I just sent back 2 sweaters that looked nothing like I ordered. It cost them $5 to ship to me but I had to pay $35 to ship this garbage back to them. EVERYONE WHO ORDERED FROM THEM CONTACT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION! It's illegal to sell clothing in the US without a label! WE NEED TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN! Contact Amazon, Pinterest, Paypal, Microsoft, your Credit Card Company anyone who helps this company operate. They are counting on all of us NOT returning this junk to them! I sent the package back USPS and took a pictured of the package with the postal stamp to prove it was sent and contacted their customer service and let them know I have a photo of the package and expect a full refund WITH the cost of shipping included. Good Luck to All we need to shut them down!

I made my purchase back in November for a Christmas present. The sweater was $59. I had no idea the product was coming from China. The website leads you to believe that they have stores all over the US but they don't. The sweater arrived on December 13th and it was NOTHING like the picture. Way too small and wrong colors and no tags. I immediately sent an email to get a return address. I sent 12 emails over 3 weeks and finally got an email on January 3rd on where to send the return. Their email tells you to send it back USPS and in bold print says do not use Fedex or UPS. These companies would have provided a tracking number but USPS does not. So I went on and sent it and spent $23 for shipping to CHINA. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard a word from them in regards to receiving my package. I have contacted PayPal to make a claim and they have been unwilling to help because they say the package can't be tracked and they have no proof that I returned it. I guess I am just out $75 bucks. Hard lesson to learn! Please don't make the same Mistake! Chicnico and PayPal get ZERO stars from me!

This company lures you to their "NewYork" based (actually in China) shop by posting great pinterest pictures, I ordered my item a month ago and it's still somewhere in China. I've had these Chinese companies steal my money before, and should have read google reviews before ever buying from them. Shame on crooks like this. DO NOT SHOP CHICNICO, which I'm sure by the reviews translates to CH-eap IC-in China N- Not actually what's pictured IC-It's crap O-order elsewhere.

Saw an awesome sweater on Pinterest. Followed to Chicnico site. Seemed legit. Placed my order on 01/03/18. Got a confirmation of order that sat there for a week. Sent an email (because you can't call) on day 7 as to the status of the order, never got a response but 48 hours later "poof" another email that the order was at the post office for mailing IN CHINA. I requested to be notified of updates and tracking via email and text at that point. Another week went by and nothing. Then yesterday I receive a confirmation from paypal that my order is on its way. Ummmm I called my bank on day 15 and had the charge disputed and taken off my account 6 days ago. Seriously, y'all save yourself the headache and heartache of not getting your item. And if you do order and then research reviews when things get fishy, like I did :( call your bank, not Paypal. Your bank will resolve it immediately.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Despicable company, they obviously have no shame. I ordered a beautiful, stylish pink jumper costing approximately 40 English pounds. What actually arrived after about 4 weeks was a completely different jumper, or should I say a 'rag'! Rust coloured orange and a completely different style! I first saw the pink jumper on Pinterest and stupidly thought that Chinico would be reliable because of it. Chinico website is useless, the link to contact them doesn't work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Does not answer emails asking where my items were. Over 1 1/2 months of emails and for tracking number... NO RESPONSES OR ANSWERS! I wish I could give a zero on the rating; as it is a zero company. Do not buy from this website. Based in China, some wharehouse. Returned the package unopened on 1/17/18. I received in on 1/16/18 as Paypal told me to do if and when I received the package. PayPal closed my case and did not refund me to date, but I will not give up.

I ordered items for christmas after finding this site on Pinterest. Clothes are NOT like the pics and company will not reply to any emails! Sweaters are snagged, no labels, sizes are smaller than size chart and sent from China, not New York as site suggests. Previous reviewer listed company owners name, number and address in FL. There should be a class action suit against her. Do Not Buy from this site. Pinterest should be ashamed to advertise.
