I didn't mind how long it took to ship from China. Said it was coming from Hong Kong where they do have hi quality clothing. Should've read other reviews. Got 2 pairs of sandals that weigh nothing, are scratched and glued together and have a bad smell. If they last more than a week I'll be surprised. If the smell wears off maybe I'll wear them. Expensive to return so they can just laugh at this stupid American. What are these anyway cardboard cutouts? Please spread the word to watch where you order to save your hard earned money. I will only shop in North America and Europe now.
Took several weeks to receive, material is so lousy, ordered an oversized sweater that shown in pics coming to knees (I am 5"2) and it hits at my hip level. If you return you have to pay ridiculous shipping and refunds may only be 30% of what actually paid. I could of gotten much better quality and less than half the at walmart!
I ordered several items and the quality is terrible! One item looked nothing like the photo! None of them came with labels yet the return policy requires labels attached. Moreover, to return the items you have to contact customer service by email only, no phone number. Absolutely horrible business, complete SCAM!

I placed an order Dec 15 and still nothing, which doesn't sound that surprising after reading these reviews! I really do not even want the order as it seems their products are not worth the prices they charge. Has anyone had luck with disputing their order with, PayPal and their credit card?
This shirt was made of the cheapest material known to man. I don't know who could wear it the way it fits. It did come in a timely manner, but who cares if the product is garbage? I wish I would have looked@ these reviews before I purchased this. Money down the drain... and lesson learned. I wish there was a way to warn more people not to order from them.
Aside from the long shipping times (which they tell you it's going to take a long time because it ships from China) I have loved everything I've ever ordered. The quality is good, the sizing is accurate, and all of my items look just like they did in the advertisement. I have ordered from them multiple times since and will order again.
Everything comes too slow and way too small. Completely stupid sizes made for small children. Try to click on the website and their page is no longer available. Says to contact us... but that is unavailable too. Total scam obviously. Buyer beware!
Do not buy anything from this company! If you need to return something, it will cost you more to mail it back to China than the product is worth and you won't ever get your refund. That's what happened to me, so I'm out the cost of the product plus the cost to ship it back. It was an expensive lesson for me!
It's a scam and they are not truthful! After I placed my order I read some more reviews other than their site and the reviews were terrible! I sent an email the day or next day stating to cancel my order and they replied later that it was already at the postal service and they were sorry... lies! If my order was already at the postal service, then why did it take a month and three days for it to arrive? The clothes are to small for the size listed, paper thin fabric/material, smells and the quality looks nothing like the photo that I ordered from! One sweatshirt has a hole in the pocket where it wasn't stiched properly. It's all snug and tight. One sweater was stitched using black thread... looks horrible! I honestly don't think any of it is wearable! Don't even consider ordering... you will be sorry. I wish Pinterest would take it off their site. That is where I saw their clothes at. I thought it was legit since I saw it on Pinterest. BEWARE! SCAM!
This was a horrific online shopping experience, the order literally was unravelling and falling apart, the sizes were not correct, and the materials were so inferior. The company was completely unresponsive when I looked into shipping back and the shipping costs were as much as the product. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the company won't respond.
It took over three weeks for my item to be delivered. It was impossible to track. The oversized sweater I ordered was way to short, the pockets were right under my chest. Awful. Have tried to figure out how to get my money back and the instructions on how to return something are soooooo confusing. It's obvious they want to make it hard so you will give up. Lesson learned. I am going to turn them in to the BBB and Pinterest where I saw the sweater.
The products look good but when you get it... It is horrible I ordered the Orange Oversize Cadigan for $47.99. When I got it - it looked like $#*!. The thread, material, and sewing was ridiculous. They do not want you to return it BECAUSE they don't want it. As far as customer service it does not exist because I believe this company is a sweat shop in China.
Bought 4 swimsuits for myself and 2 for my mom. Mine all fit amazing and my moms fit as well except for one bottom. The quality is quite good too. Very happy with the styles and how they fit. Im a bit bigger and it is hard to find suits I feel comfortable in but these do it. Very quick shipping and easy to track package and great prices. Seriously this is an awesome site. Since Victoria secret stopped selling swim suits I wasnt sure where to look. Well now I found it!
Im waiting for my order its been over 2 weeks no tracking number, nothing. I thought it would be legit since Ive seen so many pictures on Pinterest. This is awful! Has anyone found a solution on how to cancel an order, get in touch with customer service, anything?!?
This company is the worst i have ever come across, do not buy anything from them! The items I received were of extremely low quality - hairs sewn into fabric, dirty fabric, wrong sizes, labels cut off. The customer service was awful! There has been no response or attempt to rectify the issue. AVOID!
Just received my $195 order and needless to say all of the items are crap! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this scam business. I have contacted Chicnico and PayPal for a refund but haven't heard back yet. No tags in the clothing indicating fabric, colors are way off and quality is beyond awful. They have pictures all over Pinterest so don't be fooled!
Been dealing with this company for 6 weeks now, not only have I not received any goods, I've had 2 email responses to my 14 emails sent. Like many others, I wish I did my due diligence and read reviews before placing an order. This company is a complete scam! AVOID if you can!
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, paid in full. Said shipping details to be emailed, nothing has been emailed. I emailed the company to check on expected delivery date, haven't heard back. I thought the company was based in the US, but I didn't do my homework. I am very disappointed that I wasted $75 US and am now expecting to get nothing.
*An Update: I finally received my order from Chicnico. I am disappointed, it's not exactly what I ordered, and I won't wear it. Lesson learned.
I honestly don't know where to start with this company. Clearly I wanted to return my clothes. I ordered all large tops, 2 of them look like they would fit a small child and one looks like I could use it for parachuting. They didn't even finish sewing one of the cardigans. I emailed them for return. I was very detailed. They replied asking me for details that I already had mentioned in my previous email. I replied back and have not heard back since. I did another follow up and nothing. It's been weeks. I felt so robbed that I actually emailed Pinterest telling them that this is not a professional business and they need to be careful what companies they are allowing to be on their sponsored ads list. Anyway... do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money and go get something you love and deserve from a ACTUAL clothing store.
