order was an "email/chat nightmare" It took multiple times, sending one email after another/chatting with an avatar, to get my issue resolved. Finally, Jason email me that they would take care of it. I was so happy to finally get a response and a positive one. Their products are very good but their customer service sucks.
Jonah Marie is trying very hard to provide customer service. However, my issues are: 1. No way to know what the shipping charges are, before the order is actually placed for an Item. And 2. Shipping costs for an item that cost more than the item itself. I. e. The cell phone case at a cost of 3.99 had a shipping charge of 5.99.
O. k. If there was a button to calculate shipping charges, I didn't see it. I am sorry, but there ought to be one final review of everything before the order is submitted. One more chance to review everything
On the checkout page, there is a box with all available shipping methods which you can use to calculate your total. Once you select your shipping method and hit apply, you will see the grand total update. If you place the order without applying the shipping method first, our system automatically adds the lowest cost option to the order.
Broke a phone and got a new one and worried about how long it would be unprotected. I could not decide between 2 of the defender cases so I ordered them both that day (Wednesday) along with a screen protector and a free stylus. I chose priority delivery for the extra $12 and viola, I had my order that Friday.
I did not have to go through the weekend with my phone unprotected!
Communication and shipping information was difficult to get but in the end it was all worth it. Everything did eventually get to me and I love the cases which were really, really cheap. Exactly what I needed. So if you dont mind the service, and a bit of anxiety that you may have been ripped off, they are good to go. Wish the service was better but again, it all turned out fine.
I was satisfied with cellular outfitters. They have a big selection of IPhone cases and accessories and they deliver with 2 days. The only problem I had was you become bombarded with emails advertising pretty much what you just ordered i. E. A different case or screen protector. Despite that I'd use them again and have told coworkers and family about them.
I needed to make a return and the people were so understanding and easy to work with. They took care of the problem for me by sending me out another wallet that will fit my phone. I have told many people about my experience with Cellular Outfitters and plan to do more business with them. Thanks again!

I had previously put in a complaint in because i was not being given info about delivery when i was told i would receive it. The tracking on the last package was ok except one thing. My order had to be sent out in 2 separate shipments and i got messages they were delivered. I only received one package and i dont know how to even try to track the other. As far as ive been told theres only one order number that was given to me. Now im going to possibly waste some time to be home for a package that may or may not come today. I wish they were a little more clear about delivery dates and times. Otherwise everything else has been OK.

For our split shipment packages, there is only 1 order number and you should receive 2 emails with tracking for each package :)
My first product had performance issues after limited use. I reported this to Cellular Outfitters. They responded at once, and were willing to replace my wallet with a comparable priced item of my choice, and up to $5.00 more with no shipping.

Anytime i might need something or have a issue Cellular Outfitters always fixes the problem and gets me squared away and there products are cheap but great quality. I recommend this to anyone that wants to get anything for there cell phones a a great price and get it to you really fast. Thanks!

I ordered 2 wallet cases for my Galaxy s6, both of which have already broken and I haven't even had them a week. The first one the rivet for the wrist strap came out after two days use. So I put my phone in the other case as well as my drivers license and debit card. After using my card at the store I go to put it back in the slot and my card tore through the seam of the case. I will not be ordering from Cellular Outfitters again. It was waste of my money. Don't even get me started on the ridiculous amount I had to pay for shipping.
The phone case that I ordered is good, not great. It does the job, but just feels and looks cheap. The service experience was below average. I ordered a phone case for my wife and for myself. She was sent the wrong case and my case was sent in a separate shipment, which is fine, but I was never notified of this, aside from a note written on the shipping list, which is not fine. My case arrived two days later, the same day that I received a notification email with tracking number. This info was given to me only after I emailed customer service.
Overall I'm somewhat satisfied and willing to make other purchases from Cellular Outfitters.
I ordered from them and didn't even get my full order. Only got the things I added onto my shipping for free! They overcharge and than you can't even get in contact with them. EVER. Don't waste your time. I'd rate 0 if I could.

At first I was disappointed at not getting someone over the phone, but was elated with the service of a Aly like. Solved my problem with ease and was very courteous via email! Haven't had this in awhile!
Recently I ordered 2 plugs and two cords for my Galaxy S8. When I received my order one of the cords was missing. I'd never had a problem before so I emailed the company. Initially shipping charges were not applied but charged after completing the order. However part of it was removed as a one time offer. Secondly wrong item was delivered and then the correct item was sent after follow up.
So good to find a company that offers both great prices and products but also great service when there's a glitch in ordering. I was promptly given a full refund on a product I accidentally ordered twice. A real person responded with a kind email!

Always use this site, will always refer friends, I just wish there was more choice of colors and options. I bought a very nice bag, I was going to give to my granddaughter, well, had it come in other color options, that would have been very nice. Also, larger bag selections!

Even ordered again after that issue but you just can't beat the low prices on all of the items they offer and the quick response from customer support services.
