If you are tired of being quoted $30 and up for a small cell phone accessory by your local store then this company is for you. They have countless thousands of accessories, for your specific phone model, at incredibly low prices. I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed.
Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China. Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing". I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).
In a world where I believe customer service has become almost extinct, Cellular Outfitter has proven that customer service is truly part of their company!

I was disappointed it took 12 days for my order to arrive. While the prices are fair and the company has some excellent deals, the shipping charges are high. When my order finally arrived, it was missing 1 of the 2 items. In my error, I ordered the one product I received incorrectly. I contacted customer service and was disappointed to receive an email that stated a rep would be in contact with-in 48 hours. Much to my surprise, within 12 hours a rep had contacted me and was more than fair at resolving my missing item and t he incorrect item. Paul David was professional and quick to reply with my chosen options.
I made a purchase of many iPhone cases- several styles and colors- for my company. A few of the cases were not what I ordered. I used the online chat to let Cellular Outfitters know of the issues. After explaining the error and providing my order number, I was told they would ship out the correct cases free of charge. This all took about 5 minutes. Very quick, effective and excellent customer service.
I wish I would have searched for their reputation before purchasing, they came up on a google search, but I should have kept looking like on Amazon. They don't put shipping charges on until you click "complete order". I ordered a phone case and screen protector. A couple days after the order, I am told by email the case is not in stock. I want to refund the entire order then, the case was why I ordered from them. I can get a screen protector anywhere, even the Dollar Tree! They kept $10 of my money saying that protector had already shipped?! So it costs $6 to ship something that can fit in an envelope? That's deceitful business practice. They processed the refund shorting me, then told me about the shipment. If I wanted to spend $10 on 1 screen protector I would've purchased from Verizon in the mall. Never buy from them.
First they lost my order which I place in the beginning of the year, then they took forever to respond to my inquiry, then they said before refunding we offer you this and that, then they said we don't refund on lost goods, as if that was my fault that the items were supposedly sent to the wrong address. Anyway, I agreed to a store credit and chose an item which I was promised will be delivered to me in 2 days priority due to the inconvenience, well it has been over 2 weeks and still no delivery or even a response from the company about the whereabouts of my items. Unbelievable. Horrible, horrible, horrible company never again.
Sent me my Oder, minus one case cover.No saying it was back ordered, not in stock, nothing! Showed they shipped it but did not. I have given several replacement item no. And they still have not sent me a replacement. Always something with this company, will never order from them again.Not such a good deal when you never receive it!
Offered free shipping, price was reasonable, When I finished filling in the form including the credit card info an outrageous shipping charge was added. I could find no way to cancel the order including phone call. Tried to add another cover, sent an E mail, and left a phone message. This was mid afternoon on a Friday, called early Monday and they said it had been shipped with no offer to correct the shipping charge which was more than the cover.
And I tried to call during your business hours twice but was on hold for a very long time and never got though. I got a reply from my initial email so you clearly got the message to cancel the order, and I verified it yet again. When you shipped anyway, I cancelled payment through VISA. (It was a tiny order but I still felt bad about doing that, I just didn't feel like I could get in touch with you.)
I should have read reviews first! Cellular Outfitter website order screen shows the total amount then you confirm order and then it's a new total due that I would not have approved. Received phone case after 8 days and I could have bought it at the Dollar store (99 cent value). It's a split shipment so still waiting on charger and screen protector. Buyer Beware!

Everything came as it should, so far it's all worked out well. Just don't like all the many emails that are sent before and after, but really they are just practicing good and thorough customer service.

They have delayed for 2 weeks, just want return authorization and my money back!
This is the second time this co has done me bad and, it will never happen again i, m done piss poor customer service and, takes them forever to even ship your order and, when you email and, email them about why it has not yet shipped when you ordered it 6 days ago and, they do not answer you back. I thought I would give them one more try cause last time the lady told me my order took so long was that they were moving to a new location. Well that was months ago so what to excuse now. I, m done with this co.
I purchased a product from this company that was defective. They were very responsive and shipped an alternative product quickly and without hassle. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Great selection of products and excellent customer service is a good combination...!
Shortly after buying a new iPhone I ordered a few small accessories from Cellular Outfitters. Delivery was promised within 4-9 days. After two weeks, I tried contacting Cellular Outfitters via their website and an email address I found online. No response whatsoever. The company still has the gaul, however, to send me offers via email. If you are considering a purchase from them, don't. If you have already purchased from them and are wondering if you've been ripped off, you probably have. I am probably fortunate that I am only out a few bucks for a few small accessories. I feel for anyone who has spent much more with them.

Look elsewhere. You will have better luck buying from the Man in the Moon.
The manager at the store in Ward Parkway Mall was really bad. I could tell when he was fudging because he didn't know anything. Had to have someone come in and clean up his messy mistakes. Very poor. I'm sorry I switched to T-Mobile!
They were totally awesome in working with me on choosing another item in place of the item in which I had ordered that was OUT OF STOCK. I appreciate them for also keeping in touch with me on everything. I do think/wish that they would be more efficient in getting ordered items shipped out to the customers sooner. Instead of waiting for 4 or 5 days before shipping the customers orders out. Other than that they are awesome in keeping you informed about whatever questions or help you might need. I would recommend Cellular Outfitter to my friends and family. Thank you.
I ordered a new battery for my cell and have not received any information as to when it will ship. Have contacted them server times but have not been able to actually toal with a live person! Poor customer service...

I received a new case for my LG G5 after waiting 2 weeks for "ships today" delivery. The case is fine but unfortunately neither the factory supplied charger nor my after market car charger will fit through the case to reach the charging port. My emails to customer service go unanswered and now their customer service mailbox is full. No Wonder! Do not deal with these guys.
Product was unavailable and the company failed to inform me of that until I sent several emails trying to find out where my items were. Once I finally heard back from a customer service rep she was polite and tried to resolve it quickly. I was finally told I could receive a refund after asking for it twice and being offered credit for other products that I didn't need.

Made a purchase for a total of $17 and some change, paid through PayPal, double check all information and click purchase. When I was brought back to the Cellular Outfitters main page my total was over $33! Over $14 in shipping charges had been added to my order after the fact! Without my okay! I chose free shipping and this company stole money from me! I filed a complaint with PayPal and waiting to hear back and I also contacted this company three to four times with no response!
