Paid $13.97 extra to get my order in 2-3 days. Day 4 and it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I get faster shipping form China. Update: Now they're sending me a completely different tracking number and a link to their hidden shipping and handling policy that is not readily available when one orders. They claim 2-3 day shipping but don't tell you that's after they spend several days "processing". I've attached the portion of my order confirmation that states Priority 2-3 day shipping (which they've started to claim is 3-5 days).
I emailed the customer service and someone respond two times. After that I responded and nothing. It's another day and I dont know what's going on. I have asked them to please cancel my order and don't charge my card. No response.
Therefore this is the worst customer service.
Phone calling is a joke. No one answers. Live chat was put there just to make your company look efficient. You really don't have live chat. This is saddest place I have ever dealt with. I will not recommend this place to no one.
I ordered a case on July 20 paid for 2-4 business day shipping its July 30 no one can tell me when the product will be delievered. I just requested to get my money back, if you can't deliver on time. Don offer it..

I've ordered something on 3 different occasions. Totally happy with the first 2, but not happy with quality of 3rd. Customer service was awesome about replacing it. They stand by their 110% Guarantee policy.

Needed the items I ordered for work and had a very limited time to get them. Place order did not see shipping as I had selected 2-4 days. Sent email to customer service, had a response the next day and had my order within the time frame. Had in time for work. They sent several follow up emails to make sure I was kept in the loop, when my shipment would arrive and after I received my order. Could not be happier with service and products I ordered. Don't believe it when they say "Ships Same Day from Warehouse" - completely false. When I emailed the third time ( forget about calling - nobody answers ever) and threatened cancelling, they finally sent me tracking ( which was a tracking # assigned to my package, NOT shipped yet. Five days later ( again after many emails), it was shipped. What was "supposedly" something delivered within 5 days will now be 18 days ( I HOPE - still not here yet). I read reviews and it's hit or miss with these people - in the end they have your money and they just don't care
I had two orders that weren't correct - each for a different reason - and CO's customer service department folks were prompt about sorting it out, which I really appreciated. Will keep ordering from them - gear that I need at good prices.
After numerous requests for help returning an item I've receive no help and am having to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in two states. Shouldn't have to go through all this just to return a cell phone case that was not as described.

I placed an order Oct. 4th 2017. I keep checking and no tracking available. I contacted them today Oct 11th 2017. They said if it's not shipped by the end of week to contact them again. I have never had a problem with other places I've ordered from. So far very unhappy. Can't get true answer a bunch of run around. If it doesn't ship Friday I will go to my bank let then know what a scam

I habe bought numerous phone products from Cellular outfitters & have been satisfied every time! Only once did I have an issue & it was dealt with right away. I received a replacement item, worth more than my original item & had the extra couple bucks waived! Who does that anymore. Quick CS response AND they made sure I was happy! Very good company!
They sell cheap products. But some times they don't take care of what you order. Ive made four separate purchases and 2 have come in acceptable condition. 1 was shattered. And the last order never showed up. Good luck with finding an rep. Who will conversate with you I've sent two emails in 5 days. I've had zero response. They essentially stole my money at this point.

I had no issues. I call customer service they answer promptly. Did not like shipping hidden cost but my phone case arrived within 2 days. Love the case and perfect fit. Very nice quality. But the web site did not let me know my case was on the way only ship. Went to my mail box and there it was. Very happy customer.
Who pays $5.99 for shipping nowadays? In addition to the $5.99 to ship a cell phone case that prob cost $1 to make, any additional item you buy, you pay $1.99 to ship. Bunch of scammers. Also, when you try to exchange ans/or return, you have to pay for the shopping yourself. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Just buy from Amazon or eBay
Over charge for shipping. I ordered 3 12 volt Nokia chargers and a free pen came with each order, only recieved one pen. Terrible service. Shipping cost come after you push the pay button. I wanted to cancel my order after finding shipping charges were more than what I had bought, no one would answer the phone. Don't shop there, not a honest seller. Invoice # ID *******
They took care of an iui issue pronto, what more is there to say. Best company to deal with. I will continue to buy here, and you should too. Great prices and selection. CellularOutfitter took my money and did not ship the products to me ---- I ordered a phone case and a few other items on July 21. My credit card was charged on 7/21. I've tried to contact their customer service and sent emails to inquire about my order after 14 days. I have yet heard a response from CellularOutfitter. Not a good business practice. My next step is to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
What a sham - I fell for an old, cheap trick! CellularOutfitter claimed that because of high demand I had 10 only minutes to complete my transaction (it counted down seconds!). I entered my credit information without noticing that there were no shipping options. I could have sworn it said free shipping on first offer, but could find no evidence of that via my back button. Once the order was ' completed ' (their language) a box appeared that said I had been charged $5.99, bringing the total up to $17. Obviously Í'll yelp.

There is a Shipping & Handling Fee for every order which is a per item fee.
The Shipping and Handling for USPS First Class is $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.
On our checkout page, there is a box with all available shipping methods which you can use to calculate your total. Hit apply and see the total you will be charged. Customers who forgo this step will automatically have the lowest cost option applied to their order.

Shipping showed nothing until I finalized the sale - then it popped in at over $21 for a $16 and change purchase. I contacted pay pal and the company and have been attempting to cancel. They responded that for a "one time offer" they would reduce shipping by 50%. Further, I noticed prior to finalizing the sale that there was a screen protector in my cart at a cost of $3.99 that I didn't put there. I removed it once and later on noticed that it had appeared again. If you do business with this company I would advise checking the contents of your cart prior to checkout as they seem to have mystery items that pop in. I'm going to simply cancel as I think this is a shady way to do business and I am now suspect of the company.

The price and products are great! Just what they advertise. However, if there is a problem with your order, don't and I really mean don't use their webpage. The phone number doesn't work, the live chat is anything but live, and the email system is lucky to get back to you within a week. Use Facebook messenger and you will save yourself a lot of headaches. They answered right away and after looking into a few things they fixed my order. For all those people that like their prices and products, this is how you get customer service from them. Of course during their normal business times. Can't expect 24 hour customer service, can you?
Terrible products! Protective phone cover for $20 fell off whenever I dropped my phone. "Free" w purchase recharger was crap and didn't even plug into my IPhone 11. Phone case was bulky and ugly—returned for refund May 16, sent 2 emails along w photos of shipping labels and heard no reply. After 3rd email Demanding refund got notice of refund October 14,5 months later! Minus shipping and restocking fees. Would NEVER recommend this company!

I've ordered a few things from here and I was very pleased with the product. I did have a problem with one of my orders but in the end they made it right I recommend this site to anybody prices are pretty good and the products are very good. I'll be ordering more
I used the company website to cancel my order with them of a $4 purchase and a $5.99 shipping and handling fee. The product was ordered after shipping times and order was cancelled a couple hours after that on a Friday night. I even tried to call with no luck in getting through. I contacted them twice about cancelling but they shipped on Monday anyway with no communication back to me. Never use them again
Bought a case and screen protector. Never received an order confirmation, and you can not get them to answer the phone nor will they call you. Be very cautious if you decide to do business with them. They are a very sketchy outfit to say the least. If they ever finally send my items., they will be returned immediately. Have already disputed charge with my bank. Terrible customer service!

On my first order, "I" made a mistake and Cellular Outfitter fixed it immediately. The rep solved the problem before I could get it all expressed! The shipping seemed a bit slow. My next order was processed and mailed pronto. I like the variety and the prices for their merchandise [accessories for LG phones are hard to find!].
