My Forever Brilliant floating pendant is lovely, but too much of the time it flops forward so the gem isn't facing out. I don't know what to do about that and now wish I'd gotten a different setting that hangs properly.
I bought a 2.24 carat lab diamond eternity wedding band. I wore it for 1 week and 1 day and a stone fell out! Luckily it fell out right in front of me and I was able get it. I contacted the company numerous times, chat which after an hour and half they literally just quit responding to me. Email, still yet to hear anything back. I took the ring and had it repaired on my own. This isn't even a company in my eyes. No support, no customer service. I paid almost 2 k and they don't even have the decency to respond. Go elsewhere.
I called them up and they took care of issue immediately. With great customer service like that, why would you go anywhere else. Thank you...

Bought a 2 carat "estate" ring for my wedding ring. Beautiful. So many people would comment on it and women would stare at it from across the restaurant.
But then the problems started. Within 2 months some of the smaller stones had fallen out. Took weeks and repeated calls before customer service would respond. Some snippy woman immediately said "It's been 30 days, you can't return it."
She finally agreed that it was under a1 year warranty and she would send us the FedEx envelope. It didn't come. Took another 6 weeks of back and forth, ignoring our calls, and more promises that the envelope was on the way before we finally got it.
A couple of weeks later we were contacted by a jeweler in New York. They had sent it to the wrong people, so they were forwarding it to the correct place.
So, it was finally repaired and returned to us. 3 months later more stones fell out and we went through the same runaround with customer service delaying repairs for months.
When I returned it, I also asked them to straighten the setting on the central stone since it was tilting to one side. They didn't.
2 months later another stone fell out. Only because of all their delays, it was out of warranty.
I noticed that they responded to someone saying that it wasn't them because they don't use wax molds. So apparently, they read these comments but still don't care about their quality of customer support.
The Charles and Colvard patent is just about to expire. I suggest buying from their competitors.
Ordered an engagement ring, she loved it and has had so many compliments. It was an easy website to use, along with fast shipping.
I made the online purchase on March 10,2015. After a week I contacted the live chat to get an update on the order, only to find out the item had been oversold. I was assured a very similar item would be shipped in its place. So I waited the another week, contacted live chat to find nothing had been sent or moved on this order again. I was once again assured a replacement item of equal or greater CTW would be sent and arrive at my residence by March 26,2015. I also received an email from "Monique Williamson" stating the same. All I asked for was a tracking number once the item was sent. This also never happened.
These earrings were intended as a gift to be handed over on March 27, the reason I made the purchase well in front of your listed lead time. I believe I have been more than understanding and patient with the handling of this order. No tracking info, no item …. March 30,2015.
I also would like to point out the companies communication to the customer is lacking. I have ordered several different items, never receiving tracking/shipping information on any of them. I have had to be proactive and call or use live chat which takes a painful amount of time to get help. I doubt this is an isolated case considering the pattern that has been set.
March 10, online purchase
March 18, live chat asking for order update. Informed over sold March 25, Live chat and Phone call. Assured an item would be shipped and tracking info would be provided no later than March 26.
March 26,27 no tracking info. No reply via direct email and phone call.
March 30, Nothing 1.5 hours via live chat. Phone call from "Monique Williamson" and an email. I was assured I would be taken care of March 30, I received a refund of $40 for shipping with no explanation?
March 31, emailed "Monique Williamson" and questioned the refund via paypal, I assume since there was no further detail the order was still stalled. My assumption was correct, not only did I not get the item there would be no item sent. I requested a refund due to lost confidence they could complete my order.
My order arrived quickly and the staff was kind and efficient in helping me with a return and an exchange. I love Moissanite.
I had a film/residue on my moissanite engagement ring... The polishing cloth removed the film completely!
Monique Williamson took care all issues on my rings. She very exceptional person on customer satisfaction

I paid for an engagement ring during a 25% off sale and received an email two days later from GlobalShopex (the international checkout company moissanite.com use) saying the item was out of stock. I chatted with Khalilah on moissanite.com and "They don't have access to international orders, contact the checkout company". When I pointed out how ridiculous it is that the company selling the ring doesn't know if they even have the item to sell the point got through. The ring was indeed out of stock.
Now I'm $4000 out of pocket until the paypal reverses, I'ved missed the 25% off sale and don't have the ring I wanted. Oh, and the ring is still showing as "in stock" for the next unsuspecting customer to go through this ordeal.
UPDATE: I finally received the ring, once Moissanite, com had finally figured out they did actually have the ring in stock, international shipping was relatively fast. The ring is of terrible quality, the stone was about to fall out! See it here: https://youtu.be/vr5FggTIgRU
Thier sales policy is that "All International sales are final" So I'm stuck with this thing. I'm furious. I told Moissanite.com, as an FYI and to see if their quality control was interested in this abysmal product and their reply was snarky and dismissive. It really added insult to injury.
My wife grows more in love with the ring every time she looks at it. We are impressed with the clarity and brilliance of this Moissanite Ring!
Our rings were custom ordered and we had to wait but it was well worth it the rings are beautiful and my wife is very happy
The stone is ok, as any diamond the color depends of the light you are. With this (it was a forever brilliant) sometimes it looks yellowish...

Moissanite stones are beautiful, but the Gold setting is very thin. I wish that they were more solid.
