Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China. Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing". I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).
JP was outstanding, fantastic customer service work. This is how you get customers coming back to reorder when they need certain items I would definitely tell my friends and I'm sure in the future I will be ordering more items. We're not seeing anything in person and just ordering online I would recommend your company to anybody. It's not easy finding good customer service reps it seems nowadays but that is very very important and I just have to say again JP has been excellent. I recommend a raise!
This company should refund all customers. They take your money and never ship out the product. No one answers emails or phone calls after trying. Don't do business with them. Avoid this website. They should be investigate for fraud. I ordered a phone case and never received it and it has been close to two months.
I ordered products. Did not receive a conformation email. However I received numerous sales emails the first had a forward in the subject line that appeared to be sent from a "confirmation email". However there was no confirmation email in the body of the text.
I eventually figured out how to send an email to their "customer service " and received a quick response they were looking into where my package might be. Over 2 hours later, still no response.
I finally found an 800 number that is not in working order. This company is a FRAUD. Why is Google running their ads?
Being a technologically challenged old lady, on the first order made with Cellular Outfitters I made a mistake. These guys helped me out and sent a replacement car charger for my new Galaxy S8 after

I places an order recently with cellular outfitters for six chargers. Two for my nieces iPhone 6 and 4 for my Galaxy 9. When I received my package it did not contain my 4 Galaxy chargers and a confusing note hand written on my enclosed invoice. When I emailed for clarification and information about the chargers, at first the only response was that my package was delivered now they just don't respond at all.
Be careful when ordering Cellular Outfitters because if they get your order wrong there will never be a resolution. I am out over $60 for merchandise I never received
I waited two weeks for my order just to find out after waiting that one item was out of stock. When it was sent off with only half of what I ordered I should of been notified, very disappointed and will not be a returning customer nor would I recommend your site

Sometimes with new or unfamiliar tech, I lose sight of minute but essential details. This can lead to some panic on my part. I found Cellular Outfitter's staff, especially Red, to be so patient and helpful. Kudos to Red.
They're very responsive to raised questions and concerns. I bought a portable battery charger. Oddly, it came without any printed instructions. They helped. My order came without a promised stylus pen, part of the promotion. I have emailed them about it. I suspect they will send it.
I love my new black and bronze cell protector.

I will never buy from this company.If I could give negative stars I would. Items ordered December 9 allegedly ship in 1 or 2 days but did not get items for Xmas so I had to return some items. Long story short, sent items back they arrived Jan 9 at the company as of January 29 just got notice I will get a refund but they are keeping 25% of my money. If I had agreed on store credit I could have 100% of my money back. I have sent numerous emails and replies take average of 5 days.
Tony was very helpful but the braided USB chargers for Samsung s8 was worthless. I purchased 2 in December already exchanged 1 the replacement received does not work at all. Plugged my phone to it for over 12 hours only to discover my battery was completely depleted. Returning both for refund
As a first time buyer, I was extremely impressed with the deals on some nice cases. I had initially intended to buy two cases but the deals were so good, I bought one for my husband as well. The turn around time to receive them was great and having updates on the tracking proactively sent to me made it easy to know when to expect them. I found a couple of follow up emails to be a little bit over the top in the wording and slightly pushy, but overall I would recommend this site to anyone looking for good cell phone cases and accessories.

I ordered headphones costing $7.99. When i paid the amount i got receipt of $20.72. They charged me shipping cost which i never approved. Tried toll free number, answering machine says contact to a real person or chat online. Tried online chat it just sleeps as if its just a dumb application. Emailed them, auto-response states customer care will contact you within 24-48 hours. No response for a week. Then someone contacted assuring excellent service and issued $3.50 as refund and corrected me i do not know how to use there website. Charged me for 6-10 days delivery. But its been more than 12 days. Finally got an email parcel has been delivered to the said address, to my concern i didn't receive anything. Called UPS they said contact company we do not have any info about this parcel as its delivered to post office. Which post office they do not know. Pathetic company i wanna sue then for mentally torturing me. Is there anyone who can direct me how can i sue this company.

I placed my order 10/20/17 for 9 items. As soon as we received our new cell phones I ordered cases and screen protectors from cellular outfitter. Well today is two weeks since I placed the order and it has not even left the warehouse. The frustrating thing is they charge your bank account the day you place the order. So they have had my money for two weeks with no product being shipped to me. I have tried numerous times to contact them through their "live chat" on the website. There is never an agent available and they never get back to me. They have no phone number that you can contact them by. I was able to reach someone through email in which I was asked to be patient as they are "a little delayed in getting orders out because we are undergoing major updates in our warehouse". Hmmm feels like they are using my money to do their updates. Should have been my decision if I wanted to sit on this order for 2+ weeks while they did their updates. BEWARE if you choose to do business here.

My most recent order was completely wrong. I called the company and got a recording, "only digital customer service". I sent email after email for 2 weeks, no response.
Then I went on their f/b site. I was immediately taken care of by a great customer service representative, I asked for their name but it was not given. This person stayed with me through out the whole conversation taking care of the problem. They were totally professional and apologized for the lack of response from the email issue I had. I am now waiting for the correct order to be sent to me.

I have never had the pleasure of a company literally going out of their way to accommodate a customer. I had made a purchase and I was missing an item and my car charger didn't work. No question's asked they let me pick out new charger's and after a few emails my order will be shipped out gratis. I've worked with Red over many emails and said if I were there I would give a great big hug for their patience and pride in their company! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I recently wrote a review for CellularOutfitter.com. Cellularoutfitter contacted me after seeing my review and I'm happy to report the problem has been resolved. They not only refunded my money but also sent the correct case at no cost to me. I'd say they went the extra mile to please the customer. It would be nice if customers could call and talk to someone when there is a problem.

Once, because the item was out stock for a long time and once emI was returning a newly purchased phone that I had just ordered accessories for so i no longer needed t. Ordered item online. Cart showed no shipping cost. At the end shipping for $10.60 item. 2 screen protectors turned out $6.99 shipping Tried to cancel order. Emailed 5 times. No answer. California has awesome vendors. Cellular outfitters is a bad apple. Too bad one entity spoils it for the rest.
