Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns
This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews
Cettire seemed like a good retailer to shop at, until you actually need customer service to handle issues. They are pretty much non existent and will give you vague and unhelpful responses to your inquiry. Add to the fact this company only has email and no contact number, I wont spend another penny here! Going through hell for the past two months trying to get my refund. I ordered a pair of shoes and Cettire sent me another customers order entirely. I did my due diligence and planned a re-pick up through DHL and had it delivered to the correct person. Problem is now Cettire is trying to charge me for something I never received.

Do not shop with them! Their practices are unlawful and unethical! They send you used and damaged products and act like the consumer is responsible! Cettire then keeps the product and never issues a refund! It has been over one month since they've received my return and they still haven't issued a refund! I am working on assuring that this does not happen to another consumer!

Thieves. Shameful, inept, unethical pieces of trash. You give them good business, buying $700 hoodies and they don't even list the gender of certain items on Google Chrome on Android, then don't take responsibility for it and cash in on restocking fees when you inevitably have to return it. I emailed support and corporate and no help. It's so disappointing that there are companies like this out there who steal your money and have no sense of responsibility/ethics.

My item arrived defective. I immediately sent pictures to the customer service team and sent my item back the next day. It has been more than 10 days and my return has not yet been processed nor have I received any updates on when and my refund. They only reply to emails a day later and no other way to contact. Will never purchase again

My review is real, I do not doubt the bad reviews tho. I think you take a gamble ordering from this site-- I just got lucky. There is an article from the New York Times that talks about Cettire and other sites like it. They are selling designer lux goods at super discount prices, sometimes there is no dustbag or box, but the article never says they sell fake stuff.

So, I kind of panicked until they arrived, imagining all kinds of scenarios but was so impressed. Canceled my order after 3 days because of security and want more verification! In his email said that will send me refund and didn't said specific time. My order didn't cancelled and I don't see my refund in my account. Run away from this website i think that are scammers.

I bought one pair of Golden Goose shoes and they seemed too big. I bought a second pair in a smaller size to see which ones I liked best. I liked the smaller pair. I went to return the larger pair and was told I couldn't do so because it was past "the return period". Complete BS. I can understand a return policy if I was just returning, but I bought two of the EXACT same item for sizing purposes. This company has terrible service and I will never purchase from them again.

The wrong size of the dress was delivered. Upon their confirmation of the return, no refund. Dozens of emails - they answer that their returns team is still processing the case, for 3 months! One is clear, based also on other feedbacks - they never reimburse you the money. Total fraudsters.

Ordered a Marc Jacobs bag that arrived without the detachable shoulder strap.
I knew I was entitled to a refund as the item was not "as described."
Despite this, it took weeks of emailing back and forth for Cettire to accept a return and even when they had the bag back they still would not issue a refund, keeping both the bag and my money so that I was completely out of pocket.
I have only been able to get my money back by starting chargeback proceedings through the credit card I paid with.
A disgraceful level of customer service.
Please avoid and buy elsewhere even if you have to pay a bit more.
It will be worth it for your peace of mind.

For an online retailer, they have the worst return policy which I just recently became a victim of…
I purchased about 8 items from them, totalling about $1800. Upon receiving it, I returned 5 items which didn't fit very well. I later discovered from my statement that when they refunded, after 2 months, they charged a $30 fee on EACH refunded item, along with a hidden shipping fee even though the shipping was free at checkout when the items were purchased. In addition to this, the taxes and duties paid on the items get deducted from the amount being refunded to you. For example, if you return an item purchased for $100, you'll end up getting between $50 - $60 back on your card…
This unethical practice is not written anywhere in their return and refund policy. CETTIRE does this without mentioning it when you arrange the return. I only realized it when I received the refund payment.

Purchased a pair of shoes from this site. Unfortunately, while the shoes I arrived I was hit by a car and in the hospital with a brain bleed (yes). When I was finally home and well enough to try on the shoes I was past the 14-day return window, not a lot maybe 10 days. If there was ever a reason to make an exception one would think this would be it.
I requested an exception, they asked for pictures to ensure the shoes were in pristine condition (they had never been worn). Now they are declining the return because they are saying the soles are worn. The shoes have all the tags and labels. So now they will not accept the return because they don't like the condition, yet that is how I received them!

I wanted to buy this top on cettire for really long but reconsidered over and over cos I kept seeing low ratings for the website, and thought it was scam. But the top I wanted was sold out everywhere else on the Internet so I took the benefit of the doubt and ordered. It arrived really quickly (within 4 days, well packaged and original piece with the security tag on even. So I'm guessing the bad reviews are for returns or lost mail? But its DHL tracked so I guess quite hard to get lost also. I don't need to return my item so I guess my review is only helpful if you plan to buy and keep the item lol. But decided to write this cos it took me a long time to decide if I should buy from cettire and hope this helps. I don't quite understands why different sizes are a different price tho. Like an XS costs $80 more than and S? Makes no sense to me but good that I'm buying it cheaper than elsewhere

I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of service from Cettire. I purchased a luxury bag from them on the 22nd of November and still have not received it. Emails have gone unanswered and you cannot call them. On the two occasions I received a reply they simply advised they would look into my enquiry but they have not. They have my money and I have no product, no trust and no indication if or when I will receive what I paid for. Pathetic and disgraceful. I will never ever buy from them again.

I have had great luck ordering from Cettire. I ordered 6 Rick Owens pieces, a few Margiela pieces, and i always got a confirmation, shipping updates, DHL updates, and the items arrived as i expected them to. Sorry to hear a lot of people had $#*!ty experiences. I've been using them and real real for almost 8 months now. I can't complain. Knock on wood.

Don't buy from this website. I ordered a pair of shoes (my third purchase). They sent the wrong size. I sent an email regarding such. They have a policy of returns within 14 days. Because of their delay in responding to my email, I went ahead and returned the item (they do not do exchanges) before the 14 days. Two weeks after the item was returned, I received an email notifying my refund. The refund did not include the shipping and they also deducted $25 for restocking. Why am I penalized for their incompetence? The item would not have been returned if they sent the correct size!

What a disastrous service and an attitude! I would give them "0" if i could.
Being overseas I ordered expensive winter boots.
While they were in transit i managed to find same boots in the country i was visiting and asked my son to send the boots back as soon as they arrived.
The package was not opened, just new AWB issued by HDL and sent back for a refund.
Contacting Cettire three weeks after the boots were sent back I was notified that they received damaged pair from me! They somehow found some wrinkles and scratches on the leather.
Their package was not opened and sent back.
Cettire don't check the condition of the item they send to a client but easily reject it when received back for a refund and refer to their Refund condition which states that Items should be new and unused.
Will Never order anything from Cettire.

They don't ship your order and they don't respond to your emails. I had to blow up their Instagram comments and they deleted my comments. Just like they deleted a BUNCH of comments complaining. I had to dispute with my bank for me to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE! THEY ARE THIEVES! My experience is worst. I bought a pair of Ferragamo shoes and they sent the wrong shoes. I got in touch with them and they asked me to send them back, I did. Bought them November 21, today is December 29. I ordered several times from this site and everything was okay. The last order I received was not the item I ordered. It was impossible to create a return label online and when customer service finally sent me a return label/authorization, it was past their 14 day return window. I returned the item and then they claimed it was past their return window. Thankfully the purchase was on my Amex card and they stepped in and got me a full refund. This took two months and I had to show proof of everything. They lost this customer. I can't recommend them.
